Bathroom needs fixing. No dish washing liquids. No toilet paper

Nice sized room, separate bedroom and bathroom. Easy access and parking, everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped and there is a seating area just outside to enjoy the sun.

No Wi-Fi, I was able to use data plan but hindered my work with slow speeds. The advert never mentioned it was or was not supplied. Slight grumble is all, I mean the stay was great in all.

It was very modern and comfortable.

It was in the corner of the garden,no privacy,if they in garden we felt uncomfortable to go outside .

Excellent value for money, hosts were very welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped, set in the grounds of hosts’ family home. Was travelling on my own with my son, felt very safe, short walk to Birkdale for amenities and fantastic fish and chips.

Although bedding, towels etc and main areas clean, it was not spotless, microwave was splattered and smelt of baked beans, bathroom floor had hair on it, cupboard fronts had finger prints. Although property is not advertised as having Wifi it would be useful as we had no phone signal in the apartment.

Lovely location, friendly hosts, Well appointed accommodation, Great for us, just a shame we couldn't stay longer.

The lighting in the bathroom needs improving. Both the sink plugs need replacing, Shower pipework needs slight attention. Very simple jobs that would make all the difference.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but I would say maybe get a bigger bed for taller people as both me & my partner are tall , and him being a man is more built so much space in the bed & no wifi

No Keys or code for gate was handed over - when I spoke to them over the telephone they said booking.com had made a mistake and they only offer minimum three night stays - all they wanted to do was blame booking.com - there was no offer to refund the money saying we should "take it up with booking.com" We just want our money back

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family, and because we live near the sea we felt quite at home.

We just felt the whole place could do with a refresh the bathroom especially as this smelt very musty and some of the fittings were hanging of the wall.

This is the first time we have ever said in somewhere like this , and we were amazed how nice it was and will definitely be going back soon Thankyou very much for a fab weekend 😀

Convenient for work & close to facilities, shops, restaurants etc.

No laundry facilities, housekeeping, general cleaning or laundry service, change of towels or bedding, considering we were there for 16-days. Cordless vacuum was provided but no charger to be able to use it. Ironing board had no cover, no Wi-Fi.

There were a few little items. No kitchen knife except for a bread knife. Shower could not be switched from rainfall to hose option.

The whole stay from start to finish was excellent, easy access and self check in, great parking, everything you need for your stay, all the rooms where very comfortable, bed comfortable and rooms lovely and warm

Fine for our purposes as only needed somewhere to stay as son had just moved into a new house.

Very difficult to find in the dark. Address needs to put the street and number on it as the name of the house was no good. The name was very small and not lit up. Took ages to find and had to knock on neighbours doors Kitchen seemed well equipped but no knives or chopping boards

There was a very bad smell of drains/sewerage/toilets on entering the property. This smell never went. We had a problem with the TV and when we messaged with our problem, we never got a reply for over two and a half hours. The security light facing our bedroom was constantly going on and off during the night from the main house.
