Three separate cabins. One main cabin with kitchen and bathroom. Two other cabins for sleeping. One of the extra cabins had microwave and mini fridge but neither had bathrooms. Outhouse available. It was great for our purpose but renter should be aware. Also no Wi-Fi.

We loved our stay. The tranquility rated very high on our stay. To set around the fire pit at night after our adventures during the day was so nice. Linda gave us great ideas for places to go that are not advertised on any maps. She was so delightful to talk to. Linda, thanks for your suggestions and your hospitality.

These cabins are great if you want to see Mt. Rushmore and the surrounding area. They offer a beautiful view, are very comfortable, and Linda, the host, is awesome!

We can’t say enough good things about this stay! The cabin is just perfect and secluded enough to feel away from the world. Yet it’s a close drive do to fun family activities. Linda was just the absolute Best and we will miss her. The chickens and bunnies were a bonus, the kids just loved them! You definitely want to stay here with your family or friends!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The property is huge and is back off of the main road for what feels like a mile. So you know you are going to have privacy. I can't wait to come back and book here again.

We rented the cabin for 5 nights over the 4th of July and for a niece's Wedding. The area is private and peaceful with a running creek near the cabin, I loved the chickens clucking around the property. The property was clean and Linda, the host lived near by and was available anytime we needed her or had questions.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Grizzly Gulch Cabin. We slept 6 adults and 1 toddler comfortably for 5 nights. The cabin and property were picturesque and had all the needed amenities. Sharing 1 bathroom was difficult, but we made it work. We loved having the chickens roaming around, the creek, and the screened porch the most! The only "negative" I would give it was just how rustic it was. It's definitely not for people who need all modern comforts. Overall, fantastic stay!

It was a beautiful property and a great location. Our only complaint was we rented the entire property but the host was always there. Don’t get us wrong she was super nice but we rented a private cabin for a reason, for it to be private. She lived up the road and did have chickens and a bunny on the property so we expected her to come by maybe once a day but it was no less than three times a day at randoms times and as late as 7pm(which is 8pm our time so our 4yo was already trying to sleep) keep in mind this was only the times we counted while at the cabin as we spent most of the time away hiking and exploring. One afternoon after a long hike she came no less than 5 times and with her grandson to gather rocks( and this was just when we were at the property. Again she was so sweet and nice but this was not what we were looking for, I think there should be a time slot the owner should stick to visiting the property unless there are issues.

It was a pleasant and peaceful stay at this cabin.

Excellent proximity to Keystone and Mt. Rushmore. Secluded and quiet with plenty of room for the 8 of us. No tv but none needed with the outside and inside games to entertain us. The only thing that was a slight negative was the stove. Small with only three burners which in itself was not a problem, but the coils only partially heated up. Oven worked well though. Linda was great and helpful when needed and just down the lane for a quick response. Highly recommend this quaint and cozy rental!

What a beautiful cabin. Linda was a great host, she was so tentative to our needs and helpful with all the local places. The cabin is great. Great location, nice and comfortable. If you can book this place, I would. The location is close to everything, very closs to everything you need..

The whole experience was fantastic. Check in was a breeze. Nice cabin with creek running beside it. Loved having the chickens and bunnies hanging with us. Linda the property manager was great. Enjoyed all of it. Would love to go back.

Fantastic, out of the way location! QUIET! QUIET! QUIET!!!

I would say we had a great time at our cabin. The only issue we had was bee's and wasps. There were a lot of wasp nest that I personally removed. My daughter was stung by a bee during our stay. My kids loved the creek behind the cabin and also the openness of the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay besides the little critters joining us.

It was a wonderful experience. The property and location were perfect and was close to everything. Our only regret was that we didn't allow more time at the cabin relaxing-- it is a perfect for anyone who wants a retreat. Linda was great to work with and was available when we had a need. We would definitely rebook if we are ever in the area.

We absolutely enjoyed our time there. It’s quaint, rustic but absolutely charming. We had everything we needed. The atmosphere was so peaceful. Linda is so kind and sweet. She was available for whatever we needed. She went out of her way to make sure we had a place to watch the fireworks. We can’t wait to return! Would love to make this a frequent getaway. Convenient for all the surrounding areas. Close to town to go for dinner. Yet seems like your out by yourself. Neighbors are extremely quiet. You don’t even know they are around.Swings to just relax and listen to the creek run. We all just adored it. We even managed with the one bathroom for 4 ladies. It just worked!

We are ranchers. We work on the ranch plus some have jobs off the ranch. Our lives are constantly on the run. This was that perfect getaway time that we all needed to just relax .. or to have a lot of activities right handy to enjoy ourselves! This location is perfectly located near Mount Rushmore but also very secluded. Linda is a fantastic host with great suggestions to see and do in the area! We enjoyed our time there!

We had the most absolute best time at this cabin! Loved the creek in the back! It was a nice touch when sitting by the fire. It’s very secluded and quiet! Yet close enough to keystone to get food and small shopping! We plan on coming back with the rest of the family soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at this cabin--rustic, scenic, stream in the back--all just... awesome. My only regret was that we did not plan MORE time to stay at the cabin.

Nice little get away at the end of a dirt road, very secluded, creek next to property, fire pit and grill available. Really a quaint rustic setting perfect for relaxing. Can even see Rushmore from the dirt road. Owner is super helpful. We really loved it.

We enjoyed our 3 Nights. Everything was as advertised. The cabin is definitely rustic (older kitchen/bathroom) but everything you need is there. The location is amazing, so much privacy and absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

This was a great place to stay & easy process to rent.

Clean, well-maintained, comfortable cabin. Beautiful setting in the Black Hills. My three kids (12, 9, & 7) loved the yard~ big enough for whiffle ball, frisbee, campfires, & exploring the creek. We all slept in main cabin as the logistics of the guest cabin didn’t work) so it was a little tight, but still very comfortable. Linda is a kind and gracious hostess with great local knowledge. A fantastic base to explore a gorgeous part of the country. Thank you, Linda and family!!!

Restful, creekside base camp for visiting Mount Rushmore, Black Hills, Crazy Horse and Keystone. And so much more we did not have time to do. Ample games for large yard. Pleasant dip in the creek out back door.
