Great place. There is a big powerline outback that you can’t see from the photos, but there were lots of trees. The huge gas fireplace and the hot tub where our favorite things. Appreciate how much seating they have outside. Ample beds for our big groups. Didn’t have coffee filters and a broken coffee maker, but the customer service was fast and they brought them to us. Also recommend they add a first aid kit. Great tv too!

Perfect size for our 2 families. Everyone enjoy the stay very much, clean property, convenient to downtown Roslyn and all suncadia facilities including restaurant. Will definitely consider revisit again next year

Great home with a really good layout to host multiple families. Very large kitchen island which made eating meals together a breeze. The snow made using the satellite unusable, but we found some work arounds using the internet. Just played in the snow with the kids. Didn't leave the house for the weekend which was nice. We dug out the firepit which was fantastic as well. Very very warm gas firepit. The hot tub was clean. Wonderful mlk holiday weekend trip.

Property just as described - spacious, fully equipped. We needed a home that would accommodate 2 families of 4 and grandma. One family claimed the loft space where 2.5yo who still naps slept in the bunk room; second family claimed main bdrm where 2yo slept in pack n play (brought with us) in the spacious closet, and 2 older (4.5 and 6) kids slept in second bunk room. Grandma had her own room and bath. Sledding hill immediately outside, deer visiting, and snow, snow and more snow made for a magical Christmas. This was our second year in Suncadia and second property - both fully filled our needs. Already looking forward to next year!

The great room with the beautiful fireplace was a lovely place to spend time and the sofa is big enough to all enjoy it together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are basically spaced out over two wings making it perfect for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the large fire pit in the evening as well!
The area is beautiful and conducive to walking around the neighborhood.

Nice space! Would have been nice to have more amenities in the house. (more than two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, salt, etc.)

This place is fabulous for a group! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit, and ping pong table were huge hits for our group consisting of grandparents, parents, and kids! Easy access to bike paths and plenty of garage space for all our bikes and paddle boards. Construction next door during the week was noisy but manageable. Super fun would go back in a second!

This house is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well-stocked and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The back is right under some big power lines so people should be aware of that if this is something they are concerned about. Our only (very small) issue was that the heat could not be adjusted and it was very warm to sleep at night. It would be nice to be able to cool the house for sleeping. But I would strongly recommend it to any family for a get-together. The huge table seats ten so it is fun to all sit around for conversation and games. A very very nice place to stay.

Driving directions and check in were fairly easy. It would have been helpful not to require a separate app. The house is beautiful. The bathrooms get a 20 of 10 with rock showers floors and back splash and heated floors. The open fireplace was great, the kitchen is large and very well equipped and we had plenty of beds and slept well. What we wished were different: location - it backs along the power line, a large dining room table indoor and out, and more Adirondacks. Overall excellent vacation home.

The only downfall was the cleanliness of the home, and the Wifi wasn't working. I am sure those issues aren't everyday occurrences and that another guest probably wouldn't experience the same things.
