Very open and clean

This condo is absolutely beautiful, it's actually prettier in person. This condo is really nicely updated (the other places we have stayed in the Sonoran Sun have not been updated). Great place owned by nice people. We will go back!

I will definitely try to stay here again. The condo is very well decorated, very light and soothing colors and comfy furniture. The kitchen has everything you need to settle in and feel at home. Views at night of the pool and the malecon are lovely, and the resort has plenty of amenities to make your stay easy, including a small store for sundries. Staff are very friendly and helpful and of course the beach is awesome.

Had a fabulous time & the condo was clean, comfortable & the perfect location for us. It was out of the craziness that comes with spring break & we could truly relax. David was very response to our questions & we will definite stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous stay & sharing ur home with us.

We absolutely loved our stay. We went with 3 other families who stayed at other condos at Sonoran Sun and think this condo was the best out of our friends’. Perfect layout, very spacious, and loved the bunk bed option. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very communicative. Can’t wait to go back!

Very modern and well appointed Condo at Sonoran Sun. This property is great as all units have a view of the pool and beach, both of which are right off of the elevator. The room was clean mostly quite. No fault of the room, however a wedding reception was taking place in the evening and the music was quite loud in the front room which is opposite of the hallway. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room and enjoyed our stay. We would come back!

After 5 years of not going to RP, we decided to end our 2022 summer got Davids rental! Huge condo super close to the the pool and beach! The balcony view is awesome.

Beautiful condo has everything you need the colors of the furniture and walls are just perfect that make you feel like you are on vacation. Beautiful view to the pool and beach. Can’t ask for anything better. Truly recommend and great communication with the owners.

It was a fantastic view and perfect furnishings. The location is great. Only a few things would have improved it. It is a hassle to have to provide your own beach towels. There should be curtains in the living room in case someone is sleeping on the sofa bed because the morning light wakes you up at dawn. The kitchen faucet is loose and needs to be repaired.

We absolutely loved this condo. I booked this condo based on the amazing reviews they had and they did not disappoint beyond what we expected. If you are looking for a modern, clean condo with amazing views and lots of room this is it!

Loved the separation of rooms.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for Christmas. It’s clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the beach and pool area. The resort is quiet and clean as well. We saw stingrays and lots of shells. We all loved it and plan to return soon!

We have stayed previously at the Sonoran Sun on the East side so was nice to get the west perspective with city view. We were able to see the sun rise and set from the condo. Really amazing view. This unit is nicely decorated with beachy theme, updated with wood-tile flooring, and comfortable new furniture. We had some bad luck with the weather a few days (some heavy rain) which resulted in a power/water outage for a few hours (on new years eve) but it was back on in time for the new years party and gave us renewed gratitude for power! There was some light construction happening for a few days in the unit next door (not during early morning or evening so wasn't bad and easily drowned out by a little music and the sound of the birds/sea). We still had a great stay and it all added to the adventure of Mexico. The resort is very clean, secure, and well maintained and the heated pool with swim up bar has good food and drinks. You can get a massage right on the beach and all the water activities directly in front of the resort. We usually come in the spring so it was cooler weather but still perfect in the sun and awesome to watch all the pelicans and seagulls diving into the Sea. Wrecked on the reef is a short few minute drive (or a bit longer walk on the beach) and was definately the place to be with live music on the weekend and a great atmosphere huge indoor and outdoor areas with firepits and heaters (in the winter) and great service. Looking forward to our next visit!

I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the resort. Any time of the day or night staff were wiping down handrails on balconies or washing mirrors on elevators. Staff was friendly. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are pretty firm but overall a fantastic experience

Let me say it first that we have been coming to RP for the last 10 years and we come twice a year. We normally stay at Sonoran See as it is within walking distance to our favorite restaurants. This time we stayed here as we had some friends coming as well. This is the most beautiful, furnished and decorated unit we have stayed in. We had all that we needed. The only thing that we kind of had issue was the second bedroom covers and some pillow covers had stains on them. I contacted the owner and I'm sure the next guests will have clean linnen. My only hesitation coming back to this resort would be rocky Beach. Kids love to go on on their own and to play and with rock its hard. My oldest bruised her knee snd my husband kind of hurt his big toe, however if we would be back I would certainly look for this unit again.
