My husband and I had a wonderful week in Naples staying at this condo. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient. We walked 2 blocks to get to the beach each day and shops/restaurants were also a very short walk. All the beach gear we needed was provided including an umbrella. We would absolutely stay again!

This vacation location is the best around. Simple walk to the beach for the kids, and the same for walks to Naples shops and restaurants. The condo has recently been renovated and is in perfect condition. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Looking forward to coming again next year!

No need to drive once you arrive! Quiet building, comfortable beds, everything you need to walk to the beach, and enjoy all that 5th Avenue South has to offer! We enjoyed and highly recommend!!

We had a great experience staying at Monica’s condo. The condo was immaculate and fully updated with high-end touches. The space and layout were great for two adults and would easily accommodate a family or two couples. The location was exactly what we were looking for—close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice. Monica provides beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen needs, etc. There’s really nothing that you’re missing when you stay here. And her communication throughout the process was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Monica!

Monica was an amazing host! This location is absolutely fantastic and the beach is only a five minute walk from the condo. Absolutely nothing to complain about with this place. We will 100% stay again with Monica in the future when visiting to Naples!

Beautifully renovated unit is finest location in Old Naples

Lovely, modern, spotless condo within one and a half blocks to a delightful beach, chairs and umbrella provided. High end shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

This property was immaculate and well appointed. Monica thought of everything! The unit is located within walking distance of everything Naples is known for (beaches, pier, shopping and dining).

The apartment was very nice and clean. The host is very accommodating. The proximity to beach is excellent. Overall a great place. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is in a great location, one block from the beach and right on 5th Ave S so lots of restaurants within walking distance. This is a 2 BR unit so perfect for two couples or a small family visiting Naples if you want to stay close to the center of Old Naples and close to the beach. Monica was very helpful and she had everything in good order for us. The condos have a small pool which is great for cooling down after a bike ride or walk in town. About the only concern and it was a minor one....there was some street noise from vehicles driving by early in the morning. All in all we were very happy with the location, the cleanliness of the unit, the amenities and the service provided and we would stay here again if we return to Naples.

Great location, location, location with easy access to both beach and downtown. 2 bedroom with king beds in each bedroom, so very roomy with modern TVs and fast internet. Very clean units and property with nice small pool for a quick dip.

The unit which we have rented many times in the past has been refurbished by new owners, breathing new life into the unit and is very comfortable and makes for easy, enjoyable living. We especially enjoy the unit because of its location on the 2nd floor front of building. Our corner is furnished with a couple of summer lounge chairs and a small table where, we have our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to toast the end of day. It provides a view out to the neighborhood as well. Also a great place from which to enjoy the very occasional t-storm. The walk to the most beautiful beach we know of is but 5 minutes - 1 and 1/2 blocks away. the Quigleys

We had a wonderful time in Naples! This condo is well-equipped with everything needed for a beach holiday! The kitchen is also plentiful with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The condo is very clean and well organized. Dealing with Monica was a true pleasure. She was always available to answer any questions, and so helpful with her many suggestions! Naples has everything and unit #206 at the 5th Avenue Beach Club is truly the icing on the cake. With all the beach equipment you could need, it's an easy walk to carry everything to the beautiful, unspoilt beach. Everything is in easy walking distance - about one mile along the beach to the old Naples fishing pier and happy yarns with the local fisher folk who gather everyday and socialise as much as they fish. Many fine restaurants and boutiques in 5th Avenue and 3rd Street - all within easy walking distance. In complete contrast is the olde Naples 'pub' on 3rd Street, good food and excellent pianist / singer on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Concerts in the Park most Sunday afternoons - Naples has it all and at the end of each great day - return home to paradise in unit #206 Sally and Dave November 2018

This condo is ideally located in downtown Naples within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico and the shops and restaurants on Fifth Avenue. It is exceptionally clean and well supplied with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very accommodating and anxious to make sure that your stay is wonderful one. This is an excellent condo for spending your family vacation. It is very clean and tidy. I was surprised to see how the owners thought everything through to the smallest details. They really provide you with everything you need and more. The condo itself is located in a great location: short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants, and close to many stores. The pool was right outside our door. Thank you for providing us with such a great place! Our vacation could not have been better! We would definitely come back!

This unit has just what you need for a truly wonderful vacation. Condo was very clean, well maintained, stocked with appliances, cooking wares, dishes, towels & linens. The location is amazing. You are about a 2 min walk from the beautiful beach and the 5th Avenue nice restaurants and shops. We did not use the chairs or beach items provided nor did we use the pool on site. Price was right and the owner Monica was very nice to work with. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy Naples.

Beautiful apartment on 5th Avenue. Lovely, quiet, safe location among million dollar homes. The apartment is in very good condition and extremely clean. There is everything you will need for your stay. Plenty of linens and towels. Wonderful beach nearby (two blocks away) to swim and go for a long walk, and watch the amazing sunset.
