The property was fantastic. Extremely clean, had everything you needed and plenty of room for our family of five. The pool was awesome to come home to after a long hot day and the location was perfect close to everything. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We felt at home immediately! Incredibly convenient to all the sights and sounds. The quiet neighborhood and security was an added plus! We would stay here again and recommended to several of our family and friends.
Cleanliness is a top priority and I was extremely pleased with the house upon arrival. We were greeted with key lime pie and coffee with an excellent orientation to the home!

We stayed January 2024 with our 3 young adult children and a +1. Location was quiet but close enough to Duval for the younger ones to go out in the evening. Home very well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again if our group was 6-8 people

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We like to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances all have been recently updated. This property is located just steps from the Coast Guard ship and waterfront and a short walk to Mallory Square and Duvall Street. The house was comfortable and quiet with nice beds. The Master Suite has a walkout balcony overlooking the pool, perfect to have morning coffee and read.

My family stayed for a week and our experience was amazing. The house, pool and all accommodations were top tier. The house was above expectations and everything we needed was available.

Perfectly located with loads of room for our family of four. Easy bike rides to everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. Pool and property were well maintained. Was a little taken back when the landscapers and pool guy randomly showed up. However the guest book of the house does say they will be there just not what time. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions needed to keep the family having a great time. I appreciate all the help.

Perfect vacation! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. Samantha, with Last Key Realty was incredibly helpful with scheduling our dinners, bike reservations, excursions, and even providing us with requested provisions prior to our arrival. Super easy and seamless! Definitely will visit again.

This property is fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and back porch with the ceiling fans. We used the concierge service to stock the house prior to our arrival. Best move ever!

Great experience from beginning to end. Samantha was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. The house was clean and updated with any and every amenity would needed. Location and pool were our absolute favorite parts of the house! Hours were spent in that pool. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful property
This beautiful home is very well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked. Two gorgeous new bathrooms. The location was perfect for walking to sites and the neighborhood was superior. Last Key Realty has top notch service and are very, very attentive. This was an absolute perfect choice for a birthday week!

Everything was great - house was very clean, equipped kitchen, the outside grill worked well, in the pool morning, noon, and night, quiet neighborhood 4 blocks from Duval. Can't wait to go back and would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful home, lots of space great location
100% would stay here again. We came with a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything (beach towels, cooler, sun screen, bug spray, cups dishes etc) very close to key west’s nicest beach and duval st. Would definitely recommend Shel was fantastic!

5 stars are not enough!
I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at Brisa Fresca! We’ve rented several homes over the years and this is by far our favorite. The home is clean, wonderfully appointed, nothing overlooked. The pool and outdoor space are beautiful and where we spent the majority of our time. The property management company was fantastic - contacted us the week before and met us at the property at check in to be sure everything was just as we requested. They were available for questions throughout the week. The 6 of us ranging in age from 11-82 were very comfortable. Location cannot be beat - short walking distance to the beach, Duval street and a grocery store. We loved our stay and recommend this property without hesitation!!!

Key West Spring Break 2021
Great home with plenty of room for my wife, kids and I. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was very nice. The balcony was very nice for my wife and I to have morning coffee:) The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and a close walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Shel at Last Key Realty and his concierge service was very helpful with questions we had about the keys and with booking some excursions. I would highly recommend this home for families!!

Nice quiet neighborhood.
The house was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool in the evenings after a day of fun activities. Hearing the Reveille and the National Anthem in the morning was an added bonus and a reminder of how great this country is. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside and out !!
This home was a true Floridian beauty. Bright happy decor, with the utmost convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Shel from Last Key rental provided us with all the information we needed, including a fantastic restaurant list and he responded to us immediately when we had questions.
We loved Blue Heaven, for breakfast, and Eaton Fish had a great lobster roll and other fresh fish.
We were there for the World Championship Offshore race and we could walk to the race from the house. We could also walk to Duval St
We would highly recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Key West !!!! I can't wait to return !!

Perfect Place to Stay in Key West
The house was clean and spacious. The backyard and pool area was bright and lovely. The location could not have been better! We would stay here every time! And management was helpful and kind. Always a delight.

Completely Awesome Property
We had a great time at this property! We comfortably slept 6 people (3 bedrooms and a pull out couch). Primary purpose of our trip was to go fishing for an entire week in Key West, FL. Coming back to this house from long days on the water was awesome. Great open kitchen, grill, and pool setup. We were easily able to cook our catch each day. Washer and Dryer also enabled us to pack lighter and wash our clothes through out the trip. Quiet and nice neighborhood. 3 bathrooms with great water pressure.

Beautiful House in the Perfect Location
This house met & exceeded all of our expectations! Everything from the furniture to the kitchen to the pool was just wonderful! And it was all very easy to use & find. For the few food items we needed, the local market was a short walk, or even better, bike ride away. And Duval Street & the Ft. Zachary Taylor Park/Beach were just a few blocks away.
Also, our liason with the rental agency, Shel, was Fantastic! He met us at the house, even though we were 2 hours late do due crazy traffic on Key Largo, interupting his dinner plans to show us the house!
You can be sure I will return to Key West and this house, in the near future!!!

Great location to all the hot spots in a peaceful neighborhood.
We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and riding our bikes to nearby restaurants and attractions. It was wonderful to have a parking place and the staff from Last Key Resorts gave us great information for everything Key West. We definitely hope to return.
