The place is perfect for a quick ski getaway. Communication with George has been easy. The pool area looked brand new. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The Unit at Deer Park was great. It was very clean and came with everything you would need for vacation. We had a great time with family for New Years. The owner George checked in with us to make sure everything was ok, which it was. Close to Restaurants and Loon Mountain.

Spacious, well designed and decorated apartment with a deck overlooking the river. Everything worked. The owner got right back to us when we had a few questions. I felt that he wanted his renters to have a good time.

This is a beautiful condo with an great view of the river. The location is perfect to get to all nearby attractions. The hosts were so helpful with any questions and created a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo...it was perfect. We spent most of our time on the back deck listening to the Pemi River. George and Shirley were so helpful and perfect hosts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year!

This property was perfect for our family which included Grandma (me), my daughter and son-in-law with my almost 3 grandson, and a niece in her 20’s. Plenty of together time but also large enough for us each to have our own space! The first floor was great for easy access to parking on one side and river in the other. SO much to do - within the resort and within close driving! We need to come next year to have even more adventures! Can’t thank these owners enough!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Deer Park. George was friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio, swimming in the lake and grilling outdoors. Our only disappointment was that the indoor pool was not functioning due to maintenance issues. Woodstock has so much to offer. We highly recommend Flume Gorge and Zip lining!

The location absolutely could not be beat! The view of the Pemi is gorgeous and it was nice feeling like there was a backyard setting where the kids could freely and safely roam. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen and baths were fully stocked with everything you could ever need making big family dinners a breeze. Firewood was supplied and plentiful. The grounds and facilities are amazing. The hot tub was out of service for repairs during our stay which isn't ideal after a day of skiing but the jetted tub offered a great alternative. We've been coming to Loon for ten years now and this has been our favorite place by far!

Incredible unit, pictures truly don’t do justice. There’s like a babbling brook which runs behind the property, during the fall the Colours were very vibrant right outside the apartment, Apartment itself is clean with all the amenities provided, great location for leaf peeping,right on the kanc. Communication was great 100% reccomend. The 5 star reviews are true!

This rental was perfect for our group, length of stay, and overall experience. We came to enjoy the fall foliage and this was the perfect place because of the views from the living room, the back porch, and the proximity to the creek outside. The resort had everything we needed to fill any down time we had when not exploring nearby orchards and white mountains. George and Shirley were so welcoming and available to answer any questions!

We had a great time at this condo at Deer Park! Like that it was on the first floor, and enjoyed listening to the river right outside and the wood burning fireplace. If you like to cook, the pans are a little lacking especially with the frying pans. We have enjoyed renting at Deer Park for years, and this condo is now on our list. Owner was very responsive.

Location was perfect for scottish highland games with a bus stop at the end of the street. Pool, game room, lake accessibility, and other stuff in the main building. House was comfortable and stocked with lots of basic things like seasonings, tea, pens, bathroom products, so many things which were so helpful. Board games, TV with on demand movies, all the plates and silverware and cups needed. It felt like home, not a hotel which was lovely. But....the BEST part, the absolute best thing was the brook out back. It was like something out of a cartoon. So perfect and beautiful. My little city boy had the BEST time exploring it. 11/10, we will be making this a regular visit in the future. <3

My family (4 adults/4 kids) had an awesome stay in Lincoln, NH. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely recommend to others and use it again ourselves. Hope to return soon!

The unit was roomy and clean . The furnishings were perfect for our large family with young children . I love being on the ground floor and on the river. The mattresses on the double and queen beds were very comfortable . The unit was a little farther away from the lake and pool to walk with little ones but it was a short drive and easy parking . I loved the push button lock on the door. We didn’t have to worry about keys or gaining access. Over all I highly recommend this unit . It was well equipped , well maintain and tastefully decorated .

Deerpark is so fun, and George's place was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed for meals. We'd love to go back!

Place was great! Plenty of space! George called us on arrival to welcome us. Loved being directly on the river and waking up to the noise of it. The deck was an added bonus as it had a gate that you could open and walk right out to the river. I love DeerPark resort!

Wonderful property with great location, close to Kancamagus highway, Mt. Washington and other scenic wonders perfect for leaf peeping. The condo was wonderful. Very clean. Fully stocked. The deck looking out over the Pemi river was so great. We absolutely loved walking along the river front and sleeping with the windows open listening to the flowing water. Dreaming of our next visit to this property!

We were totally happy with the condo - it was fully supplied, decor was very nice, beds were comfortable, views from the deck over-looking a river and fall foliage was wonderful!! None of us wanted to leave and look forward to going back again! No concerns or complaints at all. Fabulous location and condo!!!

We had stayed at this property many years ago and it brought back so many great memories. Deer Park is wonderful and the location of this condo is great. Very comfortable and homey.

This was our fourth stay at Deer Park Resort, and this condo was the nicest one we have stayed in yet. Our girls enjoyed the bunk room, while my husband and I enjoyed having a drink on the patio by the river. We love the Deer Park location— it’s a nice base to explore hiking in the area, the Lost River Caves, Loon Mountain, and Santa’s Village, with some nice restaurant options (particularly One Love Brewery and Woodstock Inn) nearby. The resort lake was perfect for taking out our paddle board, and the resort hot tub was appreciated after a day of hiking. This particular unit was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home for our visit. The owners were very responsive — even checking in to see that everything was ok after we arrived. We would gladly stay here again.
