Ist Class experience

The unit is small but it is enough for 2 people. It is very humid in the building so the AC was appreciated. The WiFi worked well and the Netflix was a great touch. There was a 7/11 and a cafe attached to the building which made it super convenient for an easy breakfast or late night munchies. The check in process was quick and the host was always very responsive. The unit is on the 32nd floor but thankfully all 4 elevators were working during our stay so we never waited too long. The lobby and outside area always had a lot of activity and visible security so we always felt safe. Another level of security that I liked was that every person needed a key in the elevator to enter the apartment levels.

-The room smelled like mildew and when I mentioned it to the host she blamed the pipes in the building which could be true but that didn't explain why the shower curtain was moldy so definitely needs changing to avoid the black stain that was visible on the plastic from water build up. -I inquired about a roundtrip airport transfer to pick up my mother from the airport and was quoted p2400 by the host to use her driver but I ended up taking a grab as it was p900 roundtrip. -We used the driver offered by the host to take us from Cebu city to oslob for the day since we did not want to go through the trouble of renting a car and driving ourselves. It was a 12hr hire for 2 people for p7000 and an additional fee of p350 for every hour after the 12 hours. We only did the whale sharks and canyoneering and went over by 3 hours so expect to pay more than the quoted price. Do keep in mind that this is only a car hire so you will have to book the actual canyoneering tour with the company of your choice before. -The blue towels were either cheap or old as they left blue lint all over our bodies when we dried with them after our shower. I only noticed when I went to put lotion and my hand was covered in blue

Perfect stay we had. Very cozy. The room was clean and tidy. Beautiful overlooking view.

Everything absolutely perfect, room clean, zero issues, very secure building, Khalil and his Mother are very nice people, she attended us and explained everything in all details, Khalil is always available and very kind to give you any advice you need, position is very good and room is very well equipped, I recommend this host 100%! You can't go wrong with them. They also provide some stuff for first night such as brush teeth etc
