We were attending a christening in quezon city and wanted a budget hotel close to event for 1 night. Given the event started at 14;00, the hotel very kindly allowed early check-in to allow us to change, the checkin was very fast and we were in the rooms by 13:00. We booked 2 family rooms, both were ready, very clean with water bottles, the bed linen had been changed, there were no issues whatsoever. The rooms actually exceeded our expectations, both beds were very comfortable, toilet and shower room was very clean, hot water, good pressure. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful, the stay was great value for money.

We were disappointed in the evening that the hotel advertised a bar on the 17th floor which does not exist, also we had dinner and frankly the food was not good.

Zimmer nicht sauber.Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen.Erst nach mehrfacher nachfrage , kam jemand. Das Zimmer war am Abend immernoch nicht gereinigt.

I love the room and beds linen it smells really good. They also have hospitable staff.

There are some small cockroaches in our room specially in the restroom and corners of the room. Hot showers are not working either but no big deal about it, we can manage the cold shower. They have minimal charging ports beside the bed and the Tv is not Netflix ready.

My god where to start, NO TOILET PAPER, coffee but no coffee cups, FILTHY MOLDY BATHROOM (see pic) Broken bed lamps. Shower was a joke. Hot cold. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Check in took 25 minutes. No line. Check out 15 while they do a “room check.” Because they want cash deposit. No sound on the tv. This list goes on and on. Traffic noise all night. AC not cold enough. My god I’m probably forgetting something. To be totally fair nice bed and nice towels. That’s about it. Super bad, paid for breakfast but was DENIED, not sure why... expensive s**t do not buy. go else where its on EDSA we had traffic noise... This was our wedding night. We requested something special for the wedding night, I was delighted to get an email back saying YES! and it would be free, but NOTHING. I keep remembering things about this place

Everything was nice. Very comfortable place. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurant and stores nearby. Easy to pick up taxi or grab.

Unfortunately, the internet/wifi was very poor. I can't even make a simple google search. At least upgrade your wifi connection so we can play mobile legends with friends. And also the data signal of Smart and Globe is bad.

It was a very basic room but it had all the basic things. I liked it was relatively close to Araneta although it took me a while to find the footbridge and the easiest way to Araneta.

I didn't bother to check was that there was no fridge, though a 1 night stay doesn't really need a fridge. The area around the hotel is also quite unpaved.

Facilities are okay.

The room is clean. Accommodation wise, the hotel is good for room relaxation and if you are looking for well conditioned place, it is a great choice to book.

Food and the pool. Breakfast buffet price is not worthy of the food choices available. The room service for the food we bought (lasagna- salty and carbonara - almost not tasty). The pool for some reason is salty when we accidentaly had a taste, it also made our tummy ache and upset.

The rooms are very clean. The rooms are what you see on the pictures! What you see is what you get! The food I ordered from the menu was excellent t to say the least! I will eat there again when I am in the neighbourhood. Waiters were nice. The hotel is near to a shopping mall.

1) The ad says there is a fitness. The reception desk of the hotel is on the FIFTH floor and the hotel is higher than that (there is a guy downstairs telling everybody but they could say so on booking). The FITNESS is on the SECOND floor and does NOT belong to the hotel. I HAD TO PAY PHP 500,00 PER DAY if I wanted to use it!, which bothered me because then the information on the booking website is not accurate. I was upset about that. 2) The pool is much smaller than it looks on the picture but at least I could use it. 3) There is not cupboard in the room which I really missed. There is only a coat rack with four (4!!) hangers which is visible on picture 19/46. 4) The evening before my arrival I got emails I received a message twice: "Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your message. Regarding your concern kindly contact booking.com customer service directly. Thank you." When I got this message for the second time I started to worry: - I booked from 1 January but due to air traffic control issues I could not board any plane until 3 January, so I was two days late of which I informed them. - In July I showed up at an hotel and they send me away, claiming they could not find my reservation. I tried for ninety minutes to contact the hotel in several ways (including Skype) and to contact booking but MY CALLS WERE NOT ANSWERED. Don't send me messages if you do not want to tell me what was the matter or not pick up the phone at all. They spoiled my evening. It is strange and bad customer service when the reception desk does not pick up the phone or answer my messages and questions: 'Which concern?!?'. This hotel urgently need mystery guests that try to call the hotel and ask the reception desk a question. On arrival I asked the reception desk: 'For what concern did I need to contact booking'?? and nobody could tell me. Apparently the system sends messages by itself.

The room was very nice. The initial appearance was worrying but once inside the hotel was very good. The room was very good, The bed was very comfortable.

The sole complaint was the odd smell inthe room. Other that,, very nice. The smell was of an odd chemical.
