A wonderful property for a family with teens. 2 large separate living spaces, downstairs has plenty for everyone. Stunning views and the most comfortable beds. They have thought of everything, power points everywhere!

Great house with all the amenities that you need, with a great view. So close to the beach. A great getaway not to far to travel from Perth.

I have stayed in quite a few Stayz accommodation over the years in Australia and overseas. I can honestly say that this has been one of the most enjoyable and cleanest places I have stayed. My children and grandchildren absolutely loved it, close to the beach for swimming it was a hit with the grandchildren everyday. The views were fantastic and a great place to spend our Christmas together. I would highly recommend the house to rent, definitely value for money and everything you need catered for to make you stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of fridge space - especially if you have a large family. A real credit to both Johannes and Bea for keeping the home well maintained at such a high level. Such a great property, second time we have stayed and it was even better as slightly upgraded and better facilities (even though prior was more than fine). Perfect for our family get together and the beach was beautiful. One of my family even re-booked for January they liked it so much.

The property was clean when we arrived but the post vacation communication has not been pleasant. The main TV in the living area was very difficult to use. You have to do so many things just to get sound when wanting to watch Netflix. You pay so much money to stay so watching Netflix and getting the TV to work easily should be be fairly simple. Also could not use the outdoor areas as bugs and flies were everywhere. It was unbearable. I got up the day off departure, cleaned, washed bath matts and really made an effort to make sure everything was clean to then be told I am getting charged additional funds because some of the bed sheets are stained. I would have though that the replacement of bedsheets is a given at anywhere you stay for hygenic purposes, and this is not made clear anywhere. You have to find out later that you are getting charged to replace bedsheets. You don't get charged this in in a hotel so everyone thinking of staying in someones house beware of these additional costs you may be up for.

This house is the perfect holiday home - we can't wait to come back and enjoy the peaceful coastline and relax. Our trip was too short.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our kids range in ages from 19 to 26 so the ping pong and pool tables were put to good use. The house has plenty of space and the location was perfect. The communication with the owners made everything easy. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time, Lauching the tinnie of the beach in Peppermint Grove Beach. Walking over the road from the house to the beach to swim. This is a quality house in a great location with great views loved eating our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

With all the great places to explore around Peppermint Grove Beach all my family wanted to do was either stay at the house and enjoy the views or take the very quick walk down to the beach. I can't say enough about how great this house is for families. The we're only two downsides. And both were not the fault of the house or the owners. One was loud neighbors who stayed up until almost 2am on Christmas night. They weren't that loud, but with single glazed windows, the houses so close and the acoustics of the area - it equalled to a loud late night. The second downside was that three nights was not enough. We'll have to stay longer next time.

We had a really great weekend. This home exceeded our expectations. Not is the location perfect, only a few hundred metres form the beach, the ocean views were uninterrupted. The home is beautifully appointed, with lovely bathrooms and a magnificent, very large kitchen. Attention to detail, from kitchenware to towels and bed lined was fantastic. The home was exceptionally clean and tidy. Do not leave this home off of your list of accommodation down south. Is only 30 mins to Busselton and within an hour, you are in the heart of Caves road wineries and breweries. Hosts Johannes & Bea were very prompt in their responses and easy to deal with. We will certainly return when next down South.

We had a great weekend staying here as all our needs were catered for. Easy parking, a very clean, well equipped and spacious house. Our kids loved the table tennis and pool table. The log fire made the house warm and cosy and the view from upstairs is amazing. We enjoyed magnificent sunsets from the living area upstairs . Only a short stroll to the beach we would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

The house was in an ideal location. Extremely clean and the owners have thought of everything from coffee through to family games. We took the whole family aged from 4 through to 72 and we all had such a fantastic time. Highly recommend and will be back ourselves

We had a fabulous Easter at The Law's Rest Beachfront House in Peppermint Grove. Clean, tidy, convenient and looking forward to going back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house is beautiful beach front just a short stroll down to the beach, the views from the downstairs and upstairs is just breathtaking. The house is quite spacious with big kitchen and new bathrooms. We didn’t get bored as the house has a big game room downstairs for entertainment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay as the house has all the facilities above our expectations. We definitely will stay there again if we come down to Peppermint Grove Beach.

Wow. What an amazing place to holiday. Best equipped holiday house I've ever been in. A lot of practical thoughtful touches. Photos on the website do not do this place justice. Perfect location right next to the beach (the driveway gave my calf muscles a good work out ha ha). Fabulous house for having a great family holiday - something for all ages. Loved the 'man cave' - pool table, table tennis and darts kept us all entertained. brand new bathrooms - beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close enough to facilities but a good distance away that u have a sense of being away from it all. All in all an amazing little piece of paradise. Thank you

We had a terrific time at The Law's Rest. The house is fantastic, and Peppermint Grove Beach is really kid friendly. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony and caught some fish on the beach. Didn't want to leave!

The house is amazing, very clean and we found everything we need. The kids and adults enjoyed the playroom on the 1st floor. The beach is located just a few steps down from the house, very beautiful and safe for the kids. Very quiet place since the first shop is 10 kms away. We had a very nice time and will recommend it to our family and friends who may travel in Western Australia.

We left it quite late this year to book our Easter accommodation and we stumbled across this property in Peppermint Grove Beach, we're sure glad we did! What a beautiful location, the beach which is literally a stones throw from the property is absolutely gorgeous, soft sand, small waves and perfect for our two little girls. The house itself was so clean and it is by far the best equipped property we have stayed in (even had plastic Tupperware type containers). The beds were really comfortable and the linen felt really crisp and clean (not always a standard in other properties we've stayed in). These little touches make a real difference to an older style home. The big comfy lounge was a great way to finish the day, with plenty of room for everyone. We also loved having the pool table and dart board there, for after our little ones went to sleep. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and all of our group said they would never stay in Busselton again after finding this little hidden gem of Peppermint Grove Beach. Thanks Bea and Johannes for a smooth and simple booking, already looking forward to our return.

A huge thank you to Johannes & Bea for presenting us with the perfect holiday beach house. We spent 4 days from Christmas 2014 at The Laws Edge and couldn't have asked for anything better. From the location, just a walk away from the beach, to the excellent presentation with everything and more that we needed at the house. We had 2 families together with children from 7 years to adults and no one had any complaints. Loved the downstairs games room which definitely kept everyone entertained. Loved the views from the balcony. Johannes & Bea made everything so easy. We will definitely be back again very soon.
