Asunnon omistaja on huolehtivainen auttavainen ja ystävällinen. Asunnon sijainti on hyvä ja alue on rauhallinen.

Asunto kaipaa uudistamista. Jääkaapista puuttui ovihyllyt kokonaan, joten avatut pullot ja maitopurkit oli hankala säilyttää. Vuodesohva pitäisi uusia. Makuuhuoneen sänky on liian kapea 135cm kahdelle henkilölle. Osa astioista huono kuntoisia mm. paistinpannua ei voinut käyttää sen huonon kunnon vuoksi. Asunnossa on paljon koriste-esineitä pölyä keräämässä. Kylpyhuone kaipaa kunnostusta. Pyykin kuivatus on ongelma. Kuvissa näkyvä "terassitila", kaksi tuolia ja pöytä, on hissin vieressä käytävätilassa. Lattia on tosi kylmä.

Most of all we liked our host Carolina and her family. We arrived very late in the night and Carolina greeted us with such a welcoming smile and positive energy. The Accomodation is really well equipped and perfect for a family of 2/3 people. The kitchen was my favourite as it had so many wonderful things to use. It had basically everything, from various coffee machines to pots, microwave etc. The apartment has a very nice vibe and great view over the community swimming pool. I am visiting Torremolinos twice now and this time was absolutely my favourite. This accommodation makes you feel very local, and all people in the urbanisation are super friendly. My son and I felt like we really lived over there. The swimming pool was also nice and perfect for my son. The complex has a nice solarium area where you can enjoy the evening times as well with a nice breeze. Location is perfect. The beach is literally 2 min walking. It’s quiet but close to everything. Supermarket Aldi is right next to it. Bus station was 1 min or less away. Miguel, Carolina’s husband was super helpful as well. He helped me and my son navigate around the bus experience and offered us a bus card. You can easily walk everywhere from this location. Carolina was a perfect host. She was checking on us very frequently, she also sent us some great recommendations about Torremolinos and Benamaldena. We were also able to leave our luggage the entire day as our flight was very late in the evening. We can’t be more thankful. We enjoyed our vacation so much , mainly to our super lovely Spanish family. We will see you soon next year.

The apartment was not big enough for 3 people and there was no balcony or outside area to sit the sun beds were broken and the apartment was very cramped.
