The hosts were very nice and accommodating. On the day of our arrival, it was our daughter's 5th birthday. We asked for a balloon and a cake, but when we arrived, there were many helium-filled balloons, a cake, and a pile of gifts. When I wanted to pay for all of it, the hosts said it was a gift from them. The location is basically in the middle of nowhere, but there is a great restaurant nearby and it's 10 minutes to the shops. If you are not confident drivers, before planning any trips, check out the main roads and mostly use them, as the small roads are narrow, winding, and mostly lead through mountains.

The house was even better than we expected!!! We loved the atmosphere and really enjoyed the beach near us, it wasn't crowded and we felt safe and relaxed there:) Everything was comfortable and had a home feeling, also the host was very caring and friendly. There is a taverna near us, with a really beautiful sea view, where you can see the sunsets and the food there was amazing:) We had a lovely time! We hope to be back here next year!

We weren't satisfied with the amount of mosquitos in the evening, especially after the sunset. But if you have the right products to protect yourself from them, then everything will be alright! 😉

We had a fantastic stay at Skidi Beach. Our journey didn't start well as our hire car broke down on the way but the owners father came out to meet us and took some of us back to the house. We were welcomed with snack and drinks. The house is large and had plenty of room for us all (4 adults and 3 teenagers). The views were amazing, especially from the upstairs double bedrooms. We used the outside kitchen all the time, barely the inside one. The outside kitchen has everything you need. The pool is large and was so warm, we used it everyday. The local taverna was great, we ate there a few times. It was a short drive to the local village although only try that if you have a small car (we didn't!). We often drove into Moraitika/Messonghi instead which was about a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be back.

There really isn't anything I can think of that we didn't like - apart from the mosquitos but that's just nature!!! The house does have insect nets on the doors and windows though which is helpful.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful property. Totally matched the photos and exceeded our expectations! We were warmly greeted by the owners father who showed us the house and outdoor areas…even had a bottle of his own olive oil! Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive and very kind and was always available if we needed anything. The house is private and in an area that doesn’t have a lot of crowds, the beach which is literally a minute walk from the house, is almost like having your own private beach. The pool and outdoor kitchen were fantastic. We ended spending most of our vacation relaxing at the house/beach. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchens were well supplied. There is a taverna that is walking distance and it was a quick trip to the grocery store. I can’t recommend this property more…we are already wondering when we can come back!
