Overall, we had a positive experience. The house is big and bedrooms and large and have attached baths, which is a nice feature. The location is near shopping and just a short walk to the beach.

The location was a amazing. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was so calm and beautiful! The house was amazing! The pictures were pretty accurate. The pool was more like a large hot tub. Our younger kids loved it. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

The spot was super nice. The pool is way smaller than expected so that was a bummer. Very close to the beach!

All was great, Three areas of improvement: Be honest about how small the pool is. Concierge not answering phone or responding to voicemails when we had questions about trash pickup etc Boys on beach who set up our umbrellas very rude and unfriendly.

H2O was a wonderful place to stay. We had all 16 of our family there. It was big enough to handle all of us and not feel crowded. The 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half baths made it work very well

The house was well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The house was clean, well decorated and located just a short walk to the beach. Management provided excellent service. The lower bunks are actually on the floor which can be a problem for someone with mobility issues. I would definitely utilize a 360 Blue property again.

Location perfect, house overall was in good shape( not very clean), kitchen supplies/appliances to make week of cooking awesome (need new fry pans), lots of linen!!!, every bed in the house was great except upstairs master(it was horrible and of course my bed lol). We all say that we hate the bell/buzzer on the French door to patio(understand why but still very annoying) We will be back next year but want a house on the Gulf. Thanks

we stayed here for a week with 16 family members from age 6-86 ! great location. so easy to get to beach my grandmother was able to walk to it easily. the beach chairs reserved is an awesome surprise. well appointed with all you need. the plunge pool was perfect after beach relaxing spot with pool small enough that kids are safe but having fun. we will certainly rent again

Nice area. Property next door (condo) got upset because we accidentally parked on their property. That was unpleasant but other- wise wonderful time.

This property was a great fit for our family. The house was well stocked with essentials needed!

We have stayed at multiple houses in Shipwatch, but this was by far our favorite!

This was a Family vacation for 20 family members. The house was awesome. Clean, great location. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars because the pool did not heat after the first day. I will stay again as a matter fact we already planning for summer of 2020. We will definitely use 360 blue.

We were 16 grown men who had come down to go deep sea fishing to celebrate the upcoming marriage of one of us. The house was awesome. Great price, slept all of us well, had everything we needed and was close to everything we needed. The beach was a super easy walk away from the house and was not crowded at all. We would recommend it to any group or set of families.

We had a wonderful time at H20. The house is exactly as the pictures show. We only had 6 people with us, but there are beds everywhere..so larger families would have no problem staying here. The pool is small, but nice for a quick dip in the afternoon after being at the beach all day. We have been coming to Sandestin/Destin for many years, and this area on the beach was by far our favorite. This time of year, there was only one row of beach chairs/umbrellas and the water was crystal clear all morning. Some small seaweed would creep in late afternoon, but it was Caribean Blue and White until then! The house is VERY close to the beach, so walking back and forth is not a problem at all. Plus, the house provided the beach set up and there was a nice beach wagon on the garage. You are so close to Winn Dixie, you can walk there and back, but we rented a golf cart and used it for quick grocery runs and ice for coolers. If I had a suggestion at all, it would be to add some seating in the family room/dining room. Maybe some chairs that can be moved. We just had 6 people, and there weren't comfortable spots for tv time. If there actually was 16-20 people in the house, that would be a problem. Overall, perfect spot for a family traveling together for some beach time! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. The connivence of the beach being steps away was great. The space was perfect for our party of 19. The only thing I wish was different was the pool being a bit small, other than that it was Great.

Great location and amenities! A few minor issues upon arrival (cleaning staff still on site, incorrect entry gate code provided) - otherwise, beautiful home, plenty of space. Will rent again!

Our family of 11 stayed in the H20 house for a week. The house was just a short walk to the beach where we loved the complimentary 4 chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. The house was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The private beach for the Shipwreck houses was great.

Our stay at the home was great. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The access to the beach was easy and only a few steps away. We will definitely return to this location for future trios to Destin.

We have a family of 10 and we had more than enough space for all to enjoy and have a little “alone” time occasionally. The kitchen is awesome and very well stocked. We cooked most evening meals and found every utensil and cookware needs for all of our meals. This is our third year to be in Shipwatch and H2O fits our needs the best of the three homes we have rented. The location is excellent and the beach is outstanding. We were very happy with the amenities and services provided by 360 Blue. First class management company and we hope to rent through them in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H2O! Absolutely PERFECT location with a very short walk to the beach and the outlets. We had 20 people in our party and we fit very comfortably. We hope to return again soon! Only things we would have changed: 1. The no canopy rule on the beach. This was not a rule when we booked last year (and might have been a deal breaker had we known), but they are currently trying to enforce it. 2. We were told check-in would be at 4 pm, but the cleaners were still there and we were not able to check- in right away and had to wait outside.
