My friends and I rented this lovely home for a nice staycation in FL. The property was just as nice as listed and pictured. One of the things we appreciated the most was that it truly was fully stocked from the kitchen, to games, to towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests our group had. I was able to text with her throughout our entire stay for anything we needed. The only slight negative about our trip (which has nothing to do with our host or the property) was the closest beaches in Bonita Springs. We went one day and it really is still affected from last years hurricane. I would suggest just taking the drive down to Naples and go to Lowdermilk Park which was in way better conditions. We are so happy after our stay.

A covid-delayed golf vacation to the Bonita Springs/ Naples area which has been well known to me for 30+ years and over that period a regular visitor. The property was chosen due to its close proximity to everything, and provided a convenient base for the trip with space for everyone.

We had an amazing stay! Everything is beautiful and clean ! House is fully stocked and feels like home!!! I can’t say enough positive things about the owners !! They are beyond incredible!! Highly recommend a stay here! We never want to leave!!

My wife and three kids (15, 14, 7) rented this property over the new year holiday, 2022/2023. We cannot say enough about the property, but more importantly, the owners. We reserved the property in advance of Hurricane Ian's arrival in Bontia Springs on/about 9/29/22. The owners immediately reached out to us with photographs of the property after the storm, and assurances that the property would be ready for our vacation on 12/30/22. The owners kept us informed as to their progress during those months, and delivered as promised, down to every last detail. You would never have known the area suffered any storm judging by the condition of this home, exterior included. We regularly visit the area, and have stayed in a number of other comparable properties. We could not have been happier with the home itself, the location, and the amenities (pool, lanai, dock, etc.). In fact, this was quite surely the best experience we have ever had with any VRBO owner/property anywhere in the world. The house is wonderful, and located just outside downtown Bonita Springs, in lovely neighborhood on a channel that is fed by the Imperial River. It is equipped with everything that you could imagine needing in terms of appliances, utensils, supplies, outdoor grill, kayaks, paddle board, bikes, beach equipment, etc. It is a "brand new home," just a short drive, bike ride, or paddle from all that Bonita Springs has to offer. We will most definitely try to book with these owners again for our next visit to one of our favorite places in Florida.

Very nice property right on the canal, in close proximity to nice restaurants and beaches. The pool is small but still very enjoyable. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths... very nice! Unfortunately we had problems with the dishwasher since we got there on a Friday, we hand washed and dryed the dishes all 4 days. We left on a Tuesday and the repairman, according to the owner, was not available to go to the house until Wednesday.

We had everything we needed. I hope to be able to stay there again are kids loved the pool and I loved the home it's layout and the happiness we had staying there close drive to the beach.

House was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked with most everything you would need. Bedrooms and bathrooms laid out perfect for everyone to have their own space. Great neighborhood and quite street and easy commute to beach, restuarants, grocery stores and airport. Would stay again.

This is a really nice house in a great location right on one of the canals on the Imperial River. All the best beaches are within easy driving distance and there is a Fresh Market and Publix literally walking distance from the house. In addition there are numerous restaurants close by. Despite being very convenient for the US41, the house is really quiet and peaceful. The river is superb for kayaking and watching wildlife. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and modern and we had no issues at all during our stay. The owner Dana was very easy to communicate with - and very helpful with us having to reschedule our trip a couple of times due to the pandemic. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing holiday. The house was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Pool was wonderfully warm and we spotted having the deck and spotting the dolphins in the canal. Great location close to amenities. Owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. The house is very comfortable, the location is excellent, the lanai and heated pool and the dock just add to a wonderful experience. We got to know some neighbors ( John across the canal and across the street), and overall just felt so at home. Dana and Jeff are wonderful hosts and helped with information and suggestions. We have already booked for 2023, and can’t wait!

We were a group of 3 couples and we all loved the beautiful home, and location was great! We had everything we could have needed. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get out and use the kayaks because we were so busy, we just needed a few extra days. 😉 We did enjoy the pool and sitting out there in the evening playing games. Dana was wonderful in keeping us informed about anything we needed to know or answering any questions. We would love to come back again someday.

This property is the best equipped property we have stayed in. Each room decorated well. Kitchen is first class and has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Starbucks and restaurants.

My husband and 3 adult children spent a week at Dana's home. It is beautifully furnished and was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in and around the pool. This home was definitely one of the best we have rented. We cannot wait to return! Thanks, Dana.

Everything about this house/property is awesome! Dana was in constant contact with any questions and she sent a list of suggestions before our trip. We were there for a wedding, so we enjoyed having the house to relax at. The kids (in their twenties) loved kayaking and of course we all enjoyed the pool. Every amenity you can think of was available. I hope we can get back again!

We loved our stay at this home. Dana was great with communication and made everything quick and easy. The home was stocked with everything we could want or need for a day at the beach, pool, or even around the house. The neighborhood was great, and the house was conveniently located. We have a terrific time and would definitely return.

This property in Bonita Springs was EXACTLY what our family needed and desired. The layout was perfect! Two master bedrooms plus two bedrooms towards the front of the home. Our group consisted of one set grandparents that had one master, one brother & wife had the other master, and we have two kids so the house was perfect for us! Our 9 year old and grandma rarely left the pool! It was a HOT week and the pool was amazing. Great drive to all the beaches nearby. We ate in almost every night so the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The kayaks were an added bonus for our nightly adventures. The house had all the fun beach toys/chairs for us to use. We visited the panther refuge for a hike, and also booked the eco endeavor private charter which was AMAZING! We would definately stay here again!

Loved this property for multiple reasons; location was just a few minutes from the beach, very centrally located. The house was very accommodating from the pool, the outdoor dining area, and larger bedrooms. The hospitality of the hosts was 2nd to none going above and beyond to send recommendations and tips on all things related. And the house was FULLY stocked with everything you could need, from beach chairs to towels, to bikes and kayaks. Perfect place!

This property was perfect for us being in town for our son’s travel ball tournament! We were able to watch him play baseball and then feel like we were on vacation when he wasn’t playing baseball. Everything about the house was perfect in every way and made us feel like we were right at home! I have never stayed in a VRBO home that catered so much to making sure you had everything you needed right down to a list of suggested restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely stay in this home again when we come back to the area for travel ball!

If you are not looking to be on the beach, this is an amazing property! Everything we needed! Loved having 4 rooms with 2 master suites. The house was exceptionally clean and was beautifully decorated. The pool was perfect for our group and having the canal out back offered many great options from fishing, to kayaking, to watching the wildlife. We even kayaked alongside a dolphin and a pod of manatees! There are several lovely beaches in short driving distance too! Would love to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed. Beautifully decorated clean home. Having the dock for fishing and kayaking was a major plus. very close to food stores as well as retail areas. Short distance from the beach. We would definitely consider renting here again.

This Bonita Springs Vacation Home is absolutely by far our Best rental experience in the Fort Myers to Naples area. We have been coming down yearly for the last 9 years. It is in a very clean and quiet neighborhood, very beautiful to drive down the street. It is by far the cleanest home we have ever rented. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. It is located only 1/2 mile from 41. It is centralized between Fort Myers and Naples. The pool is so nice and heated to 90 degrees. The owners were very helpful.

We loved this place a Lot!!! The house is gorgeous, very clean. Layout is great, it gives You lots of privacy if You go with 2 or 3 couples. Awesome heated pool where kids spent lot of time .this house has everything you need !!! Additional benefit was the canal behind the house. We could use kayaks ,we could fishing or just drink a morning coffee surrounded with birds and beautiful nature!!! Close to gorgeous beaches, stores. The owners are such a nice people, very helpful with everything! Sadly we had to leave yesterday but planning to come back! Highly recommend!!!
