The stay was great, the house was clean, and had all the necessary extras. Golf Carts ran well, Pool toys, Golf Clubs, Extra Bedding, Extra Towels, Seating, TVs with open HDMI ports. We had a very pleasant stay

We booked this lovely home for the month of November to extend golf season and postpone cold weather expected at home in Canada. We also had family visit for part of the stay, as a home base for Disney Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. The house was clean, comfortable and attractive, amazingly well equipped and the best location due to quiet street and central location between Spanish Springs Square and Sumpter Landing. Also, central between the nearby family pool and an adult pool. Golf courses, like the pools and recreation centers, are EVERYWHERE. So many dining choices, too little time! The Villages has to be experienced as it is indescribable. We are returning next year and grateful to rent this wonderful home again.

My family from Virginia had a lovely experience at this rental unit. The property is so well stocked with all you need for cooking, Keurig coffee, comfortable beds, printer / office area for day working, 2 golf carts that run very well, all the stuff needed for a beach day. Chairs coolers even boogie boards
Plenty of toiletries if you forgot something.
Convenience of the location alone is so nice

The house was perfect for our family. The two golf carts allowed my adult children and us to have the freedom we wanted to explore the Villages. The neighbors were friendly . The house was very close to a family pool and an adult only pool.
The house came equipped with everything we needed for meals. Spent many hours in the Florida room
reading my book and out front reading the paper before it got too hot.
Any communication with the homeowner was quickly returned and friendly.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this house as a married couple, and adult child and a teenager. This was a perfect layout for what we expected and wanted. The house was clean, and everything was easy to find. We were visiting family 1/4 mile away and it was very easy to use the golf cart to get to their house and to the town square. We also liked having our own space from other family. We would rent this again when we come down again!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one is the absolute cleanest one we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and the knives were sharp! The owners were quick to respond to all my questions before and during our stay. I hope this home will be available the next time we visit family in the area!

LOVELY COMFORTABLE HOME -
We stayed 3 nights in early December. This home was recently updated and contained all the comforts of home. Very nice linens, plenty of kitchen ware, 2 nice golf carts, bicycles, comfortable furnishings - all very close to Spanish Springs Town Center. We visited family in the Villages and were able to enjoy all the amenities. The owners are very personable and communicated with us promptly. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood area but close to the action. Would gladly choose to stay in this home again.

Home away from Home
This was our first time renting a house and I can’t say enough positive things. It truest felt like home and very clean. They had things that I could use that I had forgotten. Definitely thought outside the box. Having the golf carts was such an awesome bonus. I didn’t think I would use them but when I did it was such a blast. The owner was very great with communication. We will def be booking this house in the future.

We thought the house was very nice and equipped with everything we needed.
Having 2 golf carts was what sold us on this property and we used them alot.
The only "con" if you could call it that was the house I believe is listed as covid compliant. I would disagree with this only because the guests are expected to wash all the towels (and sheets if time permits) and you never know what some people think of as clean.
We met Terri's dad and he told us a little bit about the property and seemed like a very nice man.
We would stay here again when we are traveling with our children and grandchildren and need a bigger space.

Convenient Location
The location was ideal, midway between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Having two carts to drive around in was a bonus. The house was well equipped, lots of utensils and also had lots towels. The Barie’s were very accommodating and quick in responding. Would rent this house again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location of this home was very convenient to the Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Town Squares and shopping areas. The home was very clean, making this home a rating of 5 stars, The beds were very nice, especially the master bed, making our stay very comfortable. The layout of the home was nice having 2 bedrooms w/ bath on one side of home and master bedroom w/bath on the other side. The kitchen was well stocked with staples, although we brought our own. The 2 golf carts came in handy, giving flexability in visiting the area with a party of four. Very quiet neighborhood and would definitely rent this home again. Thumbs up to the owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay in The Villages. The house worked out very well for us. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the 2 golf carts was a real bonus! Our host was responsive to our questions and a couple of minor issues that came up. We wold recommend this house.

This lovely home is in a great location in between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing.
My brother, husband and I enjoyed our visit to The Villages visiting our Mom. This home offered split bedrooms with the Master bedroom located on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms which offered privacy for all. It is a lovely ranch home in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the shopping and restaurants that you can be at either downtown area within 10 minutes on a golf cart. This home also came with 2 golf carts and bikes for enjoyment. I would recommend this home for anyone visiting the Villages. The owners get back to you fast and more than willing to accommodate you. I appreciated the effort they made to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I look forward in renting this house again in the near future.

The three bedrooms fit us perfectly and we loved having two golf cart to get around in. The Master King was very comfortable as were the other beds and the location of the home was close to everything we needed and more.
The home owners were very accommodating and the neighbors were friendly, helpful and quiet. We learned the importance of AC and this home has a brand new unit which kept us very comfortable in the 102 degree days in sunny Florida.
I would give this experience two thumbs up.👍� 👍�

This home is very nice and comfortable . It is well decorated and clean. All amenities are available for use. It also offers 2 golf carts and bicycles.
This home is conveniently located between 2 town centers(Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter.)
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the departure checklist requests that involve cleaning requirements e.g. bedding and towels,. The price for the stay should be enough to cover the miscellaneous cleaning requests on the list. (asking the renter to launder the sheets and towels......... and if time make the bed, loses a perfect score of 5 stars from me).

The house was brilliant. Very clean, Furnishing immaculate, beds were very comfortable.
Excellent kitchen with everything you need or require (except being English we missed a kettle for our morning tea)!!!! Provision of two golf carts was excellent. Ideal location for our jaunts to the golf courses between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Mr & Mrs Barrie the owners were outstanding from the day we booked up to our return home. Thank you Teri & Tom. Hopefully - would love to return next year.

Perfect Get Away
The house indeed was immaculate. It was everything we had hoped for, and more. From the minute we walked in, we felt comfortable and at home. It was so nice having the golf carts available to us. We enjoyed several of the pools in the area as well as many of the restaurants. We will definitely go back there again.

The house is clean and well maintained. There is everything there that was needed and more to make our stay comfortable. We had use of golf carts and bikes. The beds were very comfortable. Any questions I had the owners got right back to me. This is our second time staying here, I wouldn't stay any place else. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Must go to Cody's Roadhouse to eat. The last night we were there we discovered Guy Fieiri's American Kitchen and Bar. There was 1 1/2 hour wait, we found out reservations are recommended. We will be back to try that the next time! Entertainment every night at the Square was Fabulous!

THE PROPERTY WAS IMMACULATE AND WELL STOCKED. THERE WAS NEW FRONT PORCH FURNITURE WHICH WAS THOROUGHLY ENJOYED HAVING COME FROM UPSTATE NY!!! THE GOLF CARTS WERE AWESOME AND IN GREAT SHAPE. THE LANDLORD WAS EXCELLENT AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS WHEN NEEDED. THE 3 BEDROOMS WERE GREAT TO HAVE FOR OUR WHOLE FAMILY. THE TELEVISION SETS ARE GREAT. THE LOCATION TO ACTIVITIES, SHOPPING, GOLF, ETC. WAS PERFECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR YOUR NEXT STAY IN THE VILLAGES.
