Good morning, Upon checking into our rental last night, we have a few concerns about cleanliness. When using the restroom after arrival, there’s was a large cockroach on the floor climbing to the wall. (Thank goodness for husbands) It was noticed that the floors looked unswept as there was dirt when you walked in and then by the back door towards the pool. Which up until bedtime we’re prepared to overlook as this is not out first vrbo stay. However, when it came time to hop into bed after our long day of driving, that the sheets were dirty which prompted me to check the pillows which were even worse. Pictures are included. Let’s just say no one went to bed and we headed to Walmart for sheets and an extra pillow and forgive me for saying so but Lysol. When making the beds, we discovered the floors in either of the bigger bedrooms weren’t cleaned either. From hair left in the sink, to dirty floors, filthy bedding, and more the house was left in an unsatisfactory nature. The refrigerator freezer was so frozen the door does not shut properly. I was going to send this the afternoon we checked in but I decided to wait until check out to determine the any other unsatisfactory conditions

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The houses were a bit close but it was not an issue. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well each night. Most everything was as described on VRBO. The real only issues were a few little visitors in the kitchen but hey it is florida. And the Charcoal grill that was there was not usable. So we bought one at Wal-Mart and left it there for future visitors. We also accidentally left our beach chairs in the garage. So they are brand new and can also be used. We loved the pool area. The enclosure was great. Never got bit by anything. And we stayed in the pool day and night. I would definitely recommend this home to future visitors. And we went to daytona speedway for the race; very good location for race fans!!!

This was a family vacation trip paired with a wedding nearby. The house felt a bit small for our family of 6, although there is plenty of sleeping space. The pool area was nice and we appreciate the heated pool but it felt more like a hot tub than a refreshing swim. The house was within about a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted and we enjoyed our time here.

Perfect stay for our family of 5. Very close to grocery, food and beaches. The heated pool was awesome and the putting green was a nice little touch for a break from swimming

House was in a nice quiet area. The place was a decent size, 7 of us stayed and it never felt crowded. Towels and sheets were provided. Place was clean.

Clean, Pool was awesome, Tucked away from the craziness of the beach but close enough to everything.

Loved the quiet location near my son who's wedding we were all there for. We had plenty room for grown ups and kids The kitchen is well equipped great for cooking meals. Appliances are excellent. Pool was enjoyable and the putting green is a great feature. I would rent it again even though we had some issues. I contacted the manager and she got right back to me via email. (It would be better to have a phone conversation.) Linens need to be replaced and some of the furniture too. I will be renting again when the grandbabies start to arrive.

The house was overall okay and clean. The pool was nice and immaculate. I didn’t like that the description said a gas barbecue. So my family and I purchased hotdogs and hamburgers and everything for a barbecue to find out there was just a charcoal grill that I cannot ever use because the food taste like charcoal! That was very disappointing. Another part of the house that was disappointing was there are no outside lights in yard. So we had to actually buy a lantern. You’re in Florida and you want to sit outside and enjoy and it was pitch black. Also not having an actual contact person to call with any questions was a little frustrating. In other houses I rented there’s a direct line to the owner or the property manager to answer any and all questions. With this house you have to email. So overall I would give it probably a 3.5 star Thank you.

This was the perfect location! A short drive to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pool! The house was super cute and in a great neighborhood.

Loved the outdoor space Jasper was very safe in this environment. Close to everything we wanted to do and neighborhood was peaceful.

Awesome place, very clean, the pool was amazing, about a 7 to 10 minuet drive to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, and grocery stores. Booked 2 short days before. And this place was awesome. Had a grill, pool, and was very clean, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Although we came for bike week, we are not party people we like quiet when we go home! The neighborhood was very quiet the neighbors were very nice, handyman was fixing a light when we got there, he was very very nice, And was done by the time check-in actually arrived. The pool was a great feature it was very clean And very well-maintained.The house had everything we needed it was actually more than we expected. I am absolutely going to rent this place again we absolutely loved it

This was a spacious house, decorated nicely. Well furnished, although some furnishings need replacing (i.e. shabby towels, worn out pots and pans). Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the pool!

We where very comfortable there is extra items left for visitors to use such as a pack n play for the baby.

What a wonderful vacation! Location seemed to be in a nice neighborhood. The pool was so warm! We were impressed by everything. Thank you so much!

Family of 6 stayed for 4 nights very comfortably with plenty of space. The house has everything we needed and was conveniently located just minutes away from Target, Walmart, Publix, and several other stores and restaurants. Just a 15 min drive from Daytona Beach. Our son loved the pool and used it each day. House is decorated in a manner that made us feel both comfortably at home and with vacation vibes from the cute beach theme. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with taking walks around the blocks. Just a 5 min drive away will bring you to the city center which is a really cute place to take a morning stroll around a pond with cute turtles and ducks. Would highly recommend this home.

The pictures do not do this house justice!! It was absolutely beautiful and in a great neighborhood! The pool area was very nice and clean as well as the house. Definitely give this house a 10/10!!!! Highly recommend

I rented this house for 12 days and it was perfect for my daughter and I and a few friends stayed a couple of days. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Everything was clean and the property is well kept. We would stay there again.

It was a great trip. We were impressed with the house, its cleanliness, and amenities. The distance to the track was great and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Don't forget anything after your stay! I left my jacket in the coat closet and within 1 day contacted the owner to request them to ship it to me and I would pay for it to be shipped. They replied and said IF maintenance located the jacket they would contact me. I again contacted them the next day with no reply. I know ultimately it is my responsibility but this is stealing.

Was a nice house with a nice pool. The beds and pillows were great. The house was under stocked, one roll of toilet paper, no dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels. Good distance from the beach, and the neighborhood was a little questionable.

Great place everything you need just like at home

Staying a week in this property has convinced my family to move here. We had beautiful weather by the pool, a short drive to the beach and enjoyed great seafood every night. I can’t wait to come back in the spring and hopefully for good. Property was clean and neat, exactly as advertised. My girlfriend has terrible allergies to almost everything in existence( blueberries, tree nuts, laundry detergents, hand soaps, etc) so for us to have an incident free stay means they use good detergent and actually sterilized and had the place clean. The pool is amazing, it is however cold if you’re coming in early October.

Our family of seven loved our stay in this lovely home in Port Orange. We know the area well; my wife's family has vacationed in Daytona Beach Shores every year since the mid-1980s, and I've accompanied them since marrying into the family in 2000. We love Port Orange and were excited by the prospect of an extended stay here. We stayed in this home for four weeks and were not disappointed! The home has three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything seemed a bit bigger than they appear in the pictures. The master looks out at the pool and has a very comfortable king-sized bed with a half-bath attached. The second bedroom has a true queen bed with enough room on the floor for a twin-sized air mattress. And the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The common areas are airy and open—living room, six-seat dining table, and kitchen—and left plenty of room for our family to spread out (two adults, three teenagers, two elementary schoolers). We used the well-equipped kitchen to the full. It features a high-end electric stove, a useful island, and an enormous French door refrigerator with a bottom chest freezer. We rarely ate out, which helped our budget. Off the back of the kitchen is a bonus room with a day bed/trundle bed combo. Beyond that is the pool. The pool was simply fantastic. Like I said earlier, it was bigger than we expected. Deeper too—I think it reaches six-and-a-half feet deep. It is enclosed by a lanai which effectively kept the lizards, bugs, and frogs out. The whole area was remarkably peaceful. The backyard is fenced in, and behind the fence is a very large pond. It made for an extremely peaceful place to be, with just the sounds of nature to distract. That is, until the kids jump in! In addition to all of this you'll find a laundry room just off the dining area. We put the washer and dryer to good use during our stay and were very pleased with their performance. The owners very generously left a garage door opener for our use, which made it unnecessary to punch in the code every time we came home. There is plenty of room to park two vehicles, one on the paved driveway and one on the gravel. Of course your vehicle could fit into the garage if it is midsize or smaller; alas, our Durango did not. The owners did a great job decorating their home to encourage you to take a break. We loved the thoughtful touches inside and out and truly felt at home while we were there. Since we often vacation in this area, we will definitely consider coming back to this property. We had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

The location was great and my family truly loved the ease and flow of this place. A few things needed some attention but not enough to persuade me to do it again.

Great place to stay , local to everything and very private and quiet neighborhood! Perfect stay, only wished a TV was set up outside to enjoy the pool/ patio area more!! Thanks for having us!! Would stay here anytime in the future .

House was nice but few things didn't work or was broken. House was clean but pool area was not and the skimmer to clean pool was ripped. Nice neighborhood quiet and friendly neighbors. Washer and dryer unit worked but was very loud. Needs belt replacement sounded like. Over all nice place to rent and visit. Had a good time.
