The condo is in an excellent beach front location which is located close to beach bars/restaurants. The condo itself is well furnished and decorated and has everything you need for a great beach vacation

We had a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier with the condo! The management was easy to deal with too, very friendly and helpful. Loved the comfy bed, which is rare in rentals. It was tastefully decorated, and had good quality furnishings. (My daughter loved the fish in the bedroom and named him Gary haha). You can tell the owner cares about her guests with little touches like beach supplies, spices, games and so on. My kiddo enjoyed being able to watch her Netflix cartoons on the TV. I could have cooked anything in the wonderfully stocked kitchen, and the dishes were so cute ! I liked the Tiki as well, excellent location and loved the fireworks view. Also enjoyed the music next door while outside in the evenings, but it was quiet with the doors closed. No party atmosphere, mostly families around and everyone was respectful. The chairs on the balcony were very comfy. Beach chair rentals right out front was a nice perk too. It’s an older building but this condo was nicely renovated, and the grounds are well kept. The inside was very clean, except the shower floor corners could use a good scrubbing. The only thing I would suggest is a small broom or dust pan set for day-to-day tidying without having to break out the vacuum, and maybe a luggage stand for the closet. Also there was only one hand towel and 2 wash cloths. I imagine those things can easily get lost so just an FYI to the owner. I’m already day dreaming about coming back to this peaceful getaway ! Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable place. Very clean. The only issue was an eMail with the access code was never received, but the manager was able to provide over the phone. Also the bathroom door was locked?? but everything worked out. We would stay there again without any second thoughts.

Who ever did the remodeling did a fantastic job. We could see that you spared no expense in the remodeling. Me and my wife are 75 years old and hope we get a chance to rent your place again.

Everything about Cheryl’s place was amazing. It was cozy, clean, and had a wonderful view. I’m grateful Cheryl was helpful and kind. Her beach home could not have been more perfect for my vacation week. Thank you!

What a great place. Great location, next door to a couple restaurants/bars, so close to the beach, great views of the Gulf from the large balcony. Everything in the kitchen we needed and more. The owner was responsive and helpful.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) absolutely enjoyed this property. With the balcony directly on the beach, it was perfect for watching sunrises, drinking coffee or cocktails, people watching and many other things. Everything about this property made our vacation so relaxing and memorable and we would not consider staying anywhere else. The beach was so close and it was not a problem to run back to the condo for food, drinks, toys, etc. The pool was heated and we used it every evening. There was nothing about this property we did not like!

This property has probably the best view in the entire Tiki complex. The hostess has updated the property very nicely as well. She even let me know that my wife let me know after checkout that I had left some personal items. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was remarkable to be able to see the gulf from all windows and to just walk onto the beach. The whole place was clearly newly remodeled. Bed was VERY comfortable.

This is where you want to stay - can't get any closer to the beach! Condo has been updated and is very comfortable with a great patio. Beach club next door.... so easy eats and drinks. Great Place - we loved it.

We were there for 4 nights. Somewhat older property, remodeled very tastefully. A perfect place to stay for a couple. Beachfront with great sunrises. Nice beach for a 3 mile walk. Clayton's, 2 doors up, had fabulous fireworks on Friday and Saturday. an unexpected surprise. Will definitely look to stay here again, for a longer time!

I don't think you can get a better location than this unit if you want to be in a quiet spot right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby including Bar Louie next door for dinner and dancing if you like. Open the balcony doors and enjoy the beach right from balcony. Sunrise in right in front of you in the mornings to enjoy with a cup of coffee. Owner was very responsive and made great recommendations when asked.

Tips for renters: bring paper towels and extra toilet paper. The blanket for the sofa bed was missing (checked cabinet and closets), so perhaps bring an extra blanket. Leave your umbrella and chairs at home because they are generously provided! Bring a cooler to take your leftover food home. I will definitely be renting again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The condo was just as charming as the online pictures. We had a friend decide to come stay with us for 2 nights and Cheryl was wonderful to work with! We loved the fireworks every night (Friday -Monday) likely due to the holiday weekend. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

We just spent 5 nights at Cheryl’s condo. This was our 2nd stay at the Tiki, first time ocean front. It was very clean, had comfortable beds (including sofa pull out!) and had a gorgeous view. We had zero noise (or other) issues. My husband, 9 year old son and 2 year old daughter enjoyed our time very much. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig Duo coffee maker:) Plenty of pillows & the sheets were soft. Remember to bring your own paper towels & beach towels. Maybe an extra blanket for sofa bed too - we brought one. Refrigerator had a great ice maker and AC was cool. There are several beach chairs and sand toys in closet available for use, although we took our own. No issues with parking. We would gladly rent this unit again. Thanks again Cheryl!

The condo was beautiful and just as stated in the listing. Being right on the beach was amazing. I was worried about hearing the music from Bar Louie next door because that happened when staying in a different condo in the complex, but we didn't hear a thing! There was a lot of pet hair still in the condo from a previous guest, but otherwise great!

This condo is in a fantastic waterfront location. It was super clean and just perfect for our family. I hope we can snag this place again on the future!

This is a super condo in a great location right on the water. The kitchen and bathroom are especially nice. One thing to note is that the property next door had a fireworks display on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're traveling with a dog that doesn't like loud noises, that's something to consider. Otherwise, terrific.
