Location was perfect, good size and incredible value for money, most facilities you could need I.e iron, kettle, fridge etc.

Could have been slightly cleaner and things like holes in the wall behind door handles but overall 10/10 and cannot complain for the price

apartment wasn’t clean at all with mold in bathrooms no hot water in the shower! owner said that its limited and we need to wait for water to heat up! we were 4 people central heating doesn’t work we were freezing cold wouldn’t recommend it at all

Location is very good. Bed is large and comfortable. Wifi works smoothly. Apartment is clean and wirh great design.

The kitchen is not very functional and not suitable for few night stay if you want to prepare your own breakfast. The apartment door is not soundproof. The TV is not connected to any cable/antenna.. Algjou it had Smart-tv function, there are no subscriptions and therefor the TV is not able to watch anything.

You should be careful before you book this apartment that you will pick up the key in different location, even though we arrived at 4:00pm they told me to go pick up the key at mini hotel which they have actual reception, but it is 15mins on foot from the apartment. if you have luggage, it is much harder to walk the street. We took Uber to get the apartment(extra trip and money) also the mini hotel location is very confused, so we spent extra 20mins to find the entrance to the mini hotel. ***When they send you message, they say if we do night check-in (19:00-10:00), you should follow some specific rule(that you need to go pick up the key by yourself or pay $15 to get the key) BUT WE ARRIVED AT 4PM! so I think it doesn't matter when you arrived, just matter that the guy have free time to give you the key or not. **IN ADDITION!! very careful the entrance of mini hotel, it's really crowded place. I was hurry and stressful that couldn't find the entrance with heavy luggage and bags, ended up my phone was stolen at there.

Location was good, everything was close to the apartments.

Wifi was pretty bad, it took a long time to get inside to apartmets, because staff gave us the wrong keys and we were lost for about a few hours. Some sheats was pretty dirty too. Also shower cubicle should be fixed, because after every shower there is to much water everywhere in the bathroom.

The location is great and the building is quiet and silently.

The bed is not comfortable, is urgent to change the mattress. The bedding was washed without detergent (a staff woman told us there was no detergent left) and did not smell good. The blanket on the bed smells bad.

great apartments in a lively and central neighbourhood of Kyiv with plenty of shopping/eating out options in the vicinity. Highly recommended, take it if available :)

You need collect the keys from the central office which is away from the actual apartment. I am sure this could be fixed somehow for the comfort of guests. People with physical disabilities may not find these apartments suitable as the elevator can be used only by the owners of apatrtments on top floor of the building.
