There are a few things to consider when renting this property. I would not recommend this property if you need fast, reliable internet during your stay. The internet is very slow. if you plan to play pool or shuffleboard, those games need to be in better condition. This is an excellent property for couples or groups that need a private room but also want to gather as a group. I would rent again if they fixed the internet and updated the pool table and shuffleboard.

Although we had some issues (no internet the entire time we were there and many light bulbs burned out) we enjoyed our time together at the house.

We had 10 adults 3 teenagers and 2 little ones. There was plenty of room for all of us. The amenities were more than described on VRBO. The lake view was fabulous. We filled the hummingbird feeders and the hummingbirds gave us many hours of entertainment. Prior to our trip we sent an email to ask questions and never got a response. We called several days later and got some of our questions answered. The property was in good condition, we had an issue with an electrical breaker tripping the last night of our stay. No one responded to a voicemail or text sent to the emergency number. It was in the room with the baby and we needed the baby monitor. Guess they don't monitor, or didn't consider this an emergency. A response back stating we wouldn't be hearing back would have been nice. We received a response on VRBO the next morning as we were leaving town that they would be out that day. The breaker box was not accessible on the lower level rooms. The area is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do very close. We enjoyed disk golf, horseback riding, paddleboarding, canoeing, ziplining, and white sands monument. This is a great space for multi-generation families.
