Beautiful location little dated but was perfect for the get away.

Property was as described. Plenty of towels, which is always appreciated. You could hear neighbors moving around in the mornings but the noise wasn't an issue at night. It was nice being close to the beach and some restaurants/shops. Check-in process on arrival was simple and easy.

We did not have any wifi the whole time we stayed. We were asked to call the provider Charter but did not really want to waste our vacation time on the phone. The location was wonderful and near many good activities.

Bedroom was a little small, but the bed was comfortable. We stayed here for the location - beachfront, which was very nice. The pool was heated and very nice also. The living room was comfortable, seemed like a newer couch. Kitchen was fine, we didn't cook but used the coffee maker and refrigerator. Shower head was very nice. Plenty of towels were supplied. The supplied beach chairs to use was a nice touch too. TV in living room worked fine, and was a nice size too. The unit was a little dated, but fine for our stay.

Right on the beach. Great size for a couple. Close and walkable to shops and restaurants.
Condo was clean but a little dated. Pillow case wasn't really cleaned had other peoples hair on it, but clean otherwise.

Fantastic location and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay at the beach. We thought the view was absolutely fine! We could see over to the park and hear music. Great stay!

Unit was small but had everything we needed! Location was excellent…walk to shop, restaurants etc! Condo was clean. Bed was comfy. Using the convection oven was tricky at first but we figured it out. Not a fancy place but very quaint. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location. Property just right for us— exactly how advertised. The key/lock was a bit tricky to begin with. And the bedroom remote control did not connect. Only suggestion is maybe a map of cologney plaza and neighboring properties/attractions. Thank you! We will be back

Great Location For Good Price
We were able to stay right on the beach and had easy access to most of what Cologinay had to offer. The only downside is the condo walls are thin, and we could hear our neighbors at times - but we spend most of our time at the beach or nearby restaurants, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Great Cute Condo Steps away from beach!!
This place is so conveniently located by shopping plaza and beach. We rented bikes around the corner and it was amazing. Couldn't of had a better experience!

Cute but small
It was just me so there was no issue with space. The elevator not working was a bummer since it was Thanksgiving and had a lot of bags for my feast. I would stay again.

The condo development could use some updating and an elevator.
The area is wonderful, very touristy. The buildings are older and can use updating. Not ADA compliant, no elevator although they say one is coming soon. The condo itself could use some updating as well but overall it was clean and neat and we enjoyed our stay.

Vacation in Hilton Head
Enjoyed the stay. Perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. Location is prime and you can take full advantage of all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Property is old, AC only goes down to 70 and ceiling fan is out of balance. Needs a major update

Perfect little beach condo
The condo is just steps from the beach, restaurant and shops. There were a few things outdated, but overall for a beach condo it fit what we were looking for nicely. The condo is well equipped with most everything you will need. Coffee maker, silverware, dishwasher and a shower that gets hot immediately. We didn’t use the beach chairs but they have those too. And, aside from hearing a few footsteps here and there, the property was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Below Average Condo
This is a great location next to Cologne Plaza and the beach, small but heated pool, small condos are a little claustrophobic, particularly the queen bed-sized bedroom. Difficult to walk around just one side of bed. Typical of 70s condos I suppose, the location made the stay, not the accommodations. There was also abandoned construction for elevators everywhere at the Breakers, looks like it stopped due to COVID but materials and mess remained, no warning of this in description. Very limited parking.

Bait and Switch
This property is nothing like listed. It is not by the pool, it is not a first floor condo, there is no elevator. This property looks at a parking lot and trash bins. There is hardly any parking, my son and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a parking spot on the property. The pool is the type of pool that you would find at an RV Park, tiny and overrun with people. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The mattress and bed are so old, it is at an angle so you sleep feeling like you are falling out of bed. When arriving I contacted the property manager as the condo was hard to find, she was rude and was clearly upset that I was bothering her. Overall, this was a terrible experience. We left and went to a hotel, that is just how bad this place was for my son and I.

Positives: Great location, near Coligny Plaza (short short walk with lots to do), sheets were super softNegatives (minor overall): TV in bedroom would not turn off/on or change volume with remote, bed was pushed against wall (shown in pics) and hard to get out of if you were on the inside, view is NOT what is shown (as was noted in another's comment so I should have paid attention) but all we saw was the dumpster and trees

The condo was right on the beach, as well as right near several shops. It was clean when we arrived, comfortable bed, and overall a great place to stay. We loved our stay and hope to repeat the experience next year!

Had a great stay. Location is great, easy access to everything. Loved having the beach chairs. Needs a sign by the street, we drove by twice before we saw the sign way down the driveway.

Definitely recommend!
This was the cutest place and in a great location! Able to walk to dinner, beach, and the piggly wiggly. Directions and entry to the place were spot on, didn’t have to contact the property manager at all. I don’t know if it was the time we went (Oct. ) but the pool was NOT heated but we had great weather! Highly recommend this place!

Great Location!
Our family had a great stay at this comfortable condo! It is located directly across from Coligny Plaza which has everything you could possibly need or want. The owner was very easy to work with and checked in to make sure our stay was going great! We'll be back!
