Nice view over the beach! Thomai can be reached anytime if necessary. Very comfortable. Villa glued to villa Goat House, if you need 2 more bedrooms as us .

Maybe stairs to climb to access the villa could be difficult for young children... Technical access with scooters, very thin road for car.

We stayed for two nights in July, my husband and I, our daughter and my elderly parents. The house is beautiful. Very well designed, quality materials everywhere, bright, modern, with a full view of the mountain and the pristine beach which truely is a three minute walk downhill. The beds, are large and bedlinen, pillows, towels, showers etc of 5* hotel quality. There is nothing you wont find in this fully and very thoughtfully equipped house (even free Netflix!), and a family can easily stay for weeks with all needs covered. There are two full bathrooms on the ground level, and a small WC on the upper floor, so whoever gets to sleep on the couch/bed won't be inconvenienced. The mostly northern wind is a special guest around the house, which is a very common characteristic that I love about the island!

There is nothing I diid not like. I just have a tip to those who are not that accustomed to driving on offroad, uphill bumpy roads. The last small stretch of your trip to the house is across a pebbled beach and up a steep narrow dirt road, so if you can, try to arive by daylight! It will make your arrival, and the host's welcome, much easier!

The house was amazing! Super clean, great views, very quiet although close to pretty much everything you need. The host was very attentive and gave us great tips on things to do, places to see, etc. We're definitely going back soon!

The apartment is clean and newly furnished. The beds are big and comfortable and you can watch Netflix in every room. The bathrooms are modern and the showers are were very spacious. A lot of food was provided for us in the kitchen and in the fridge, even vegan food. The view from the balcony is amazing and you can see the ocean from there.

The howling of the wind was a bit disturbing at night, but it wasn't that bad. You cannot avoid it on Tinos.
