Great house! Excellent location. Short walk to beach. Excellent kitchen and all you need to cook. Ensuite bedrooms. House lays out nice for big family. Pool and grill nice. Very happy with property.

Nice home but needs some work. The bedroom door opening to the screened in porch by the pool does not lock and the handle comes off when you try to open it. The pool and hot tub also need work. They both have cracks in them. The hot tub has tiles coming off and 2 of the children with us cut their hands on the areas where the tiles are missing. Also quit a few light bulbs are burnt out especially in the kitchen area. I would expect the house to be in excellent shape for the price we paid for the week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 350 Walker Cup! The kids spent a ton of time in the pool and the outdoor fireplace was great to warm up on a chilly night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and loved the open floor plan to the large eating table and tv area. The rooms were very spacious and second floor had a good setup for kids with lots of sleeping space. The house location was in a cul-de-sac which reduced traffic and made biking great for kids. The house was right on the path to the beach and had great paved walkways for running and biking. We could not have been happier with the house and location. The house was very homey and well loved by the owners. We look forward to coming back!

This is a nice house with a great location. The bedrooms and common areas worked perfectly for our group. We had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub. The rental management company was excellent! They were very responsive and friendly. The home does have some maintenance issues, however. Some of the appliances just do not work very well. The oven heats very unevenly; burns on one side and does not cook thoroughly on the other. The wood floors on the main level have a lot of damage; particularly under the dining table and a strange taped area in one of the main level bedrooms. The refrigerator and freezer have rather large dents. We had constant issues with the hot water heaters even though no one was taking any long showers and we were spacing showers apart. Two people could barely take a quick shower before the water was completely cold. Overall, a great home with plenty of space and great beach access just in need of some TLC.

The house was perfect! Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed the surf walk to the beach.

Wonderful family vacation, loved the location.

The space in the house was great and the pool area was very nice. Our walk to the beach was good too! Our disappointment was not having a working oven or dishwasher. The dishwasher was replaced on the third day . The oven was never repaired . They finally got the parts on Friday morning which didn’t help us at all. We managed to use the grill for our meals . The refrigerator was also not functioning properly. I talked with Sweetgrass properties and told them that the house needs a lot of attention. It is a nice house but just needs some updating. We would rent the house again but only if they improved the appliances and furnishings in the family room.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house was the perfect size and layout for our family.

I thought the property managers did a great job, especially considering the circumstances with the coronavirus, etc.

Beautiful large home with a cozy feel. Perfect for our fall getaway with 10 gals. Spacious rooms and oversized bathrooms. Main living room/dining room/open kitchen was a perfect common space. The Hot tub and pool got a lot of use! Quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

We had 7 adults and 5 children with ages of 4 to 74. There was definitely something for everyone from swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, to walking or riding bikes to the beach. The adult girls took advantage of the spa at the Sanctuary.

There are a few things that need to be addressed. One washer the spin cycle didn’t work so you had to take clothes to the washer downstairs to get an extra spin. The washer and dryers are very old and should be replaced. There were many palmetto bugs we killed in the house. Should be a better pest control company that is used. Overall it was fine. Close to the beach was a bonus

We had a wonderful week at Kiawah Island! The home was clean and having a pool was a must! Plenty of space and amenities. Would definitely rent this property again. Only thing that could have been improved was communication letting us know about the pool cleaning and a service call - just caught us by surprise.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house's location just a very short walk/ride to the beach was ideal.

We loved our stay. Kiawah was awesome and the house had everything we needed!

house is spacious easily accommodating large families. kitchen was extremely well stocked and very good for cooking meals for all of our guests. some disrepair noted - flooring in kitchen was actually dangerous, particularly in that it was covered by a rug, sofas and chairs should be replaced, sliding screen door was off the track so couldn't leave the door open, carpenter bees everywhere outside, should have made garage available for guest use - cars were trashed by overhanging tree debris, no ESPN or Golf channel available on Masters week at a golf resort???

Well maintained and conveniently located. Used for a business trip and comfortably accommodated four couples.

What a great vacation. My extended family came from all directions for a family celebration. Ten of us, aged 17-80 and everyone was happy. This house is perfect: comfortable, all the amenities, and very close to the beach. We fixed a big dinner one night in the well equipped kitchen. Everyone liked having their own bed and private bathroom in every bedroom. Pool and hot tub kept everyone from getting bored. Not a single thing I'd change.

Just completed a vacation in this home. It was the best vacation I have ever had. The house is incredible . We had the entire family , 4 adult daughters and husbands and one grand child. The bedrooms, bathrooms . Kitchen , living space and pool area are all better than outstanding. The owner is a real pleasure to deal with. We are already planning our return trip. I would recommend this house to anyonel looking for five star treatment and experience .

We were looking for a home for 5 adult couples to spend a golf/beach week at Kiawah. Our criteria in choosing a home was that we wanted 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, something close to the beach and a pool. This home had all of those things and when we arrived, we discovered it had even more. Everyone commented on how well they slept as the beds were very comfortable. Each bathroom is large and some even have special showers! The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking for a group easier. There is an elevator that made loading and unloading a happier chore! The beach is indeed a quick 3-5 minute walk. We rented bikes from the service the owner recommended and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. It is a lovely home and a good value.

IF you are looking for a beatiful home in a wonderful setting for a family vacation. This is the place.No detail is left out.We have spent a week for three successive summer vacation in this home which includes a very nice pool as well.And when we arrive, we feel at home.The owner's of this home have been helpful in every way.The house is not far from the beautful beaches ..short walk or bike ride away. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

My family and I have for several years had the pleasure oy spending vacation at houses on Kiawah Island. This year from 8/18-8-25 it was 350 Walker Cup. Normally at end of stay off we go to our all parts of our country. This year was different. Adults and grand kids said "Can we come back to this house for our next Kiawah vacation" No greater commendation. It is a home that meets and exceeds expectations. Ted Simon

I wanted to drop a quick note to tell you what a wonderful time we had at your's and Carol's beautiful home on Kiawah Island! Your home had absolutely every amenity available, as described, and we enjoyed everything about it from the fabulous pool, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, and the air conditioned bathroom next to pool area. The proximity to the beach was ideal and made it so enjoyable to be able to stroll there in a few minutes! Your home is beautifully decorated and so well thought-out....from the well-designed floor plan which allows the group to congregate in the family room while cooking to allowing folks to enjoy the privacy in their bedroom suites. (We also thought the built-in cutting board in the counter directly above the garbage cabinet was brilliant!) We will definitely want to return in the future! Thank you for the coordination and opening your home for others to enjoy!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully decorated, well-appointed home for our family vacation. We had a group of 12 adults and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. The adults all love to cook and between the beautiful kitchen and large grill, we were able to prepare fabulous dinners. No detail is spared here. Every bedroom was perfectly decorated and everyone got a restful night's sleep. Not to mention poolside! We would spend our early mornings at the beach and come back to the pool to further unwind. It was so dreamy! I really can't say enough about this home. By far THE BEST family vacation we have ever had!
