Perfect vacation and interaction with Marianne

We had a lovely week at the villa. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing but with activities like ping pong and boules o hand when we fancied a game. The pool is perfect for a cooling dip and the kids were able to practice some swimming too. The villa was very clean, with shutters and air con in every bedroom for a good nights sleep. Sainte Maxime is a lovely town, with endless restaurants and a good range of shops. We took a boat from Sainte Maxime to St Tropez which was a good day out. The beach near the villa was nice and clean and we explored other beaches nearby too. Great base for a week’s holiday.

Our group of five adults and a dog stayed at La Casa Mia. As someone that has stayed in many vacation rentals in the US and in Europe, this is by far one of the best. Everything was even better than the photos conveyed. When we arrived we were all very impressed with how clean everything was. We cooked dinner for the whole group using the kitchen and the grill and were delighted at how well equipped the kitchen was to prepare large meals. The pool is an idyllic place to relax and the beach is mere steps away. The home sits in a strategic location close to everything, while allowing for lots of privacy. La Casa Mia has a dishwasher, clothes washer and AC, which is an absolute luxury. We were all so glad that we picked this vacation rental and agreed we would book it again in a heartbeat.

The property was quiet and private and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool was refreshing on hot days. Nice flowers and landscaping around the pool. Several terraces available to enjoy the sun. The sun chairs were very comfortable. The house is spacious, practical and well equipped. We really enjoyed our time there and the host was very nice.

The villa is beautifully furnished and has a lovely pool in landscaped gardens. Marianne the owner is friendly and helpful. Easy walk down to the seafront. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was exactly as shown on your site. Well equipped, clean, plenty of room for eight people. Pool good and well equiped with loungers. Drive and entrance needs an upgrade as access was uneven and tight to drive into. Apart from that a very good holiday venue.

There were 6 of us 3 couples of various ages - everyone of us had a wonderful stay in the property. The Villa was comfortable, clean and we had room to spare. The views from the Villa were amazing, the quality of the accommodation was outstanding. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful gardens and the table tennis and boules and on some days we would have preferred to have stayed in. The younger couple used the bikes and local buses to get to St Maxime. St Maxime has everything you could possibly need - a smaller version of St Tropez with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere, but there are very good local shops within easy walking distance. There were lots of other places to explore we particularly enjoyed St Tropez and Ramatuelle. Marianne was there to meet us and show us how everything worked - thank you for the bottle of local wine - we did visit a local vineyard and took some home. Will definitely stay again in this very high quality accommodation and look forward to keeping in touch with Marianne. Julie and Simon

Me my wife and our little dog stayed at this wonderful villa in a great quiet location the villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday The pool area is beautiful and very picturesque with a wonderful surrounding garden with lots of plants and trees The villa has a wood burning fire with plenty of chopped wood to keep you warm on the cold evenings and once lit it’s cosy and really nice to sit in front of with a nice glass of French wine The villa has plenty of bedrooms and the upstairs front room with the balcony is great to sit on with the sea views close enough to listen to the waves a real delight Marrianne the owner is great welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything and kept in touch just incase we needed anything a very nice touch we loved it and didn’t want to leave we loved every part of the holiday carnt wait to go back david julia and Little Lola

Wow!! That was how every conversation started each morning on the terrace, overlooking the pool and gardens, with fresh baguettes and chocolate croissants from the bakery. The garden view from the terrace, the sea view from two bedrooms, and all views were stunning. The house was newly remodeled. Each of the four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. We loved the fresh, clean look and feel of the house. No clutter anywhere. Every room was decorated in a minimalist but complete look. Marianne, the owner, was able to achieve a charming, relaxing, fresh environment.We feel the location of the house is perfect. The gardens of the house were quite private and relaxing. The beach, the grocery, restaurants and most importantly the bakery, were all close to the house. The bakery is about a 5 minute drive away. The garden swimming pool is unique. It has a slope entrance on one end, just like the beach and is about 1,50m deep in the middle. It is a great pool for relaxing, floating or playing with children, but is not designed for laps. We are already thinking about coming again. We highly recommend this villa, but wish we could keep this beauty a secret. We were the first renters of the house and hope that the house will be treated with the same respect and love from all other guests, too.
