The staff is very friendly. The location is ideal for a walk among the shadow trees, and only 1 very short distance to reach the beach. The property is highly recommended thanks to the affordable price, supporting team & good facilities.

Smart and modern room with stylish and unique features. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very courteous, and special thanks to their Manager, "Ms. The" and a male receptionist for being so kind and warm to us. The location was great with a stunning view overlooking the Sea & City. We had a great stay, and we would stay there again and highly recommended to stay there!

Firstly, we booked this hotel because of breakfast but when we arrived we found out that they have 3 ONLY Vietnamese dishes in n b/w paper and that’s all. So nobody informed us that the restaurant is closed. Secondly, the wi-fi was very poor. It’s better to say that we didn’t have the internet at all. I could not even watch short videos like in instagram. We asked to fix it but they said the internet is bad in all country that days:D but actually no. Thirdly, the swimming pool was super dirty! Looked like nobody used it for a long time. Mold was cover all the pool’s bottom. We asked them to clean it. So they just put some chemicals in and no one refilled the water... And for the last, we can’t say that room was very clean actually... shelves tables, etc were dusty. Bad sheets were old and so on. So I don’t understand why this hotel has 4starts. Totally disappointed:(

Was lovely little hotel, seemed it was just outside the main area but only a 10 mins drive to get to it! Rooms were lovely and just what you need, nice and clean and super comfy bed. There should be a buffet breakfast but due to covid etc they didn’t have this but they refunded the money for breakfast no problem! The staff were wonderful they sorted everything as soon as we asked for anything and they were so friendly whenever we came back from a trip. They were also very helpful sorting a car to and from the airport.

After we got a bad experience from the first day trip in Hoi An, we found out that the best part of this trip is this hotel. It console us from the bad feeling. Warm welcome by the staffs. Great facility in the room, comfy bed, comfortable environment. No weird or dusty smell. The breakfast is fine. Welcome gift cookies are very cute and tasty. Goodbye postcard makes us feel very pleased. Money paid off.

The property is located very close to the famous My Khe Beach and it is a grand new lavish property. I wanted to experience a grand stay and it didn't disappoint me rather it exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very friendly and have great communication skills. It is no less than a 5 star hotel and definitely book at this property for future stay.
