Kitchenette, full refrigerator, 2 stove top burners, microwave oven, shower water pressure was good, free parking, free good WIFI, close to shopping - Sprouts, Target, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, restaurants nearby - Raising Cane's, Sonic, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's Grill & Bar.
No breakfast, no garbage disposal, no recycling, no kitchenware, no dishwasher, no facial tissue (kleenex), no bathroom fan, no hot water in bathroom and kitchen sinks, small desk area, super dimly lit in the kitchen & bedroom areas, smelled pot in the lobby area and in the elevator, fire alarm going off in the late morning 4 times within the hour, 11:10 am, 11:15 am, 11:25 am, 11:30 am (alarm went off after 2 or so minutes and then restarted again) and no announcement whether it was a false alarm or if there was a need to evacuate the hotel. Right by the Ronald Reagan Toll Road so there was lots of traffic noise from trucks, cars and motorcycles.

The bathroom was halfway clean, there was pubic hair in the tub. The tub wasn't cleaned throughly. The hotel had an odor. I had to call a few times to even get them to come to the door and let me in.

Pour des vacanciers, ce n’est pas pratique de leur demander de ramener leur ustensiles.

Great value and location
Twice we got locked out when our key card wasn't working. First time we were able to call the number posted at the front desk to get the attendant.second time we did not have our cell phones with us and waited almost an hour until we saw another guest who called for us. The front desk needs to be manned at all times or a courtesy phone provided to give a guest the means to contact assistance

The location is GREAT! Safe, tons of amenities near by and close to Key Largo. Room was clean, hotel was clean and staff were nice.
First shower, the handle came off when turning water on. Put it back on and was careful to use after that.

i booked because of the kitchen, but is useless. The don’t provide any utensils, pans, or anything for cooking at all.

nothing. we checked in and the room smelled so bad of vomit we could not stay. there were no other rooms. we were left trying to book something else after a 6 hour drive. we got a refund. the guy on the desk was lovely and helpful. not his fault. whoever made up the room must have known the stench was intolerable.

it’s was in a great area near most of everything didn’t have to go far
the lights went out for two hours had to walk to stairs it’s was difficult because I had a disable person with me and it was hard for him. also I had to clean my room when we arrived because I found a lot of hair and shower was dirty

Beautiful room
IT room across from hall. Had the door proped open and an industrial fan blowing into the room. Could hear it running all night long in our room across from it. Constant noise.
Room also located by the back door exit. Constant door slaming next to bed headboard.
Lots of pot smokers in back parking lot in the evening. Didn't feel safe taking the dog out.

It is a pity because the room itself is large and nice - but even though it comes with a kitchen (which was the reason why we chose this hotel, so we would not have to go out every night), it comes with no cuttlery, dishes, pans, anything. The kitchen is literally empty and cannot be used, there's not even dish soap. Staff understood why we were disappointed, but nothing extra was provided, not even a plate or a glass. Reason is that because there is no dishwasher, nothing is provided (I know we're in the US, but there is a kitchen sink and guests can wash their dishes by hand if wanted!). This should be specified much more clearly in the ad (what's the point of having a kitchen otherwise?).
In addition, the hotel is very noisy, as sound insulation is very bad, so we can hear people walking in their room upstairs, or else.
The hotel is located conveniently near the interstate that allows to go to the Everglades and the Keys easily, which is a plus.

the location was very good, near Everglades National Park. the room was modern and relatively big. the parking was free
there was a kitchen but without any dishes and other needed stuff, so it was basically unusable. also we tried to make coffee, but in the water container we found floating dirt, it was disgusting
