Beautiful building and location. Perfect for the park and hiking. New and nice inside. Comfy beds. Great communication from the owner.

Could hear the other guests next to us. They woke us up one morning just by taking an early morning shower. Also bathroom window does not open so could not air out.

What a great location!. Hana did her very best to make our stay nice and comfortable. Good communication and very helpful. We stayed during a weekend with a lot of snow and really worth visiting during winter time. Close to the town, restaurants and close to the trails.

unfortunately we came in the off season and couldn’t try the restaurant that looks amaizing and got the highest rating in Hresnko.

It’s an awesome and unique place to stay at. A former Acetate factory in a hidden side arm of the river. Fantastic architecture that feels like the Addams Family lived here. The steampunk interior matches the mystic flair. special thanks to Hana for her lovely customer service! We went hiking in the Sächaische Schweiz since the Bohemian National Park was still closed because the forest fire that damaged it badly. Even more important is to spend the nights here!

The staff were the best, we misplaced our keys and they did everything possible to help us.

The only thing I didn't like was they partiers downstairs. They were very loud and drunk but they did make it inside by 10:00 p.m. so it wasn't a big problem.

The location, exterior and interior are very beautiful. The building was once a factory, under which flows a clear stream and the place surrounded by small waterfalls, like in a fairytale. You'll hear water flowing from the room's windows- a real time meditation background.

1. There're no stairs. There are only very steep ledders. It was a serious obstacle to us- 2 women with some really heavy baggage. And if you're an eldery or disabled person- no chance to reach your room. 2. In our room number 1 the entrance door didn't lock. For purpose. It turned out that it leaded not only to our separeted bathroom and room, but also to a technical hotel room with loads of stuff. So if you want to go to bathroom in your underwear- any moment someone from the personnel can come in, in order to get to this technical room. So literally we couldn't lock our room. 3. Shower drain was almost completely clogged. One of us went to shower after 21:30, when all the personal was gone. And we had to clean the drain ourselves. One of the most disgusting things to do. 4. One of the sheets on one of the beds was with someone's hair. 5. No wifi after 21:30, as if the personal just turned it off before leaving. As they came back in the morning- the wifi appeared again. 6. The personnel of the hotel doesn't speak English. It was very hard and slow communication. 7. No hairdryer in the room. We had to explain with pantomima what we needed, and one of the personnel guys had to climb to some very hidden attic in order to get one hairdryer. I expected one in the room for that price per night. 8. No clear explanation about parking places. I parked near all of the other cars at the place, and I was surprised to find a payment demand in the morning. It turned out that I parked on the neighbor's parking. We were lucky that our car was not evacuated.

A beautiful, little, fairy tale like hotel in a wonderful surrounding. Excellent hospitality. It is worth to spare time for breakfast as well. Special atmosphere of both the architecture, nature and local hospitality.

The only thing we liked was the location and the amazing look of the exterior.

The owners/host were extremely unfriendly. You try to talk to them and they continue to walk past you.?? The room had cobwebs everywhere and looked liked it had been empty for a long time. The bedding was way past needing replaced along with the bath towels that were the size of a hand towel not a bath towel. It would be an amazing place if the owners would take pride in the facility and be polite to guests.

Amazing property. Very unique. Sleeping to the sounds of the bubbling water was exceptionally relaxing.

Need more pillows. A bit pricy but it is a boutique hotel.

Great breakfast. Pleasant staff. Great location. Great shower.

You may forget what is noise protection. Everything happens in the restaurant downstairs you hear like they stand next to you.

Pretty historic building that has been thoughtfully restored and decorated. Rooms are really cute and equipped with period furniture.

Noisy. Despite restaurant closing at 2100 there was noise for many hours after that (being an old building it's not isolated and noise in the room was really bad). People were audibly drunk, shouting, playing loud music every night. There are many staff, but not clear what they are up to - room wasn't serviced, restaurant was grubby and breakfast was served late every day (not cool when you have planned a long hiking day). Some of the staff are rude and visibly fed up.

Wifi connection not available, either because it was due to bad weather, or because it was not good setup. Although we stayed several nights, nobody took the trash away.

During the final of Euro tv didn't work. Long waiting for breakfast - they had technical problems. Besides - poor breakfast: in the menu scrambled eggs with becon, in fact just one small scrambled egg (no becon). Totally transparent windows in the toilet.

I love this place! It's cosy, quiet and truly something special and unique. Unfortunatly the restaurant was closed due to covid19, which I hope I will be able to enjoy on my next stay. Great starting point for many beautiful hikes around the area.
