This house was absolutely lovely. Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was well appointed with tools and appliances, and the layout of the home was perfect. There is a balcony off the back of the home that has a screened porch and balcony off the primary bedroom that overlook a river. While the house was awesome, my favorite part was the neighborhood itself. Lovely shaded pathways and the beach was just around the corner. The community has a pool and a dock for fishing and kayaking as well. I had several questions for the rental company while we were there and they were always extremely responsive and easy to work with. Shopping in Freshfields was super nice (full grocery store, drugstore, etc) and Charleston was only a 40 min drive. The beach itself was awesome too. Super clean, not crowded at all. Great stay!

Being outside the gate of Kiawah was very convenient. Very close to the beach and to the neighborhood pool. Easy bike rides for eating and shopping. Clean property and very well kept. Overall great experience.

We stayed a year ago in the same cottage and loved it so much we returned this year. It was just as wonderful!! Beautiful kitchen with gas stove, beautiful bathrooms and extremely comfortable master bedroom. We had to call maintenance to fix the handle on the screened in porch and he came within 30 minutes and fixed it perfectly !!! He was extremely professional and competent !! We love staying at Inlet Cove to enjoy the river and private dock for fishing, private swimming pool and close bike ride to the beach. This is a perfect location and beautiful cottage.

Very nice stay. Cottage was neat and clean. Easy walk to beach and to pools. Communication with host was fast and efficient.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to stay for the marathon.
Just 2 things to note, the toilet in the adjoining restroom runs unless you jiggle the handle or float. And the HDMI was missing from the king bed room's TV.
Neither of those two things impacted our stay. Everything was wonderful and we'd definitely stay again!

Second time staying here, location and house are great. A couple things - When we stayed here last year, we reported the hood range wasn't working. Came again this year, still broken. Gas can be dangerous to cook with without ventilation. Front step lights weren't working again either, definitely a fall hazard, very dark here at night. Some cabinets broken and need repair. Pots/pans could also definitely use updating. Otherwise good stay and 5 stars if attention to detail was there.

We just returned from an amazing week and loved the private location in Inlet Cove. The kitchen is perfection!! Everything is clean and neat. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch at night with the ceiling fan and lights- you could hear the sounds of the tides coming in the waterway behind the cottage. Loved the herons and egrets that visited the waterway!!

Several things were broken in the house. I contacted the management company and they were very responsive. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were very very below average. The whole unit needs some tender loving care.

Good, but not great. This cottage is due for a little tlc.
We stay in Inlet Cove every year, and many friends do to, so we’ve seen just about everything there is to offer. We have been in this cottage many times in the past and always considered it one of the better ones, however this year it was obvious that it’s time for a few repairs and updates. The overall style and the updates that were prev. done to the kitchen are good, and we would stay here again, however we won’t jump at the opportunity. A few suggestions: put a handle on the exterior of the sunroom door (very difficult to use), add better lighting to master shower area (very dark), repair/clean all the grout (the grout looks terrible), replace/clean the furniture (living room furniture was stained bad). Positive notes: great central location, decent view, good kitchen, good grill, nice ground level deck.

We have stayed at several other units but 74 inlet cove has become our go to unit, especially since ESPM took over management.
This was the third time staying at this unit, second time renting through ESPM. ESPM was a notch above the previous property manager. The unit was very clean and has an extremely well equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning next year. ESPM was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

What a great place to stay. We had never stayed outside the gate on Kiawah despite vacationing there on-and-off for over 30 years. This place had everything we needed and a beautiful kitchen. It was perfect for our 6 guests (4 adults and 2 kids). It's a short walk/bike ride to the beach.

This place really exceeded our expectations - Has it all - Gated community, great kitchen, bbq, hammock, right on the channel, screened in porch, great internet, very comfortable master bed, spacious and updated, bike rentals were easy and dropped and picked up for us. Grocery store less than 10 min drive, beach was a 5 min bike ride, pool just a few minute bike ride, even a dock you can dolphin watch and fish/crab from. If this place is available in the future, there is no doubt we will return.

We enjoyed the screened in porch which was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We highly recommend renting beach gear from Vay K Gear! The rental company had our gear delivered before we arrived. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is a great spot! I would also like to add the experience was simple and hassle free with both the property management company and the rental company. Thank you!

This was our first visit to Kiawah, and we loved staying at 74 Inlet Cove. The location was perfect! Quick bike ride to Beachwalker Park and easy access to all the Kiawah bike trails. This unit was very well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. The only upgrade I would suggest would be a TV definition upgrade - at least during college football season. This property is beautiful, well managed, and in the perfect spot. We 100% recommend!
