I stayed here with some friends for a bachelor party. The house was a jaw dropper for us all. Cool architecture and great amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our visit. Having the access to the resort was a bonus for us. We will definitely be back with our families.

This property is in great location and was well equipped for almost every need. We had a group of 9 that included 3 children from ages 2-11 and it was perfect for all of us. The only thing that I was personally bothered with was that the cleaning services did not wash the bedding in one of the master bedrooms, thankfully there is a washer and dryer available in the villa for our use so I was able to take care of that myself although I had to stayed up late to do it since it was noticed at bedtime.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the villa as part of the resort was very convenient. Great access to the pools and beach. The villa layout was great for extended family staying together. Would definitely recommend!

We have friends that own a condo on the property and have continued to come bavk onve a year as this is the best property in Rock Point. This Villa is roght next to the bar with live music in the evening. We loved the music and the Villa is clean and in good shape.

Awesome! We have stayed at Bella Sirena several times in the past, but this property went beyond our expectations. The property owners provided more than what you would expect a rental to provide, the condo was stocked with amenities as if they themselves were living there on a daily basis. Family that came down from Washington for their first visit to Mexico were totally blown away. Thank you Jim and Heidi for providing them a vacation they will never forget. Chuck!

My family had such a great weekend at this beautiful villas. It was so nice to have towels and other beach equipment that we didn’t have to bring from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals, and there was plenty of room to watch tv and play games. It was so nice and close to the beach and the pools at the complex. We would definitely recommend it!

This villa was everything we needed and more. We had a group of 5 adults, 1 teenager, 2 kids, and 1 toddler and everyone had a great time and had everything they needed. Having 3 full bathrooms + the outdoor shower was so convenient for everyone. We were able to walk to the swim up bar or the beach in moments and it was super easy for the kids to find their way around. We spent each evening in the hot tub and each morning on the rooftop. The host was easy to communicate with and even though we didn't have the time to use it there are tons of beach products in the garage to use! Great time and we will be back:)

The hosts were amazing to start off I want to thank you guys for going above and beyond to make sure our family had a good trip. This room is right distance of the pool. Any questions I had the host responded immediately. The house come with everything needed plus more. We saved money with being able to use the boats and kayaks they had. It was perfect for kids because you can watch them from the room. We were located 2 min from the beach and all the pools. We had an amazing time thank you to the bests hosts!

Great villa close to pool and beach. Owners provide a lot of extras compared to many condos. Clean and accommodating for 7 of us.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property was perfect and Heidi was an exceptional host. We had some bad weather and she was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were ok. We will come back for sure!!

I was truly happy with the amount of space this villa has. They provide all the essentials you need inside and for the beach. This villa is perfectly in the middle of the resort. It’s close to all the pools, parking and the beach.

Property was beautiful. Both my family and my sister’s family fit perfectly. 2 rooms with their own private bathrooms and 3rd room was plenty large for kids. Kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed to cook if you wanted to. Garage was full of beach supplies and a washer and dryer. Back patio area was great and more private than we expected even though we were right by the bar and pool. Owner was easy to reach if needed. Only issue we had is that wifi was slow. Didn’t need much but if you do then that might be an issue. Location was great beach -wise. Kid had a great time looking for sea creatures in the rocks in the mornings. There is only one restaurant/bar so if you don’t want to cook you have to eat there or leave the property. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Our kids fell in love with Rocky Point during this trip and are already talkling about next time. We wouldn't hesitate to book again with Heidi and definitely recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at Bella many times and this villa was perfection for us. We had friends and teenage kids in our group and it had everything we needed and more. Unlike other places there’s plenty of dishwashing soap, trash bags, TP. AC worked great. It was clean, inviting and so easy to get in, which is much appreciated after traveling. But the best was dining al fresco on the roof with stunning views, having what seemed like your own personal nightly concert with the pool and band right next door. We could watch and listen from the roof or kitchen. (: Seeing our kids make memories with the kayaks rather than be on their phones, and sipping cold drinks on the patio were our treasured moments. There were even extra beach chairs, a paddle board, and washer and dryer which we didn’t use, but so nice to have access to. The hot tub was cleaned and refilled for us (and worked fabulous), and it’s steps to the beach. TVs worked great (which never seems to happen for us). You can just tell the owners use it and take care of it. Not to mention Heidi was so responsive and easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again if the opportunity arose.
