A stunning home. Power point in one of the bedrooms not working. Also outdoor area was very dusty. We had to wash the tables down and sweep before we could sit down. However this did not detract from how lovely the house was. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The house was in a perfect location with its proximity to the golf courses we were playing and to Henley Square with all of its very good restaurants . It was very well equipped and very spacious and comfortable living areas and bathrooms It was misrepresented as 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms which it wasn’t having 2 bathrooms and a powder room It is need of some maintenance and smartening up to match the photo of the outside and in some internal areas Despite a warning that a fee would be charged if the barbecue was not left clean the barbecue was in fact very dirty Needed some bags for the kitchen rubbish bins However we still very much enjoyed our stay

From the beginning the transaction was seamless and the communication was clear with speedy responses. Clean, spacious home with ample room to gather or retreat for privacy. All appliances are new and in working order making the stay more enjoyable. Warm, enjoyable and spacious home made the difficult reason for being in Adelaide to spend precious time with and to say farewell to our loved one, just that much easier. Thank you Nadine ❤️

A great location, handy for both Grange and Henley. Good parking and handy access to bus and train. When the power went out Nadine was quick to assist and resolve the issue

A family friendly property (incl for your pets) in a great location only a short walk from a hidden gem of a beach. Great communication from our hosts that provided an easy check in and check out.

Excellent well equiped property perfect for family holiday near beach and playgrounds

Everything was wonderful, the home has everything you could need and is only one street back from the beach. A beautiful house. The only thing was it is advertised as being in Henley and on the map it appears as being right by Henley Square. When you book and get the address it is actually in Grange right by the jetty. Which is fine and grange is beautiful but if you are planning on being able to roll out the front door and walk to the Square it’s much further than advertised.

Location was great! But the house was untidy, the wheelie bins were full. The main bedroom walk-in wardrobe there was a bed head and mattress in there which we had to move to hang clothes !!

Great property in an even better location, proximity to Adelaide's best amenities. Really enjoyed the spacious house, covered outdoor area, massive dining table and separate lounge. Nothing beats walking distance to Henley Square and the beach. Had a great time! Will be booking it again for our next trip to Adelaide.

This house was perfect for a groups of friends to spend New Year’s Eve. It is gorgeous, modern and very spacious

There are definitely pros and cons to this house so to be fair I'll start with the pros. Pros-Great size for multiple people, good living areas i.e. couches, well stocked with games and puzzles, good air-conditioning, great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of TV's, very well stocked kitchen with lots of pantry items, good car parking, well stocked laundry, stocked with toilet paper, plenty of bath towels and pet friendly (though we didn't end up bringing our pets) Cons- floor was extremely dirty and needs a through cleaning (when walking barefoot our feet were black within a matter of minutes), dishwasher didn't work and we were only given 24hr notice which is extremely disappointing, the water dispenser on the fridge has ductape with 'please do not use' written on it?!, the photos were misleading in the fact that one of the rooms doesn't have a double bed with a bunk bed (though it does only say 3 double beds in the description), when we first arrived there was icecream in the freezer, jocks in a cupboard, toothpaste in the bathroom, so it seems it isn't thoroughly looked through before new guests arrive. Tips - the gate to get in is a little sticky if you're not used to it so just push hard on the the little lock thing to get it open, the TV in the lounge sometimes gets jammed or something and needs to be turned off at the power.

Hope our money for rental has gone to some property repairs

Absolutely loved our time at the house. Beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. Lovely spacious kitchen and living area. Would love to stay again.

Very nice

We stayed in this property for a family wedding. The house is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops at Henley Square and Grange. The house is very large and easily accommodated our adult family providing plenty of privacy as well as various large communal spaces. Communication with the owner was easy. Nadine was very accommodating. Presentation of the property was of a high standard with thoughtful additions such as board games. We would highly recommend this property for large groups.

We love this property and have just finished our third extended stay and will be returning again later this year.The location is excellent and the house amenities are great. The owner Nadine will go out of her way to make sure everything in your stay is perfect. Highly recommended

Would suggest working kiddy fence for steep stairway. Otherwise fully accommodating to our requirements. Thankyou very much.
