Great location and would highly recommend and would book again. The condo had extras that we were not expecting and the check-in was easy. The bedrooms were large comfortable and the living space was perfection. We enjoyed sitting on the patio as it overlooked the pool towards the ocean.

Loved the condo and it was just as the pictures indicated. Great views from the deck. Great heated pool and hot tub. Close to all the attractions that we wanted to see.

Managers were super responsive and helpful. No problems with the unit itself.

Nice clean unit as advertised, perfect for our family of four. Great beach/gulf views & access. Easy communication with owner/rental manager. Easy walk to plenty of shops/restaurants/destinations

Everything was great, just one thing. If you guys could include a few common spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika would be great! However that is a very minor area for improvement. Overall 9.5/10 stay!

Perfect location. Beautiful view of beach/ Gulf and bay. Walkable to Johns Pass. Always love this area. Condo was as described. Decor was a bit dark and dated but everythi g worked fine. Bed was notcomfortable at all, butsofa was verynice. I even slept there when my back was screaming in the bed. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I return? Idk. Best part was the view. View was worth every.penny.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The view is amazing and the location is great, convenient to John's pass. The property was really nice, heated outdoor pool facing the ocean. Condo was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was clean The unit needs updating, carpet seems a bit dark and the walls have marks on them, cracks here and there around windows. Some of the tables are showing their age. Could use new baking pans. Overall, we had a great experience but the unit does not compare favorably with another that we were in , in the same building.

Really liked the two beds in each room.

Had a few issues with beach chairs and umbrellas but all were resolved.

unfortunately were greeted with rain fortunately we were able to get into the unit a little early .We were very pleased with the spacious rooms and the excellent condition of the furnishings especially in the living room .The view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing and the sunset spectacular even thought it was overcast .The sound of the waves crashing against the shore reminded me of the many days we slept on our boat while living on Long Island in N.Y.Our Granddaughter who was celebrating her twenty first birthday didn't want to leave she really enjoyed walking on the soft clean sand of the beach . It would have been nice if there was more coffee in the unit one cup packet for 2 people is just a tease we were traveling by car so we were able to bring our own supply of coffee and the filters were not the right ones for that coffee maker . My wife and i were very impressed with the unit and the short walk to Johns Pass so much so that we are planning to return to Medeira beach for another stay vacation .PS it might not be a bad idea to provide plastic cups for use on the patio

Clean, conveniently located, and plenty of space inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach vaca location. We stayed in the same condo the year before. So, 2 years in a row we enjoyed labor day weekend at one of the best beaches in Florida. Very clean , great end unit, lots of sunlight and great ocean-views, good floor-plan for 8 people, big common area and 2 dining tables. Great location walkable to John's pass to the south, Caddies beach restaurant just to the north walking distance too. Pool was kept clean even with a lot of pool traffic. We rented the blue beach lounger/umbrella from [email protected], so less packing of beach "stuff". Couple of negatives that management says they will try to change: Old slider to the balcony was really hard to open in fact the handle broke off on us, beds could use a good 5" memory foam for more comfort. As for the association/security guard: Make sure you post your vehicle permit and that dates/room# are displayed to avoid the hassle. 2 per vehicles per condo. Condo manager was very helpful in giving us a space to park 2 other vehicles that sec guard hassled us about. But just doing his job to keep non-guests from overcrowding the parking and trying to use the beach access. Property manager was very helpful and johnny-on-the-spot throughout the weekend.

The condo people were always friendly & available when we had issues, though cant say same for building manager. We had inconveniences on both Condo & building elevator. Almost needed boomed down by FFD to get off 4th floor when elevator broke down and it took a few hours for maintenance to arrive. This building had many seniors and we had 2 disabled with us. Had we known if this elevators has prior issues we would have tried for a ground floor unit. Our sliding patio doors were VERY hard to slide. A work order is now put in for new wheels. The cold shower issue was resolved Our stay otherwise was good and our Condo people were quick to respond.

We were very pleased with the condo. Excellent view and very clean. It was exactly as expected, per description and other reviews. The management company was only a text away and did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by a mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Idalia.

Absolutely amazing stay that had everything we needed! The place was clean and roomy with all the cooking utensils you could need! Walking distance to shopping, amazing restaurants and we got to enjoy watching the dolphins from our balcony everyday! The pool and hot tub were a bonus, but the calmness of the ocean where you could go out and snorkel was so much fun! We definitely will be back!!

Fabulous location. Right on the beach and close to some good restaurants. Great view and a nice deck to watch the waves and sunset - the reason we rented this condo. Beds comfy. Kitchen had most things we needed. Linen and towels clean. The condo definitely needs a very good cleaning, especially the main bathroom. The walls were very dusty, the ceiling fans very dusty, the tops of the ceiling fans. Felt like turning anything on would result in a dust storm. Would not take a lot of time or energy to give a good wipe down. The other complaint, although minor, is the soap and shampoo provided. I actually thought that this may be what is used in a prison. So bring your own soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The pros definitely outweigh the cons on this place and this place could definitely become a 5 star with a good bathroom clean and a bit of money spent on the extras.

Upon arrival, the building looked nice. Great location! Very clean pool with steps away from the beach. As soon as we arrived (with 6 pieces of luggage and a stroller) the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs to get to this 4th floor condo. The condo itself was decent, it could have been cleaner (had to rewash all the silverware, there was thick dust at the top of the walls in the bathroom, stain on sheets on one of the beds). Also, they could have been a little more generous with the toilet paper and paper towels left for us. Just about a half a roll in each bathroom... The first night, I ran to the store for groceries, again no elevator. 64 stairs up, 64 stairs down. The broken elevator really over shadowed my vacation. At one point when we thought it was fixed, my daughter-in-law and granddaughter got stuck in the elevator for almost 10 minutes in 90+ degree weather. We stayed a week and got to use the elevator a couple of times. I texted the Property Manager a few times regarding this. He got back to me right away and said that he would reach out to maintenance (which he did) but unfortunately, it was never fixed... I would leave the condo at least 4 times a day, (128 stairs round trip) that's 512 stairs a day with beach things or bags. The condo was spacious, the price was good, and it was in an excellent location, approximately 7 blocks away from John's Pass.

Overall excellent experience, great location on beach and quick walk to shops and food. The rooms were spacious and clean, nice sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Only one small request, we had 5 of us staying there, but there were only 3 beach towels, not the end of the world, but would have been nice for all of us to have beach towels. Again, overall great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the location. Check in was super easy and communication was fast. The main issue we had was the complex only has one elevator that was very slow. Otherwise everything went great and we would come back.

This condo checked ALL the boxes for our group of four women. Easy, adequate, free parking. Very spacious corner unit with fantastic views. Balcony with enough room for all 4 of us to relax on. 2 bedrooms and 4 comfortable queen beds. Well equipped kitchen. Master bath had 2 separate sinks and counters which we appreciated when we were all getting ready to go out! Just a few short steps from elevator to the pool & beach access. The only "negatives" were the 3 different codes for the unit, elevator, & pool/beach gates. Kind of a pain, but I wrote them down & kept them with me wherever I went. Also, there is only ONE ELEVATOR for the whole building with approx. 50+ units. Be prepared to spend some time waiting on it! Overall, a very comfortable condo in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. 10 minute walk to johns pass. The pool area is great. Quiet place. The condo itself is huge with 2 balconies. Cant wait to come back!

The property was stocked and clean upon arrival. Unit was comfortable. I hope to return someday.

Love the spacious rooms and glad it had two bathrooms. Toilet seats are so low for an elderly person. My 86 yr old Mom came with us and she struggled. Other than that it was nice.
