Overall amazing time at an amazing place. Everything you could want from a rental along with great location. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future

Very nice as advertised

It was a grear stay. The location is special. As the big hotels gobble up the beach views, this place offers an unobstructed harbor view and a short walk to the beaches.

Most of the light switches didn't work, low lighting in bedrooms, ceiling fan noisy, king bed very lumpy and noisy, 2 chairs on deck, not enough for 7 people, dining room chairs old and shakily, very clean and great location

The VRBO was very nice and was in a great location, walking distance to everything. Communicating with the owner was simple and she was also very quick to respond to any questions or requests. There were just a few downsides. When we arrived I found damage to the blinds, bathroom wall, and closet. I also found the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working and the bathroom towels provided are not long enough to wrap around a child let alone an adult so be prepared to bring your own towels. Lastly the view of the gulf from the windows needs to be updated in the pictures. The picture shows a clear view of the gulf in the distance and it is obvious the picture is old due to a 12 story hotel blocking the view now. Overall the place is nice and worth the money to stay there.

Great apartment in a great location, will definitely use again if we can

This place was so ideal and close to everything. Easy check in and the views are absolutely beautiful! I loved cooking meals and being able to look out the window at the harbor! The pool is shared but I never felt crowded and it’s 8ft deep! My only complaints are the elevators were extremely slow and the ice maker never worked the entire time we were there. I think there should be ice trays or noted somewhere that you have to purchase ice. The beach umbrellas and chairs were very much appreciated. Loved our stay at dockside!!

I have to say the location is unbeatable. Close to Clearwater's central beach and Pier 60 as well as many restaurants and all night life. Another positive is that the apartment is spacious (we were a party of 4) and very quiet in spite of being in a busy area. Unfortunately there were many negatives. Main one was cleanliness; it was evident the apartment wasn't cleaned properly (even the comforter had gunk all over) - we reached out to operations and they quickly sent someone over to "clean" the apartment (pretty much sprayed product everywhere). The towels are a joke, small and they stink even after you wash them so do yourself a favor and bring your own. The AC unit does not cool down the whole place - the two bedrooms farther away from the unit never cooled down (even after turning on the fan). The kicker is they ask you to remove the bed sheets before you leave and that's when you realize the mattresses are all stained with likely bodily fluids from previous guests - I wish they didn't ask us to remove the bed sheets and see that (can't unsee). And by the way, the ice maker does not work (not hooked up really) which I am not surprised as I saw it in previous reviews. Overall, if cleanliness is not high up on your priorities, this location is perfect.

Very clean. Very nice. Everything was great

We had an amazing time in clearwater beach with our stay at 603 dockside. The proximity to the beach was a short 3-5 min walk, we woke up to dolphins in the bay almost every morning, shopping and dining all within a short 2-3 min walk. Parking was easy, getting in and out of the building and room was super easy too. The pool is smaller, but you are staying at a beach hotel and that is to be expected. But the pool was spacious, clean and plenty of room to lay and enjoy when needed. Once inside the condo, it had everything you needed and more. Extra bedding, extra bath towels, water/dryer, beach umbrellas and chairs. We are very light sleepers and never heard any of our neighbors at all. Worth every penny, loved the place, we will be back!!!

The place was great for a quite Stay at your Apartment. But if you are love to swimming a lot or you like to spend some time on the beach this is was not the perfect place for us Senioren. The Pool to small and the beach is large but to much action. The Aerea around Dockside has everything do need. Shopping , Restaurants, Bar’s with Livemusik.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! Great location and great walking distance to everything. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back!

This is our second time in this unit, and we enjoy the upgrades. However when we got there they were no parking permits and no coffee pot that worked. Also the icemaker did not work we had to buy ice. and I think the VRBO fees are way too high

This location was ideal for getting onto Clearwater beach and surrounding restaurants. The entry to the building is all electronic which made it simple and seamless (no need to have keys or cards). The condo was clean and comfortable. However, the ceiling fan in the main bedroom did not work and the bathroom was draining really slowly. Playing music via the amazon alexa was cool. Overall I highly rate the location and accommodations just a bit more attention to the little details would have been good.

Clean, very comfortable, perfect location for us. Will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach

One of our favorite vacation spots. Condo is great. Location to everything is amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Short 5 min drive to beautiful sand key beach. Hurricane Ian cut our vaca short this visit but we had wonderful 2 days on the beach.

The location was very good, close to restaurants, and the beach. The apartment was really nice, modern, and comfortable. The area of opportunity I found is that the bed sheets smelled as if they were not cleaned. I had to buy some detergent and wash it before laying on it, and the coffee machine looks like it was not cleaned either. The coffee came out with a burned taste of old coffee.

Good. Blinds need to be repaired. Garburater not working and smelled. Promised pull out couch which we did not get. Cleaning could be better. Loved view. Overall nice condo. Had a great time.

The pool was dirty and was not cleaned once in the 7 days we stayed. If you want to spend time at a pool do not stay here.

The condo was clean and in a good location. There were some minor issues. Couldn’t find any dishcloths or dish towels to wipe counters and hand wash/ dry dishes with and the beds were a little hard. But i would probably rent again.

Great time, new friends! Elevator was extremely frustrating.

This location was top notch!! So fun to be by the bay and so close to the beach! We had a very good time! The only issue was the very intense smell of urine from the back bedroom! We ended up washing all the bedding and towels and the issue was much better but the urine smell was gross and we are awaiting a response from the owner on how they want to remedy it.

Loved this property! Perfect for what we needed. Only issue? A white truck with Illinois tags hit our car and scraped it in two quarter panels. A guest saw it & left a note for us & we filed a police report. Clearwater PD was swift & top notch. Appreciated the neighbor leaving us a note.

Easy to find, clean convenient everything including the beach. With short walk. Morning view is BEAUTIFUL

The location was great. The views were beautiful. I wished it was a little closer to the beach. The condo was nice. There were a few issues. The door on the bedroom that has the ocean view with bigger window, the door will lock you in and you can’t get out. The door handle is messed up. Burned out lights in the bathroom. Low water pressure in the small bathroom. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very dirty as well as the floors in that room. My feet were black on the bottom after walking around barefoot. All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation. The few issues we had were not that bad.

We had a wonderful vacation . We were walking distance to great restaurants and stores. We saw manatee and other sea life at Sand Key Beach, had a perfect fishing day with the queen fleet. Lots of things to do!

Great location , great condo it was perfect for our family of 5! Only thing is the floors could of been cleaned better they still had sand all over them! And the bed sheets are very old ripped and stained.
