The Facilities, rooms and the property in general was fabulous. It seems like the property was recently renovated.

The staff at reception lacked customer skills at a very high-level. No interest in communicating with the guests. Inly a selected few seemed friendly and approachable. Will not be staying here again.

One day In the morning problem with watter. No window. I had give evidences about payment very difficult way, although wasnt possible get confirmation of reservation without previous payment (???)

I liked the location - it’s in a very vibrant area and slightly away from the tourist part of Mumbai, yet still easy to reach within ~20min Uber ride. There are some really great Indian reastaurants close to it. Bed was comfy, wifi worked well and breakfast was tasty. They helped us out even though we arrived late after the check-in time due to our flight being delayed.

It’s a bit noisy at night but that’s just Mumbai - bring earplugs.

The room was clean and the Hotel has a Terrace. However, I got to know about the terrace on the eve we were leaving.

When I arrived, even though booking was made, the manager said that no room was available. We had to wait. The room was for 3 people and we were supposed to get a futon bed, which we never got even after asking at the reception a couple of times. The manager asked me to pay at least half of the price before coming, else they will cancel my booking. Noting that I will have to make an international transfer which takes around 5 working days to be completed, I asked to pay full on arrival. He insisted that I make a payment, so I did. When the time came to pay the rest, the manager at the Hotel told me that the payment had not yet arrived, and that I had to pay full again. Even after showing proof of payment , he still insisted that I should pay full again. He said once payment will be received, he will send me back the extra I paid. But he is still saying to this day that he did not receive it. I would NOT recommend staying at this Hotel. They are not very honest with clients, and look for every opportunity to take your money. My bank confirmed that the Swift transfer was made. When I asked for an official email that they did not receive the payment, they stopped responding.
