Location in the heart of Little Italy, parking, big apartment, lots of storage, beds are very comfortable. Nice and quick contact with the staff.

The floor was very dirty and was not clean at all. Although the apartment was very large, it lacks lots of cutlery, dishes, glasses, and there were only 3 chairs in the flat (that were broken by the way). It was a bit noisy in the night some days. The amenities were quite poor compared the price.

As others have noted, the first floor restaurant's nightly cleaning music is rather loud until 10 or 10:30pm Communication with the agent was less than optimal Wifi password should have be posted in the unit A very nice apartment could be easily be a great apartment with a bit of attention (lubricate noisy doors and drawers, swap awkward location of sofa with dining table)

Big and can accommodate large group

The property is on the second floor and there’s no elevator so if you have a lot of luggages it’s going to be hard. The parking area at the back of the building is first come first serve basis and street parking is limited and needs permit. The sheets has a smell and dryer is not working so we end up washing clothes and had a problem drying them. Landlord is not very helpful providing information and will tell you to just ask around.

Second floor apartment with a lot of very steep stairs - needs a handrail for safety and not great access for getting luggage in and out. Could do with additional sofa in lounge. Would have been great if there were some tourist maps / information. View from lounge overlooked rubbish bins.

The perfect place to visit the city - great location, great food&restaurants so close by! Clean and spacious!!
