This was amazing probably quiet anymore

On the positive side, the house was in a decent, safe neighborhood. Also the property manager, Glenn, was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Other than that, when we checked in, the first thing we noticed was the cleaning crew did not do a very good job. We ended up washing all sheets, covers, and even comforters. There was only one towel per person, so we had to constantly wash loads of towels. No hand towels for the kitchen sink, and only one dish towel. In the 2 weeks we stayed there, we probably did 20 loads of laundry. Thanks to Glenn for bringing us more laundry soap as there was only 3 pods there when we arrived. Also not even a salt or pepper shaker. In the main tv room, there was only seating for 5 people at most. We had to use kitchen chairs if we all were in the tv room at the same time as there were 7 of us. If you have a bigger group, good luck all being together.

We were pleased to arrived to this beautiful house and it was clean over all. The light in the kitchen were out on our last night there, i didnt call the property manager because we went to sleep early so not need it anyways, and we found 2 cockroaches outside the first floor bathroom, one is walk away and the other one was just walked up the wall and dropped to the floor and half death. It was around 930AM and we were ready to check out. I hope the cleaning people will see them. Over all we enjoys the place because its so convenient for seaworld vacation and close to other stores. Our family had a great time in San Antonio. This place is a great location to everything we went to. A bit confusing check in. I will say, you need dish cloths, (there were none), dish towels (only 1 there). Your frying pans need replacing. Also, extra blankets would have been helpful. The bottom bunk(trundle) when we pulled it out, it had Crayons, tissues, and trash on it. No sheets. I am done with my finds. It is a very beautiful place,

everything was excellent except the gas grill. The grill is wore out. whole bottom is rusted out, hard to cook!!!!

This property was great, plenty of space and a pool! Didnt really need to communicate with property manager cause didnt have too. Couple minutes from seaworld, have family that lives 15 mins away, very conveniant, would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was myself, my wife, two kids, and our parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had books and toys to play with which you usually don’t find at places. They also had a high chair and play pin if you needed one. My kids really enjoyed the bedtime stories to read and the Australia Monopoly. The house was extremely clean with all the basics you needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish washing soap. One of the biggest things for the family was how many TV’s they had so everyone can watch what they wanted at night as we were winding down for the night. Also, the management company had great communication with us about everything and got back to us extremely quick when we had any questions. When we are in San Antonio again we will see if this house is available to stay.

This home is ideally located near SeaWorld San Antonio and an easy drive to the downtown SA riverwalk and historical sites. I stayed here with my daughter & son-in-law and 4 teenage granddaughters for 10 days and had a great time. The house was spotlessly clean, and check-in was simple. Our property manager, Paul, was very responsive to the few questions we had. Our only issue was that the automatic pool cleaning equipment was not working. We loved the beautiful landscaping but sadly the pool doesn't. We had to call for pool cleaning three times during our stay :(. I imagine this will be resolved soon but it was a disappointment as the pool was a major deciding factor in selecting our vacation home. Otherwise, we loved this wonderful home, the neighborhood, the security, the easy parking, and the professional cleaning and property manager. We would definitely rent again.

This home is located in short distance from zoo, Six Flags and Sea World. After a long day in the sun can return home for a refreshing swim. Was perfect for our needs.

We enjoy our stay here. Plenty of room for our family of 10. The pool was nice after being out sightseeing all day. The only downfall was the complaining neighbors when my 2 year old and 3 year old grandkids were out having fun in the pool.

This was a great, convenient location and loved the house. I would suggest doing something different with the bathroom door in the 2nd Master. There is a pocket door to another bedroom that adds to a little lack of privacy.

Wonderful layout of the home. Loved the little back patio and swimming pool. Nicely manicured backyard! Would totally stay again.

This home was just the size we needed for a recent family funeral. The pool was enjoyed, the home had enough living areas to break things up and a comfy one to bring us all together. With plenty of bathrooms for us all to get ready. The bunk beds weren't really comfortable for an adult though. The landscaping was in need of an update and we had some wasp problems but the owner or manager of the home called to talk with me personally when I contacted him. He was extremely nice, helpful and basically bent over backwards for us. He totally understood our grief as he too was dealing with a family funeral. It meant a lot to have someone so understanding. I won't say we had fun in the home because of the reason we were there but it was worked perfectly for our family stay. It really is a nice large home. The jetted tub helped ease some of my aches and pains, I thoroughly enjoyed that tub. Neighborhood is quiet, while out front the neighbors walking were extremely friendly. Not sure we'll use the house again because we probably won't be back to San Antonio but if we do, we'll sure consider it or any Vacasa home, they truly were just great! The fans on the porch didn't work, neither did the pool light. The outside trash cans were full when we arrived. The pool had lots of debris in the bottom when we arrived, but storms had blown through the area, so that was understandable. It took a couple of days for them to come and clean the pool and mow, but it got done. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay. Great location and the complaints are small ones and easily fixed.

The pool is nice and having the enclosed patio really helps. Host was quick to respond for assistance and made our stay fantastic. Close to everything, especially seaworld.

Really nice house... very spacious... absolutely loved it... needs a little landscaping work in the back but I was overall extremely pleased with this house

The property was so nice ! I had an amazing experience and anything I needed or had any questions about were answered immediately. I loved every minute of my stat and felt so welcome and at home. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, cozy stay !

We loved having the screened patio, and the pool would’ve been great if we were here in the right season. It was also great having kid toys, a pack and play, and highchair already at the house since we traveled with a toddler. Very family friendly!
