We recently stayed with my large family with lots of kids. The view was absolutely beautiful and we loved to just sit outside every night around the fire and lake-great stay! Owner was so responsive and great to work with!

This is our second year. Place was spotless- which made me feel very comfortable in present pandemic situation. Did not need to leave property to have fun.

We had a very relaxing week at Pete's lakeside home. We loved the open layout of the main floor with lake views from every window. The house was very spacious and neat. There was plenty to do - fishing from the private dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat. We would definitely return.

Our stay was magical. As front line workers we were looking for a relaxing retreat and we found it. The few minor issues that we found were addressed through a very responsive owner. Thanks Pete and we hope to see you next year.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Pete's lake house. We loved the beautiful open layout of the kitchen and living room, which was great for our group being together (8 adults and one infant). We also enjoyed the boats and the firepit at night. Pete was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before, during and after our stay. Only negative is that for the price of the house, the outside area could use some improvement in terms of landscaping and better deck/patio furniture. Other than that, great stay! Would highly recommend.

Location was close to Jack Frost Big Boulder. Wish Walmart was closer (25 minutes away). We had 18 people (5 children, 13 adults) and we had enough space to lounge around and hang out. Unfortunately the bathroom doors don't lock but it was fine. We just told our group that if the door was closed, someone was inside. It snowed while we were there and the view was amazing! Pete allowed us to check-out late so we were able to eat our lunch and head out. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few families, with lots of space for the kids and grown-ups to have to themselves. Plenty of bath rooms and right on the lake!

We had a great time at this beautiful mountain house. Its in a great location (close to pool, beach and entrance/exit) and has awesome views. It was very clean and modern. We had a large family stay and had plenty of space, the bedrooms were great too. The owner was exceptional to work with, responds so quickly. The only minus was the overgrown grass/weeds that took over most of the backyard and edge of the lake. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone. We would love to stay there again.

Very spacious house with great Lake view. The bedrooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Kids loved the game area with the pool table. The owner was exceptionally nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this house

Loved the location! Close to everything. Great place for family. 6 grandkids under 6....something for all. Immaculate! Plenty of amenities and the owner was super helpful and always available. Overall great experience...my family wants to do it again next year.

For starters the owner is a gem. He communicates very well and is accommodating. The house has beautiful views of the lake. Two of the four bedrooms are oversized offering plenty of room. We were a party of 15 and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment for all of your cooking needs. Checking in was easy. The house could use a little paint but for our needs it was more than fine.

The property was perfect for our large family vacation! Plenty of space, large bedrooms, 3 full baths! While it does need a little updating, the new owners have made improvements that were great for guests, such as new mattresses, a new large sectional couch and plenty of seating! I would recommend this for a large group or family!

We stayed with four adults and 5 children. The location is great, a short walk to Beach 2 which has a playground and basketball court. You can also make a longer walk to the Island Pool which is great for kids, and has a playground as well as tennis courts, or take a short drive to get there. The house is lake front with a nice beach area and dock - the fishermen in the family enjoyed fishing off the dock. We found the home had plenty of room. The three floors were very nice and allowed for the family to spread out and the downstairs with the pool table was great for the older children and adults. The home has new owners who only purchased in the summer, so there are a number of things that need to be improved/repaired with the home. We figured out how to work around them/deal with them, but would suggest that future renters ask about these items first. Also, for those new to Arrowhead Lake, it is a private community, so would suggest understanding the rules/regulations/fees prior to renting. Overall, we had a good trip, the seven year old “loved everything about it”.
