The view was amazing only steps to the beach. It was the most relaxing vacation we've had in a while. The king size bed slept so good.

We arrived after hours, went to pick up our check in package got to the condo only to find the keys didn't work. Called the after hours number to let them know what happened, we had to set in our car waiting for an hour and a half for someone to let us in. Only other thing was they charged a $300 cleaning fee, but I think someone needs training on cleaning high touch surfaces because I ended up cleaning everything myself. Was a little dated could use a fresh coat of paint.

The unit was small and tight. Even thou it's a penthouse not a good one at all. Only good thing was the veiw of the ocean .

Excellent view of the beach! We appreciated the location as it was close to the State Park and still close to all the activity in town and on the beach. We felt safe even during COVID as this area wasn't as packed as the other locations to the west. The condo was clean, cute, quiet, and comfortable. The king bed was amazing and very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed! Parking was excellent!

Unfortunately both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed due to construction/repairs after Hurricane Sally. Don't hold this against the complex/owners, as obviously they can't control Mother Nature. The WiFi was "okay..." Not the fastest, but it met our needs with a little bit of buffering here and there.

Kitchen and bath workable but dated. Floor was dirty probably because balcony did not get swept. Exhaust fans in BAs need replaced....extremely loud ..do not seem to work. I had to call to get a new key for front door.
