This place is disgusting. First room had an uncompleted repair. Wall recently patched, not repainted. Second room, I had to kill a cockroach. Flushed it down the toilet, did not take a picture because I had never experienced this before and was unaware of the procedure.

This place looks like a welfare motel. One resident outside drinking at 9 AM. Booking.com needs to do some due diligence

Dirty floors, was not made aware beach access was cut off and pool was drained from recent storm erosion. Would have liked to know that ahead of time.

very clean and you can’t beat the price for the location.. have an excellent staff and Becky their property manager is amazing!

parking was tight and there weren’t enough spaces, pool and beach access were damaged during Hurricane Ian (9 months ago), still undergoing repairs. Bed was too soft & very noisy, pillows were lumpy and soft. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

The A/C had to run non stop to keep the room at 68. The windows were not operable. It was a little old and dingy/dirty. Smaller room than I thought. I could hear the neighbors easily.

The ocean view

Staff out right lied! After returning from a long day with my under age niece we were greeted with an extremely strong odor of "skunk" in our NO Smoking room. The occupants in the next No Smoking room over had obviously been smoking weed in their room. The rooms had a kitchen area between the two. We had the room with access to the kitchen area, the adjoining door obviously was not sealed well. I called the staff and the man came right away BUT his answer was that is was because we did not have the air conditioner on and that it comes from the ocean air. Are you f&*^ing kidding me? he turned the AC on and left (it was only 60 and windy). I spoke to another man while checking out and all he could tell me was "Oh bad answer, bad answer." I left extremely frustrated and will never RETURN. I expected more from a place I booked through booking.com. I was under the assumption they were aware of the properties they were promoting. Be Cautious and Aware!

beautiful location great mom & pop establishment.

our room was in desperate need of some work. the deadbolt wouldn’t lock unless you lifted the door. the counter top in the bathroom was coming apart. the Sheetrock was cracked in many places. their was a lady running around telling guests that she was a consultant for the property. she asked my husband to help carry some belongings from one floor to another and he hurt his knee. employees and contractors shouldn’t ask guests for help.

I was surprised that the room we stayed in had a view from both windows. There were two nice chairs with an ocean view outside of our door. I absolutely loved the room layout, it was huge. We used one bed to lay out our clothes and slept in the other. There were two recliners facing the large TV. A good size table was in the kitchenette. Despite some hurricane damage, the pool was still in good shape. The hotel has a really nice ocean facing deck area. Oh, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. It was firm, but not too firm.

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom had been rentovated and was beautiful.

Washer and dryer were ancient and hard to work. When you moved into bed the base shook.

The location was great. Right on the beach. Plenty of seating if you want to lay out. Pool was not over crowded and it was clean.

The lack of service. Someone was for sure available between 4 pm and 8 pm each day. If we needed clean towels, we had to go get them daily. Our trash was never emptied and we were there 4 nights with 4 people in our room. The room had a kitchen as advertised, but lacked proper cooking supplies (no sheet pans, almost no plates or utensils) rendering the kitchen useless. We would of opted for a different room if we knew in advance. Not enough shade at the pool. Only one of the two tables has an umbrella. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was in dire need of being replaced (clean, but VERY worn).
