We loved this condo. It was very spacious. It was next to the stairs, so it was an easy in and out to the beach. John's Pass shops and restaurants were just across the street. The only negative I would give is that the public parking is next door and they walk in and put up their tents and chairs in front of you if you rent a chair and umbrella. This might only be a problem on busy days like holidays.

The location is the best. The most beautiful beaches in the world. Walk to bars, restaurants, ice cream and lots of shopping! Watch the dolphins come out of the bay in the morning and go back into the bay in the evenings. Cant forget to mention the most gorgeous sunsets!

Our group of three couples stayed here the week of April 5-13th 2024. The check in process was somewhat confusing requiring extra visits to the office before they closed. We stayed in unit 106 which is an end unit. Unfortunately it also was directly next to the public parking and beach access to Madeira Beach. Every morning for 7 days. we had a 7 am wake up call by the gentlemen hired to clean the public parking lot with large high powered and VERY LOUD blowers to clean the parking lot. You cannot enjoy sitting on your patio in the morning due to loud blowers. After sunset you can enjoy loud base boomin music and marijuana contact buzz from the people hanging out in the parking lot and squeals from rubber being laid upon their leaving. Beds and pillows were comfy. Unit is a bit older, however, nicely updated with comfortable seating for six adults. Beach is beautiful and pool has enough chairs and tables.

Customer service has been great for us both times we have visited Beach Place Condos, the location is perfect for families with all ages, you are able to cross the street and be at Johns Pass shopping area within minutes, the property is well kept with all the employees being very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this location ,the beach is also right there and is cleaned daily .... we enjoy shell hunting in the early morning and fishing in the afternoon

The property was exactly as the listing and photos described it. The location was perfect for us! Direct beachfront, nice pool, walking distance to John’s Pass with many nice restaurants, shops, and boat, watercraft and fishing rentals. Having 2 parking spots was very nice for visiting guests.
One thing that could have made it even better is if beach chairs and beach towels would have been included.
We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and big enough for 3 couples. Excellent location to the beach and across the street to several shops and restaurants. Watching the bridge raise and dolphins cruise by everyday was our routine. Attention was focused also on the pool to appeal to everyone.

Been going there for almost 20 years. This stay was the worse. Loud music till 4 in the morning. People coming in from the public parking area and using the pool as a public pool. Loud music at the pool was vulgar music at best. Families left the pool area because of this. Since my condo was right above the pool I witnessed this first hand. Saw people eating food in the pool and smoking cigars in the pool. Guess where the ashes went? Also serial activity going on in the pool as well. Needless to say I will be looking for a different place for my family to go. On the good side check in staff was very friendly

Location was great - just across from John’s Pass. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Beach access and heated pool was so convenient. The only drawback is that the property is next to public park and had several late night teen parties going on till late into the night.

Our unit was top notch. It was very clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed for the week. The pool area was spotless and well cared for. We cooked out and the grills were cleaned everyday. Our favorite part was the million dollar view of the gulf and beach.

December 2019 Stay
This is a nice condo with limited kitchen supplies. No beach towels limited bath towels and overall supplies for the price point I expect more! The pool noise is obnoxious and when I complained to management they did not respond. Knives should be thrown away as they were worthless. It was bright and furniture was very nice beds were ok.

October 2018 Stay
This was our second year staying at Beach Place with our entire family and we had a WONDERFUL time!! The balcony was greatly enjoyed by the 2 year old and the 72 year old, and the 7 year old adored the pool. My sister-in-law and I loved walked on the beach daily and my brother was a fan of walking under to bridge to get over to the boardwalk shops. We also discovered that the VFW across the street serves delicious dinners for very cheap! (It's open to the public, not just members.) We can't wait to come back next year!

October 2018 Stay
This is our second year here and it was even better than the last! We love the condo, the pool, everything about the accomodation. The check in was smooth and pleasant. We even were able to get into the condo a bit early. With a toddler and child, this place is perfect and safe. Being in the corner condo, we are able to watch the bridge over the pass open and close. Fascinating for little children!
