The property was spotlessly clean but requires a lot of maintenance, the paint was peeling inside and out which didn't ruin our visit but it certainly wasn't appealing to the eye and the latch on the gate was old and broken. The toilet was being repaired when we arrived and was a bit inconvenient having to return to the property to meet the plumber but the owner did stay in phone contact to let us know what was going on so that was a positive. There was a little mix up when I booked and it didn't show that our two children would also be with us but I sent emails at the time of booking and sorted it out and was advised that it wasn't a problem and that she would note it in her book. Obviously this info wasn't passed on as we only had two small bath towels between 4 of us which was disappointing. Overall its a good location being very central and having a view of the ocean was nice. Having our dogs allowed to be there was a bonus. Overall our visit was good but it would be nicer if the whole place had a fresh coat of paint.

Clean and tidy, close city centre and beach, great for the dog, some areas could do maintenance, however, overall a suitable place to stay.

It was clean throughout, and felt quite at home. Our little dog loved the back yard and we felt happy that she was in a secure area.The neighbourhood was very quiet and the trains didn't bother us at all. (its not like the frequent suburban time table)The house is close to the shops.
The only complaint was there was a terrible cold draught by the dishwasher (coming from outside), but we put a rolled up tea towel to block out the cold air coming in.

This house was perfect for our stay in Warrnambool. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to see the ocean! Our dogs were very happy and the yard was secure. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach where our dogs could run leash free! We would definitely recommend this property.

An older house, but always clean and an enjoyable stay. Walking tracks to beach and breakwater are a 3 minute walk away. Everything else a 5 minute drive.

We had an amazing and relaxing time with our small dog. Our pet really loved your place. It was well set up and clean. The stuff in the house was minimal but very well thought of. Everything that you will be needing in a home is there. The garden was well maintained. Communication was prompt. Location was close to the beach and city central. A bit of noise when the train arrives as it was also close to the railway and on a Wednesday at 230am the garbage guy started his work but overall we didn’t mind at all. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Will stay again.

I came to Warrnambool with my parents and brother/sister in law for a holiday before my baby comes and was very impressed with the property. The only thing that bugged us a little was the amount of blown light globes in the living area. Extremely happy!!

Great Pet Friendly House
The house was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The dogs loved the yard. Excellent access to foreshore walking track. Overall, very enjoyable!

Comfortable and Pleasant
First impressions were really good. Its an older building but has been updated nicely and has a good kitchen, with lots of cooking utensils etc. Bathroom is very new for the most part (mirror probably could do with an upgrade) clean and well set up. The beds were very comfy and very crisp linen - which was lovely. Our dog adapted to the high back yard stairs quickly too. Even though its fairly close to the beach, there are numerous trains and the coastal path has few views. We found the beach very hard to walk on with its deep course sand, thats why I gave location a lesser star - but in general it was a pleasant stay in a comfortable house. I did think it was a bit overpriced for the age of the house in that street, but I had few choices so it was perfectly acceptable. Thanks to Lorraine.

Another lovely weekend at Ocean Views
Ocean Views is in a great position just a short walk to the beach and as the name suggests, with sea views from the living area and deck. It is a comfortable and welcoming home with everything we needed for a lovely weekend break. We will definitely be returning.

Close to beach, good amenities but questionable neighbourhood
Proximity to the beach was awesome! House has everything you need but some fixtures in great need of a refresh. Neighbourhood itself is questionable [people yelling in the street]. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Wonderful Warrnambool!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Oceans Views and the house was comfortable, clean and convenient. Everything worked easily and the WiFi was a bonus too! The ocean views from the deck were relaxing and it was a lovely holiday house from which to explore Warrnambool and the surrounding sights.

Perfect for family with dog
5 mins walk to off-leash beach. We took our dog twice daily and she loved it. Although many swam at the Flume beach, I felt it was too rough for young kids. Flagged beach only another 10mins up the beach. We still enjoyed sand play and running in waves.
Although house is a little tired, it was very clean and has a great layout for living and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.

Ocean views were gorgeous

Amazing experience

Perfect for family stay
The property was great, really clean and had everything we needed. Location suited us as was close to the beach and the lawn tennis club. Hospital was very approachable, great communication. Would highly recommend .

Location location location
Location is everything and this property is situated perfectly; a short, picturesque walk to the beach via The Flume and a 15-20 minute walk to Lake Pertobe and Deep Blue Hot Springs. The property, although small, is very comfortable and fully equipped, with stunning back deck views of sunset over sea. We will definitely be back for another holiday!

Good location and very close to the beach and running/walking track into the Breakwater. Very quiet area. Initially had concerns regarding area but not confounded at all. Central, clean and we had a great stay.

Weekend with friends
Great place for a visit in Warrnambool, close to the city and beaches to watch whales in winter. The open kitchen and living area is perfect for cooking with friends and it opens to a large terrace with beautiful views to the ocean.
The property was very clean and well maintained, and communication was very kind with quick replies during booking check-in and check-out.
