Everything was excellent. The local, space, decor, comforts, and cleanliness were all excellent. Even if we were super picky, we can’t find a thing concerning.

My husband and I stay at this property every time we visit Mount Airy. Everything is well taken care of, clean, great communication with the host, and in a great area! Already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Mayberry on Main. We could walk to all attractions and come back to a comfy cozy place to stay. We will definitely come back.

Loved the location!! The home was beautiful and nicely decorated with perfect functionality. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The bathroom is elegant with a spa feel. The bed/pillows are super comfortable. Lived the bedroom decor too. Cable and Netflix availability was a nice added convenience to see local news and watch a movie. Superb place would highly recommend Mayberry/Main to anyone wanting to experience and explore Mount Airy. In addition Carol and Doug were absolutely the best host anyone could ask for, I had an unfortunate injury, they switched our weekend as well as changing our stay to ground level so I could get in and out without stairs. We greatly appreciate all your accommodations we know you went above and beyond for us.

My husband and I booked the apartment for our trip to downtown Mt Airy to experience all things “Mayberry”. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. Despite the awesome location, the noise wasn’t bad at all! The bed was VERY comfortable. I will say, if you’re sensitive to smells, the apartment did have a bit of a musky/old smell. Nothing unbearable, but definitely noticeable upon entering. Overall, we give this place a 10/10! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Me and My Wife stayed two nights and had a great time New Years Eve weekend. Enjoyed some local brewries and resturants. Did not get to visit all of the local shops but did visit Andy Griffth Musem.

My husband and I visit Mt. Airy 4 - 5 times a year, some years more and some years less. We loved, loved this location. Although it was colder than normal, we still strolled down main street two times a day. The location was great for shopping, eating and visiting with the locals. We have stayed at different locations in and around Mt. Airy, this definitely will be our 1st choice in the near future. We were a little disappointed that the Loaded Goat restaurant was closed during our stay, perhaps next time.

We usually stay with our friends when in town but due to a wedding shower we had to stay elsewhere. Wow, this is such a great find! Close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. The space was perfect for our family for as much time as we spent there. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

Awesome modern apartment conveniently located within walking distance to all downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants!! Very cozy, clean and quaint with an upbeat vibe!! This was a refreshing change from the usual log cabin stay!! We will do this again!! Could not cover the downtown in two days so will have to come back to catch Pilot Mountain!! ❤️❤️

We had a great time! The location was perfect and the apartment was just what we needed. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Communication was easy and check in and out process was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was wonderful - literally steps away from the stores and restaurants in Main st. The unit was clean and nicely appointed with a comfy bed. My only comment is that the floor must be lightly insulated as we could hear the conversation from the unit below quite clearly. I assume they could hear us walking around and things as well so might be best to rent both units out together and go with another family or friends.

Perfect 1 bedroom apartment right near town. Park your car and walk to all the sites, shopping, breakfast, dinner, breweries. Love the town and all the shops. Thank you.

Every thing in the apartment is clean, fresh and modern. The location is perfect for walking about the Main St. area. My only suggestion is to have a folder with instructions of how to use the induction cook top, touch kitchen faucet, and TV for non-tech people like us.
