Such a beautiful place to stay - immaculately clean as well as totally rustic and charming . So generously and beautifully furnished - lux linen bedding & mohair blanket luxury but in the middle of the bush - thankyou so much we will be back !

Cosy rustic cabin with everything you need. The best part is the deck with lounges and chairs where you can sit and look at the view.
The cabin is thoughtfully decorated with lots of nice eclectic pieces. Great little kitchen with everything you need.
The only downside was that the great bath with windows looking out on to the bush was not in operation.

We had an amazing short break at the Potters cottage, it’s a beautiful little place with amazing serenity and wildlife. Its nice and remote without being completely isolated. Anya was a great host and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

Comfortable and unique cottage in beautiful, natural surrounds. Well-equipped kitchen and very efficient slow-combustion heater for warmth. Quite close to walking tracks, lookouts and Blackheath.

We had a great weekend with our dog. The property was beautifully presented. It was so clean with lots of thoughtful touches like blankets in the outdoor seating area. Lots of nature around like kangaroos and wombats as well as some beautiful birds. We would go back again.

Beautiful location, a little piece of paradise.
The cottage is very cosy and we can’t wait to go back, one of the best places we stayed in the Blue Mountains.
Anya let us check out late as she didn’t have any booking for the next day.

Property was in a quiet, picturesque and secluded location and was immaculately cleaned and presented. It had comfortable beds with heated blankets a great shower and a cracking fireplace... It had it all! We will definitely be coming back soon.

We stayed two nights with our Labrador X Goldie there.
The cottage has a special charm with the wood fire burning through the cold nights. Anya and Michael was very helpful and done everything to make us feel welcome.The cottage sits in the valley surrounded by trees , a small dam and view over grassland that was favoured by kangaroos. We will recommend this stay to all our friends with dogs or without.

A beautiful and tranquil hideaway in the valley. The accommodation was beautiful, with fantastic views of the valley and escarpment. The host was very helpful and great with communication. Will definitely be back.

The cottage is jam packed with rustic charm. The bushland surroundings are serene - sitting on the verandah watching the birds feed in the nearby trees, seeing the wallabies watch you across the dam, going for a walk and taking in the escarpment views. Everything you need for a home away from home has been thought of - fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to cook like you are at home, throw rugs to enjoy sitting on the verandah taking in the scenery. A perfect getaway location!

What a beautiful cabin. Wonderful location on the valley floor under spectacular escarpments. Loads of wildlife and such peace and serenity. Anya was a great host and kept us informed all the way.

Our second visit to the cottage was just as magic as the first. It is a little paradise. Wonderful to be there in summer to enjoy swimming in the dam. The cottage is charmingly rustic, confortable and perfectly equipped, just bring food and wine. The stars! Thank you Anya.

Very well set up cottage. Scenery and setting were beautiful - just didn’t anticipate that the road down to the valley was a little rugged perhaps best done in a four wheel drive.

Anya is a fantastic host. The cottage is so well done . We fell in love with the surroundings. Lots of wildlife around, and hundreds of butterflies. Absolutely magical. Easy drive to Wentworth falls .

Such a beautiful little spot.
My partner and I spent New Years Eve here to avoid the fuss, he had such a peaceful time. Sunset over the field into the valley is beautiful and the cottage itself feels very warm, human and inviting. The host Anya was super helpful even giving us directions when arrived a little late and got lost :).

Secluded and restorative. I've never seen such butterflies in NSW. And black cockatoos.
The next day was vacant and Anya was very generous with a late checkout.
My new favourite spot for escaping from Sydney.

Spent the most amazing 3 nights! The place itself is amazing and filled with so much character. The location you could find better. Was able to see wombats kangaroo and amazing Birdlife. Also Anya was amazing!! Couldn't speak more highly!! Perfect getaway to revive your soul can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. Wonderful quiet bush location, plenty of wildlife. Combustion fire kept house cosy. Great with our pets.
Host went above and beyond guiding us the Potter’s Cottage through adjacent properties due to temporary main road closure after record rainfall this year.

Best place, keen to revisit
Out of the way, but still close enough to enjoy the best the Blue Mountains has to offer.
A quiet and peaceful place, plenty of privacy, among beautiful natural surrounds, with plenty to explore around the property. Best views to wake up to in the morning!
Place is exceptionally furnished, with the perfect atmosphere inside & out.
The owner Anya was extremely helpful & respectful. Definitely somewhere we would love to stay again in future.

Loved it even in the rain
I’ve actually lost count of how many times we’ve stayed now but yet to have anything but a perfect stay. The weather was atrocious this time but we stayed warm and dry and Anya went above and beyond ensuring we had what we needed and liaising with the authorities to help us get out of the valley when the roads were closed due to trees over the road. Such a cosy place to get “stuck” for a few days :)

Perfect If you love tranquil surroundings. Completely private. Anya could not have been more responsive and welcoming. Really hope to go back!

Peace.
The location was beautiful and fun to find down all the winding roads!
The set up was also good. Lots of windows, a dam in front, wild birds visiting for a feed daily. A fabulous view from all windows and plenty of firewood provided.

Rustic retreat
Beautiful romantic property. Lots of special character touches around property. Pet friendly. Excellent communication with host. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Fresh air and Green Therapy
Rustic simplicity is the hallmark of Potters Cottage. Staying in this location eases down the city revs wonderfully. The careful and detailed presentation at this cottage allows for relaxation and comfort. A very good ‘getaway’.

Lovely Rustic Cottage Getaway
A lovely little rustic cottage nestled in the Blue Mountains outside of Blackheath. Nice fully equipped kitchen; wood burning stove (very cozy), lovely décor, and two comfy bedrooms. It was a quiet retreat and very good for our small group of girlfriends to hang out in the evenings with the fire and some wine. In the mornings we sat on the porch with our coffee and looked out at the valley. I enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet, and rustic nature of this cottage. It was far from the hustle and bustle of the mountain towns--and a natural oasis.

Loved the cottage. Very private and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fire place was wonderful and the bed was amazing. Highly recommend potters cottage to anyone wanting to take a moment to relax and unwind with their partner.
