The only thing that I disliked about the house was, there was no garbage pick up that you would have to call and have it arranged but the house was absolutely beautiful and we would most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, spotless, amazing views..did I mention amazing views??!! Property mgmt was great communication! Everyone loved this house to stay at for the week! We used all the amenities of the house! The hot tub was perfect at night! The beds were so comfortable! Book it!

Overall the house was great for our purposes. There was enough room for our family of six adults and a 1 year old. The sunrise view was outstanding and the proximity to the national parks was excellent. The pictures online were a little deceiving; the cabin and furnishings were more worn than pictured as well as smaller & darker. The cabin was fairly clean but could have been cleaner (floors, shower) The neighborhood was more populated and noisy than anticipated (noise from neighbors whooping it up with some construction noise thrown in). It was nice but didn’t feel like a mountain getaway. The management said there might be some construction noise but should have said there will be construction noise, a lot of it and noise from houses which were a stone’s throw away. It was a great base camp but not the quiet, posh cabin we thought it would be. If you know what you’re getting into, it would be recommended.

We had an awesome time with friends, enjoyed our time on the deck. The house wasn’t as clean as expected. Think a dog was in the house…hair in shower drains, floors not mopped. Kitchen was prepped with all we needed and more! Loved having all the seasonings in cupboard! Other all we had a memorable time. Would of been a 10 if cleaner!!

When looking for a cabin that would hold four couples to have a weekend getaway without kids, this kept popping up in the search results. This is the perfect place for a couples retreat! The view is amazing and it's close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It's set up for up to 4 couples with a private jacuzzi tub and bathroom for each. The house was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

My siblings and I get together every year for just to visit without kids, eight all together. This is the perfect home to do so. Everything was perfect for four couples. Each had there own master suite with from the hot tub to spacious shower to the fantastic most comfortable king size bed and balcony. The game room was fantastic we played pool, shuffleboard, and card games. Relaxed by the fire pit and 4 love seats from the back balcony. And even enjoyed the large balcony hot tub. Our group was ages from 65 to 78 and even enjoyed a whitewater rafting trip. During a jeep ride we got to see 9 bears and and the most beautiful scenery ever. To say this is the most amazing place to stay for our 9 days would be a understatement. I have a rule to always stay in a different place every year I believe we will be back.

This place is amazing! Spacious rooms, beautiful decor, very clean, and the views are breathtaking! We were a group of ten with two little ones and we all had plenty of room and still could hang out together. The property is very close to local attractions so the drives were literally minutes. One hundred percent would stay here again!

Looking across at Mt Le Conte, the views changed by the hour - gorgeous sunrise, clouds below and across the peak, dramatic storm clouds, sunlit details, Anakesta lit up at night on the side of the distant mountain… Four “master” bedrooms, games, and a hot tub. Yeah, we liked it

What a place to stay! Hearing my kids and wife scream with excitement as we pulled up was enough. We have never stayed in the mountains prior and we need a longer stay next time! Highly recommend!!! Seee you again soon!

House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of parking for about 4 vehicles. Absolutely loved the layout of the house. With us and our 3 adult children and their spouses we all had our privacy. We love to cook as a family and this house had pretty much everything we needed. Very well stocked with numerous kitchen items. Game room area was tons of fun and hot tub and outdoor fire pit were a fantastic way to end the day with a glass of wine. If we could add 1 thing would probably be a mid size fridge in the game room so you don’t have to run upstairs every time someone needs a beverage. We placed a cooler out on the patio for a closer location. Keep in mind you are in the mountains so the road up to the cabin can be just a bit intimidating that 1st trip or two. Definitely recommend Windows To Heaven for your next family/couples getaway!

Booked this property for a couples trip to celebrate all the ladies turning 60 this year. Four equivalent primary suites made it perfect for our group. We didn't even have time to enjoy the soaking tubs and fireplaces in each suite but the details were appreciated. Also didn't get around to using the outside lounge area around a gas fireplace but we did love the hot tub and game room. Overall the spacious living area was perfect for dining-in and visiting. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with all the cooking items you could possibly need and a good supply of spices. And the views were phenomenal!! Truly felt we most likely had the best view possible in all the area. Plus just a few minutes drive (6-8 minutes) into Gatlinburg city center, to the Great Smokies National Park and a bit further to Pigeon Forge (about 15 minutes) for plenty of entertainment options. We loved everything about "Window to Heaven" and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Everything about this stay was amazing. From the original booking to the checkout the communication was on point. The place was exactly as listed. Everyone in our group of 8 were extremely satisfied. I would highly suggest staying in this place if you are a group with 4 couples. If not it may still be a suitable place but if not check out one of Heavens Cabins other listings as I’m sure they are all great places.

This was a beautiful location and home for our family to stay in. Very homey and warm. Had everything we needed and made traveling through multiple states for our stay so easy! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time during our two weeks stay. I would suggest repairing the fire place screen and the bathroom door off the kitchen by the main entrance. I would also suggest having seasoned firewood instead of what seemed to be too green to burn. We bought our own firewood while there. Biggest complaint, batteries in all remotes! I know, seems ridiculous but it’s aggravating when a simple battery change would make such a big difference in one’s stay at one of your properties.

Our family of 6 stayed here the week before Christmas and it was absolutely AMAZING. Words can not describe the view we had. We had to contact property manager 1 Time about getting more wood for the wonderful fireplace and he made sure we had it ASAP. We throughly enjoyed everything from the jacuzzi tubs, fireplace, view, game room, hot tub, fire pit and the wonderful fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely come back. We made so many wonderful memories with our 4 children. It’s also a very close drive down into Gatlinburg which made it very desirable.

The cabin was beautiful, view at sunrise & set was breath taking. A few cabins were being remodeled in the neighborhood but never hindered us, we enjoyed the outdoor grill and kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice family meal. The game room downstairs had everything you could want for entertainment. We truly enjoyed our stay! Be aware at times the drive up the mountain was very foggy but so worth it!

Plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 teenagers & 1 child. The kids loved the game room and hot tub, and were entertained whole trip. Decks are large and have beautiful, unobstructed view of mountains. Cabin is at the top of the mountain, and roads are steep and winding. Would definitely recommend 4WD or snow chains, in winter.

This was my family’s second stay in this cabin and we have grown attached to it! So many fun memories made I can’t wait to go back! Cabin is in the perfect location! The MOST stunning views, tons of privacy, still close to everything that’s going on in Gatlinburg AND Pigeon Forge.

The house is beautiful. The views spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room. We spent every night playing games with our kids and grandkids. We cooked most meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and small appliances.

Traveled to Gatlinburg every year for over 45 years. Stayed at Window to Heaven for the past 4 years. It is a pleasure to stay with this organization.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for 3 couples This is our 3rd year renting a cabin in Gatlinburg, but our first time in this cabin. We are glad we switched. The location, while up a winding road, is a perfect location for getting into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We come to relax, enjoy the views and the cabin, and Window to Heaven was perfect. The bedrooms with king size beds are perfect, the fire pit and hot tub are wonderful and the game room has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed. And Matt, our host, was quick to respond when we let him know a few things needed attending to but nothing that couldn't wait until we left. We were so impressed with everything that we have already booked this cabin for next year!

This home was perfect for the family of 3 generations. All four bedrooms had identical layouts, so no fighting on who gets the “best bedroom” 😂, all of them were amazing. It’s difficult to even say what was this homes best features, maybe the incredible views outside every room, or the pillow top king beds that screamed comfort and relaxation. The fully stock kitchen made cooking meals a joy, so much so that we wanted to BBQ or cook there and not eat out. But if you asked the kids, it was the enormous game room. Checking in and out was easy with the door combination emailed to us and no keys to pick up or lose. The location is ideal with the entrance to Smoky mountains just up the road and Dollywood just down the road. We are from Southern Calif so I imagined Dollywood to be underwhelming compared to the amusement parks near us, but WOW was I wrong, Dollywood was amazing and I rank it above Disneyland and Knotts. Overall this was one of our best family vacations of all time

We had all our adult kids meet us for a family getaway! We each had own master suite! Close to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the game room, games, decks fireplaces. We plan on coming back! Excellent location.
