Nice complex with convenient grocery and restaurants nearby. Clean. Comfortable beds. Could use some towel hooks and bars in the bathrooms. Also needs a grown-up coffee maker. Five cups at a time doesn't cut it.

This was a great location and wonderful place. Loved that you had a high chair for the baby. Although I wish the pool was open til 11 and not 10:30.

Monica was a great hostess. Everything was beautifully decorated but most importantly, the unit was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The location was centrally located to everything. One recommendation that we have is to have bikes available. Our family enjoy the outdoors. We plan on coming back soon. Thank you and blessings, Tina

The property was nice on the surface. However, the washing machine spin cycle did not work, leaving our clothes dripping wet. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and had old food in dishes. There was a dirty bowl underneath the bed in the master bedroom. Bed linens appeared dirty. Stayed before with a few issues with the cleanliness but was willing to give it another try because of the nice location. Not sure if we will stay again.

Second time staying in the same unit. We were here 10/2019. First time everything was perfect. First issue was the WiFi, network and password we were given wasn’t working. Next issue was the dirty dishes in the cabinets. I mean every thing, forks, glasses,plates, and pans. The table mats had food stains and crumbs on every mat. And the bed comforters, sheets were absolutely stained, with visible soil, and the master bedroom had food crumbs on the sheets. I was totally shocked how this particular unit has declined from our last visit. Will take a miracle for us to book this same unit again.

Our first rental in another location didn't turn out how we expected, so we needed something fast. We were able to book within 24hrs, which was amazing! The listing and pictures were accurate and it felt like home! The pool and walking trail were wonderful. We spent every morning on the patio, so peaceful and relaxing. We are already talking about renting again soon!

We had a volleyball tournament at the convention center and it was easily walkable. In addition we had ppl doing Disney which was a quick Uber ride. Property is comfortable, well decorated and has a relaxing view of the lake. We will definitely stay again next year!

Awesome place to stay. Being so close to convention center was very nice for us. Great pool area and bar. The staff was soo nice.

My wife and our 7 month old son stayed at this property for 4 days. Everything was very clean and beautiful. We felt very comfortable while there. The location was great and right next to the Orange County Convention Center. Will stay again.

In town for a trade show and could not have picked better place to unwind during the evenings. Quite, comfortable and first class!

Not only is this property beautiful but this particular corner unit is exceptionally gorgeous with lakeside sunset views and pretty interior decor. Sooo incredibly comfortable and spacious inside and beyond convenient for the conference I was attending at the convention center as well as local shopping and dining! I will DEFINITELY return to this beautiful home!

Very nice condo, well stocked, very clean and spacious rooms with beautiful decor. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa but we called the manager and it was delivered promptly to us. We didn't explore the area near there very much as were visiting the parks. Magic Kingdom is a bit farther and there is traffic -but it's very close to Universal Studios which is great. Great place to unwind after the parks - pool and walking trail at lake are very nice.

Overall the condo was great! Very clean, beautiful decor, spacious rooms. We didn't have bedding for one of the pull outs but I called the property contact and they delivered it to us that evening. The pool was wonderful. Only small issue was the grocery store was a bit farther and harder to get to than I expected. It was dark when we were looking for it so it was confusing to find. Also traffic to the parks was heavy too - took about 30 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom. Overall - the condo worked well for our family of 8.

Reviewer Comments: Our project was to bring our niece and husband as well as the two children to live their first experience in Walt Disney, Orlando So we have to look to rent a condo with 3 sleeping rooms etc. Moreover this is the first time we rent a condo by going to the websites we were a little nervous to live this first experience. After being on the site of Home Away and share this intermediary on the site Buena Vida we learned about the different condos they rented in Kissemee. Our experience with Buena Vida went very well from recording to taking possession of the condo in Kissemee, everything went smoothly. We arrived before around 14:00 pm and the staff was cleaning the whole condo for our arrival. We took possession at 16:00 pm and everything was impeccable. We had a small problem with the ants on the balcony, we phoned the manager and in the next hour they came and proceeded to the elimination of the insects and everything was in order. We were completely satisfied and recommend Buena Vida for your next rentals.
