Great location, near to the village and far enough from noise and crowd! Amazing view, wonderful hosts! Villa with everything you may need, everything! I will visit again next year for sure!

This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sea. The house looks even better than the pictures! Our hosts were wonderful,they welcomed us with fresh fruits and cold water in the fridge. The outdoor shower with hot water is amazing. No neighbours,so it is quiet and peaceful. The whole house feels like home - from all the kitchen appliances to the most important telephone numbers stuck on the fridge. Just fantastic!

Excellent house on a very short walking distance from downtown and a short drive from the best beaches in Ammouliani. The view from the shaded porch was breathtaking every morning welcoming the sunrise. Very kind and kid-friendly hosts who had everything provided. Definitely the best place we have rented on the island.

The villa has everything you need for a family holiday - fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, outdoor shower, car parking. It is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. It is close to the village to walk over to the stores and taverns. The view to Mount Athos, the nearby Drenia islands and the fishing harbor is worth getting up early to see the sunrise. The hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with.

The house is extraordinary, just like I would like to have if would be able to. It is located just outside the town. First house on the road to the beaches. You can easily walk to the center. The house is on a big parcel, so there is a yard with olive trees facing the street and another part of the yard behind the house with some more olive trees, lemon trees, barbeque... The hose is very isolated so it provides a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. There are few parking spaces in front of the yard, and there is one shaded parking place in the yard. The interior is spacious with two bedrooms, a large living/dining and kitchen area, and a bathroom. There are two air conditions, one in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a lot of dishes and it even has a dishwasher. But my favorite place is the balcony with the view of the sea, little marina, and mountain Atos in the distance. You can really enjoy int the shade on that balcony during hot middays. You get a feeling the owners have thought of everything. If the water stops running from the tap, they have installed special tanks so you can easily switch to the water from those tanks. The hosts are very polite and helpful if you need anything you can ask them through Viber and otherwise, they won't bother you at all. It was a great vacation and I hope to come again.

A very clean home near the village of Ammouliani. Perhaps the best view on the island of Mount Athos. All was ready and everything we needed was right there. It was very nice to have a hot/cold water dispenser. And plentiful hot water for showering for three people. Very nice patio looking on to Athos and the small fishing harbor. The parking space for the car was covered, also a nice touch.

Has all the amenities you need. It is close to the village and yet outside of it. It has a very nice porch and view. The hosts were very friendly and caring.

The property is secluded among green olive trees and is very conveniently located, close to the center of the village and not far from the main beaches. There is a private parking at the location and also Rent-a-Boat facility nearby. From the spacious veranda, you can enjoy the sunrise and the marvelous view of mount Athos. The hosts are very kind and the house is clean and offers comfortable kitchen facilities and also barbecue in the garden.

During the day, there is some noise coming occasionally from the small harbour just beneath the property, however it cannot shadow the splendour of the view thereof.
