The host does not speak english very well and is hard to understand each other.

Cozy apartment, clean and convenient

The toilet has no sink. You need to go out and enter the bathroom to clean your hands. Location is far from the city

We stayed one night, everything was alright: equipment, clean apart, parking, friendly host.

The place is very nice and clean. It has safe parking spot, and is just a 10min away from the center of Graz.

Very quite and good location! You have feeling that you are not in Graz, but you are actually in it. Very helpful and nice owner. We were with car and for us was important to have parking spot, so that was good too. Easy to access the apartment, for us was also good because we are with small kid. Apartment didn't have baby bed, but the bed was big enough.

Maybe what we really miss is the mosquito net on the windows, because on this hot days have some "unwanted" visitors.

The apartment was good value for money and it was located in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. Communicating with the owner was easy.

I found that in both of the apartments I rented, the floor was very dirty. Enough to make my socks dirty after a few steps. That was distasteful and I wish it were not the case. Furthermore, the kitchen was poorly equipped. One set of cutlery in one of the apartments from what I can remember, as well as few plates adapted for cooking or microwaving. I also didn't see a washing machine - something to keep in mind.

Neighbors loud- we can hear people talking in the middle of the night-or Closing their doors. Our Toilet door - is broken (Top 6)
