We had an annual family vacation here and the house worked perfectly. We utilized the hot tub, the beach and the pool whike we were there. The living area of the house is very large and easily accomodated 8 adults and 5 chikdren. There was lots of indoor and outdoor seating and the neighborhood was quiet. All amenities were in easy walking distance for children so we never used our cars for transport. My only suggestion to the management company would be to sweep off the patio and clean leaves and ither falling debris off the outdoor furniture. It was pretty messy when we arrived. Also, although we knew ahead of time, the late check-in at 5:00 and early check-out at 10:00 is not ideal and different from general industry standards.

Great family vacation home. There were 12 of us. Six adults and six kids ranging in ages from 8 to 18. The home was comfortable for all of us. We had one problem, the tanks for the barbecue went empty. Phone call to the owner And problem was immediately taken care of. Several times, We had a problem with the dishwasher opening and letting the soap out. We were very close to the beach, but we were unable to see the lake from this home. The next-door neighbors, could have been a big problem. They played a loud game outside until after 11 PM with music going and a portable bright night light. I spoke to them the next day and they stopped that behavior. We have been coming to Wapato Point for over 30 years. It seems that Security is lax now or nonexistent. Still a great family vacation venue and this house is very comfortable.

This was a beautiful house, full of many amenities. The owner was great to work with when the internet went down. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for families.

What an amazing house to stay in for a bachelorette weekend. The house is beautiful, very comfortable with an gorgeous kitchen I dream of. So centrally located-you are within walking distance of a few wine testing choices and a great supermarket. The 10 bachelorettes and a bride loved the place and hot tub. Would make a wonderful family getaway house or reunion place. Highly recommend this house for a great weekend or longer. All you need to do - is bring yourself. House is nicely equipped with everything and plenty of room.

We have statyed in Wapato Point for 6 years now and this was our first time at this house. The location is perfect for accessing the beach and pool and easy walking wherever you want to go on the resort property. The home is outfitted with all the necessities - including a second fridge/freezer in the garage - and we had plenty of space for our party of 10 to spread out and not drive each other crazy. We had three cars and easily could have put two in the garage, but kept two out and one in so we had an easy place to store our floaties. The backyard is a nice oasis with the covered patio, indoor/outdoor fireplace that we did use a couple of nights when the temps dipped down. The hot tub was another great feature on cooler nights. The "on site" property contact Steve was awesome - attentive and responded immediately when I emailed him with a question. We would highly recommend this property.

Nice house, good location. For some reason Vacation houses are never very clean, but not terrible. This house is nice. The tandem parking sucks, but is manageable. Beware of Evolve, if you inquire on a property, they will call you instanty, after you book, you will not be able to get ahold of anyone and you have no idea of the next steps in the process or if your money has just been stolen from you.

Evolve is a scammy feeling company that will call you within minutes of inquiring about a property, but once you book you cannot get ahold of anyone. Your money is just gone, you dont know what the next step is or if you your trip is ruined due to a scam. The house was nice, not very clean, the parking sucks.

My husband and I rented this house to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary together with our family. It was perfect for us along with our daughter and her family and our son and his wife. Great house with plenty of room, lovely backyard w/hot tub and close to lots of activities. The owner was also very accommodating to our needs.

House location is amazing, close access to the beach, pool, rentals, playground. Wapato point is our favorite place in Chelan. First floor is specious with great appliance at the kitchen. Sofas and carpets looks dated and need at least deep cleaning, but not a big deal. Biggest cons: at the first day we arrived, people came to backyard to take care of grass etc.; next day while we’ve been sunbathing outside, unexpected person appeared to clean the hot tub. This all should be done before arrival, it is very annoying! There are very early checkout time- 10:00am, and late checkin - 5:00am, 7 hours more than enough to complete everything and to not disturb the guests.

The house was great. It supported two families with kids. The hot tub wasn't super clean; but the cleaning guy came a few days after we arrived. My kids ended up getting a rash so not sure if it was the chemicals. Also, the backyard had a bunch of ants and pine needles (it could have been swept or cleaned before we arrived). The BBQ storage doors kept swinging open. Other than that the house was clean. the resort it self was great, a lot of fun playgrounds for kids. and it was nice to have pool access which was great for the kids. I tried to get in touch with the owner to ask about check-in but never heard back. But the owner did reach out a few days into our stay b/c they had some items to drop off.

The house was big and the area was great. Lots of things to do even in the winter.

I can’t get over how perfect this property was. It exceeded our expectations. This house is beautiful and conveniently located with so many amenities. You can’t get any closer to the beach. I already want to go back.

Have stayed in this house several times and even booked again for next summer! Only draw back is tandem driveway.

Had a wonderful time. This house worked out perfectly with each master bedroom having king size beds and full bathroom . Great location for a day at the beach !!!

I was so excited when we first arrived! It was even better than the pictures! The pool was a very short walk up a little hill, and that’s where we spent most of our time! The deer in the backyard were a bonus! My grandkids loved it!!

Great family experience. Kitchen was especially wonderful.

We had such a great time at this house with our whole family. Would definitely book again In the future.

Nice house to stay for family vacation

The house has all we needed. Loved the location! beautiful walk around the community and short walk to the pool and lake. Definitely coming back! Loved the living room, it has so much space and plenty of board games to make us company in the evening.

Went on a boys golf trip. Great home with plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. I would have no issue recommending it to anyone

Great house for our family and it worked great. Outside furniture needed to be completely washed as it was covered in bird droppings but that was easy to do. Great house and great property manager. As is the case with most houses at Wapato, the cleaning services are not great.

Great Time once again in this house that has a good location (no lake view, but good shade and privacy), good layout and all we needed in amenities. Some outdoor furniture needed an upgrade and still couldn’t figure out how to set the temp on the hot tub, but had a wonderful time!

The location to the lake was perfect. The house was nice and big, great backyard too!

Everything was perfect Only thing that was a down side was locating the dump site for garbage But other than that we will be styaung here again!!

Our three families (6 adults and 5 kids) stayed at the Blue Star house over the winter holidays and had a wonderful time! We all really enjoyed relaxing and spending time together in the spacious living room that connected to the kitchen and dining room, allowing us to still be together while making meals. I loved the architectural style of the vaulted exposed beam ceilings of the living room and kitchen! It made the place feel both spacious and cozy. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, especially after a day of outdoor adventures in the snow. The booking, check-in, and check-out process were simple and easy to navigate. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to accommodate multiple families!

Beautiful home, almost too nice for a vacation. Felt right at home and had everything we needed. We rent a house at Wapato Point in Manson every summer and this one by far has been the nicest!

We rented this for a family vacation. The house was amply stocked with supplies (tp, laundry detergent, dishwasher packs, etc) and the kitchen had every gadget we needed and the double washer dryer was amazing! It’s the perfect distance from the lake and the backyard is like it’s own little retreat. At one point the AC went out- it was hot!! We contact the representative and he sent someone out very quickly. Highly recommend!
