Condo was very nice and newly remodeled. Unfortunately Tiki amenities were not the same. Definitely older and outdated. We enjoyed our time at the beach overall! Excellent hosts!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. The location is perfect. We were extremely comfortable in the condo after we spend out day at the beach.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything in listing is accurate. Very clean and comfy stay. Recommend snatching it up if available for your stay. The owners are very communicative. We didnt have any issues with condo but had some questions and they were quick to reply. The grounds were beautiful also and well secured. If your going to spend a good amout of time at the beach recommend renting chairs. Beach has a nice slope; which is nice for kids to play, but water tends to come all the way up through the day. Chairs keep stuff dry.

The owners were very accommodating for our pet and for letting us check in early! Condo is beautifully decorated and they provided everything we needed for our stay. My fault for not reading what was included in stay- the view to the beach from patio was beautiful. Thank you again !

Wow, like wow!😍 This place was amazing. The views are just beautiful. ❤️ You've heard that pictures don't do it justice.. but.... They really don't for this condo. It's beautiful. The decor is such a beautiful beach theme. It's very clean and so pretty. The appliances are new and the theme goes all the way down to the knobs on the cabinets! There's plenty of natural light. You can literally lay in bed and view the ocean. The balcony is huge and has comfy chairs. Everything you can possibly think of needing is available in the kitchen. Any questions are a text away and are very kindly answered in a quick manner. This stay has more than exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back annually. We actually plan to book our next stay around the availability of this rental. Oh and the beach is literally a few steps away!

Our stay was fun & relaxing- the experience from checkin, communication with property owner, location, cleanliness, beautiful decor, the home amenities, comfort/coziness & check out was all an excellent experience & we absolutely recommend this place & will absolutely stay again in the future!!!!!

Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need for staying with family or friends. Cannot be closer to the beach. Just right there. Even with a sand-cleaning station when coming from the beach. We all enjoyed staying. Wished we had more time. Totally exceeded our expectations. Beyond what was advertised.

I was pleased from the moment my flight landed with communicating with the owners. I was able to pay a small fee when the cleaning company finished early to get in the place sooner than 3/3:30pm. The beach was a few feet from the condo, and the property was perfect for my boyfriend and my 6 year old son. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio daily, went to the beach daily and there were fireworks Friday and Saturday night at 9:15. The property was clean, nicely updated and we loved the spacious shower and island in the kitchen for playing games. The only thing I would say to stop and get are napkins and paper towels but everything else was provided. The bed and pillows were comfy in the master suite and my son loved the murphy's bed as he thought it was so cool. The water at White Sands Beach was clean and so refreshing as the only other water close to Dallas I have been to was Galveston, so there's that. The pictures don't do this place justice. It's a total gem. Thanks Toni and Mario for entrusting us with your home.

Everything was easy about staying in this condo! I recommend it.

The owners of this place have a motion sensor camera placed at the front door that sends them alerts with live audio and video footage to watch and listen every time you walk in and out of the place. We knew we were being watched and listened to because they called us out on something that they would have not known about if it wasn't for their constant monitoring which made us very uncomfortable especially since we have young children. We did not appreciate being policed by camera and we saw it as an invasion of our privacy. Another thing we did not appreciate is that every drawer, and cabinet had labels with what belongs to the owners and the exact amount of utensils, cups, plates, even the cheap Dollar Tree plastic hangers in the closet were labeled. Also they do not offer anything complimentary. The owners of this unit are only concerned with profit and not the comfort of the guest. If you value your privacy and need a relaxing family vacation then don't stay at this place.

What can I say about the Tiki other than….it never disappoints!! This makes our 5th trip to Padre and each time we stay at the Tiki. We have stayed in different units each time. This condo was nice, updated and clean with a cute beach theme. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable!!! I will say I was a bit overwhelmed with everything being labeled and counted. So much so I left my own hangars to make up for the missing ones so they wouldn’t be off their count. The camera over the door that would come on every time we opened it was uncomfortable. While I knew it was there, it was weird. All in all it was a nice unit and accommodating with a great view of the beach. A small family or girls trip would appreciate this unit and love the Tiki.

This beautiful condo was exactly as described: updated and very clean. The proximity to the beach was definitely a plus & what a joy to wake up to the beach view. We highly recommend this property & we hope to make it back! The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Immediately after entering the condo it felt like paradise. It was truly an amazing experience!! Looking forward to the next visit!!

This place is amazing... easy access.. it's literally right but the beach... the effort that the owners put into this place makes you feel comfortable... we're planning a return trip to this location every time we come here from now on

I stay in this place 3 times I stayed two years ago. Everything is fine Now very dirty floor shower dirty only one t paper no kitchen paper no garbage bags AC so loud mattress not comfortable terrible terrible never again

We loved our stay here, the complex has all you need if you are planning to visit South Padre. There is a pool, the beach is steps away, you get fireworks at night, it was amazing! The condo has everything you need: Big kitchen island were we could all sit down and have dinner or play games. It also has all the kitchenware you might need (even Tupperware!) , TVs, a small balcony to mention some. Since we booked, till the day we checked out, Toni was really nice and helpful, would definitively come back in the future!!

Last minute trip to S. Padre and we couldn’t have picked a better location. This condo was decorated so nice it felt like home. Not stark or baron. Walked to the beach right outside our door. Say on the balcony and watched the surf. Note one very small closet but lots of drawers to put clothes, groceries and games. I would have liked a blanket or two for weight for both beds. If we travel back to S.Padre will 100% choose this place again.

My husband and 2 of our kids stayed at this property and it was great! We loved the short distance to the beach, the balcony, the layout of the condo, the murphy bed, etc. The pictures don't quite do it justice. It also was just behind one of the pools in the complex and the convenience of everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. The decor and furnishings were lovely. The owner put alot of thought into the details and sea cottage decor. Color scheme was very relaxing. Nice kitchen with everything we needed when we ate in or sipped a drink on the balcony. Despite the task of emptying the dehumidifier a couple of times a day and the fridge light not working, we loved our time on the property. Beach was super busy on the weekend, but not as crowded during the week. Property is also a short walk to claytons , who had a firework display nightly , and from the marriott restaurant, both of which offer beautiful views of the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was super clean had every amenity needed for our stay. Plenty of room for my family and pups. Highly recommend! Owner were great with following up with me prior and during our stay.

This cozy little condo was a perfect space for my daughter and I! Perfect beach access! Onwers were very prompt in providing assistance and were very informative. The condo had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The kitchen had enough dishes and a variety of appliances for us to eat self prepared meals. We had plenty of storage space and the decor was very pleasant and charming. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. A few extra blankets would have been nice though. We would definitely recommend this condo again!
