Excellent location for a vacation. Lovely outside private area with pool. Did some grilling. Swam some. Grandboys really enjoyed the pool. House very roomy. High ceilings fans in rooms etc.

The house definitely needs an update but the price is good for what you get. The house is big enough for a family and comes with all the items you will need for your stay. For me was great because it was like going back to the 80’s. The house is like a time machine but not all the members of the family were pleased. Personally my only complaint is the smell the house had and everyone else in my family complained about it. I’m not sure that is the smell of an old house or there is a plumbing leak somewhere that created the smell. I fixed it with air wick in every room. I’m giving 5 stars anyways because I liked the house with 80’s feeling and the price was excellent. If the house has a good upgrade the house should worst the double of the money and the location is great

The home was big and able to accommodate our extended family nicely. The pool was a great feature as well. Beautiful vacation memories!

Everything at this property was streamline. Very clean. Great layout and the pool was fun. There were pool toys for us and plenty of towels and paper products. Great hosts and house. Will book again in the future.

Beautiful house with an exceptional patio and pool with a view of a golf course. House is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that make a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great private location within PGA National. Highly recommend.

Only problem more beds and better couches

A group of adults shared this house to play in a baseball tournament and the location and property were perfect. Close to everything from great restaurants to baseball stadiums. Bruce was a wonderful owner to deal with. The house had everything you need, just relax and have fun. Plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of men and the heated pool was relaxing after a game. Looking forward to going back next year

This property was perfect for our group. We were visiting to see our parents who live in the Devonshire Retirement Community on the PGA grounds. They are in their nineties and loved sitting poolside on the beautiful and comfortable patio watching their great grand kids in the pool. The kids were in the pool non stop. The kitchen was wonderful to cook, serve, and congregate in. This is a well-equipped great property.

Amenities were as described. We also had access to the gym, tennis courts, resort pool in addition to home pool and the golf courses.

This is a wonderful home that presents as advertised. Hosts Helen and Bruce couldn’t have been more attentive to remedy a couple minor issues, treating us as family versus unknown renters. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to refer others to do the same.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Comfortably slept 7 guest with privacy. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the available pool toys. The owners Bruce and Helen were absolutely wonderful to communicate with! This property was the icing on the cake of our memory filled event! Our son's team made is to the NCAA National tournament held at PGA so the location of the house was perfect and convenient to everything! It was like being at home! We didn't want to leave! Everything we needed was there for us. Best pool around! The owner's were the sweetest folks to work with! Lifetime memories were made! We will be back!

In November 2019 we spent a month at Helen's and Bruce's home in PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The house is a spacious, single family home in the Marlword Estates development within PGA National, a very nice community consisting of individual houses along the Squire golf course. It is a convenient location within PGA National and Palm Beach Gardens as a whole. Reserving the place and paying the rental with Helen and Bruce was an easy process and they were very accommodating with the fact that we had our cat with us. Other owners at PGA National can be less pet friendly. The house itself is very spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. There is also a nice pool which is cleaned by an outside service weekly and a garage. Over the years we have stayed at various units in different communities at PGA National. The house of Bruce and Helen was by far the best so far. Should you ever rent from them, you can look forward to a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

It was a nice property with a nice pool, the master bath very small and outdated and the TV’s were all very very small maybe 23 inch or less, and the internet was very weak did not work at all in bedrooms in back of house. Pool was really dirty and we came in on a Saturday and pool was not cleaned till WED. Kitchen very nice and large and view of golf course was not very good as blocked by brush and trees , if your looking for a place with a view this is not it. Owners very nice but will not be back , just to expensive for what it offered and we had to pay 100% up front over 6 months out

This was a great property! Pool was awesome. Very clean. And the property manager is a really nice guy!

If we ever are back that way again, we will certainly stay here again.

This is a beautiful home! It was bigger than expected compared with what the pictures suggest. It was comfortable, clean and a great location in PGA. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, mugs, utensils... Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets... A highlight was the spacious lanai with plenty of seats, lounge chairs to relax around the pool - it was beautifully landscaped too. All in all a great a vacation home that I recommend to others. Thank you Bruce and Helen!

I rented this property for my family of 8 who came over from France last October. From the beginning to end, I really enjoyed dealing with Bruce, the owner, who had been always polite and very helpful to any of my queries. His property is lovely: located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, pretty close to shops, it is clean and tidy, all the appliances worked. We had not experienced a single problem or had any bad surprises. Even the neighbors were nice and friendly. One of the neighbors even came to offer my little niece some souvenirs from Florida before they left. My family really felt at home and they had a great holiday in Palm Beach. I would certainly rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone who consider to rent this place. Stephanie

This house is a great set up for a family vacation. It's maintained very well and the ambiance is great.

My wife Cheryl and I spent four days in October golfing, on the beach and enjoying the private pool. We played two of the courses and had a fun day on the beach at the state park. The Squire course holes 3 and 4 play directly behind the home and when we were not playing, it was fun to watch the approach to 3 and the tee off on 4! The Mcarthur state park and beach was 6 miles away and we really enjoyed the walk over the bridge to the beach. Once on the beach, it seemed like we were on a private beach. The view to the north was great without any high rise condos or hotels in site! After a long day on the beach or golfing, we looked forward to a nice swim in the pool and having a drink on the covered porch. We would recommend this properity to our friend and family and would love to come back for a longer stay!
