Excellent!!

I could not love this property more! Short walk to the beach. Not much driving. We saved so much money just buying groceries and eating in. Ocean view from 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of space to get some quiet time if you’re with a large group. Jill was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!!

Great location! Very short walk to the beach. Beach is quiet, not busy and crammed like Ogunquit when it's high tide. House is very accommodating for our 3 families. Wonderful decks to sit out on to eat or relax . Short drive to anything you need.

Lovely property, very responsive host. The barbecue grill was rusted out and they offered to replace it right away. Absolutely loved the second floor deck. Used it all the time. The only reason I wouldn't stay again is that I have severe lung disease and only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We were lucky that the weather was fine for us to just open windows and have fans on. The beds in the downstair bedrooms and second floor bedrooms were great but my 28 yo daughter found that the bunk beds on the third floor were pretty uncomfortable. Probably fine for child. Overall, would recommend this property if ac isn't an issue. Love Moody beach

We had an amazing stay at Jill’s house. We were two families with toddlers, so proximity to the beach was a must. The house was spacious enough for both families, we also enjoyed the balconies to hang out and the multiple bedrooms. We will come back for sure!

A spacious well kept home, just off Moody beach in Wells that met all and exceeded most of our expectations. Just an overall great experience with a responsive owner just a text away should questions arise. My family of 5, plus 2 grandparents, found the home clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach short and painless (not always our experience in Wells/Ogunquit where we’ve stayed numerous times). And we had plenty of space between the multiple living rooms and decks that you could congregate together or have quiet time on your own indoors or outdoors. Overall a very nice place to stay and one we’ll likely revisit in the future.

The location was exactly what we needed. We have a 3 year old and 1 year old, so being close enough from the beach to *walk* back to the house for naps, lunch, forgotten items (so many when a toddler needs all their possessions) was KEY without packing up and driving the entire family around. Moody beach is gorgeous (the only thing to be aware of is at high tide the beach is very small, depending when that falls when you stay) but at low tide or anything leading up to, OH MY! Might be my fav place on earth. The street is gorgeous, the house was perfect for our needs (and spacious to invite more family), Jill was AMAZING as a host, and being geographically between Kennebunkport and OQT we did lots of day trips. Highly, highly recommend!

Short walking distance to beach which allowed needed back and forth trips. Outdoor shower was a plus. Lack of usable yard was a negative.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this rental. From the wonderful location of being right near the beach, and the perfect location between kennebunkport and ogunquit.. to the sweetest owner Jill, who was always a text away if I had a question for her. She was a pure delight. The house is beautiful and came with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We’re already discussing coming back! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! It made my mother’s 60th birthday weekend one to remember.

This vacation rental was exceptional for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. It was spacious, clean, and the access to the beach was the best. A great place to make memories with loved ones!

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time at this beautiful Wells Maine Beach House. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and our host made everything easy and seamless. It was low stress and a great experience from start to finish. Two living rooms, a deck with a grill, an upper deck with a great ocean view and a front porch..so many places to gather, talk and enjoy each other’s company. We will be back. Thank you!!

We just returned from a great 4 night stay in Wells! We were two families with 5 kids in total and the layout was perfect. The adult bedrooms were comfortable and quiet and the kids loved having their own “clubhouse” upstairs. The house was very clean and had everything guests might need from board games to boogie boards. It was nice waking up with the warm morning sun and a glimpse of the ocean and ending the day on the back deck preparing to grill with a cold drink. The house is a very short walk to beautiful Moody Beach and perfectly situated to explore Oqunquit, Wells, York, the lighthouse and everything else in the area. Jill was communicative and informative both before our arrival and during our stay and made the entire process a pleasure. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return.

Actually truly convenient to the beach (90 secs walk); can hear the ocean even if can only see little snippets of it. House is excellent - nice kitchen/family room, nice bedrooms. Jill is an excellent host!

Very impressed with the house. It is as shown. Kitchen/living area perfect for our family (5 kids/5 adults). Upstairs deck with views of ocean was relaxing; kids enjoyed staying all together in the bunkbeds room. Overall, a wonderful experience. Jill was fantastic to communicate with.

Jill, the owner, communicated promptly and professionally. Beach is across the street, with easy access. Home is roomy and comfortable. Will return next summer.

My family and I have been going to Wells for over 15 years and this was one of the best times we have ever had. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and close to everything in town. The house was beautiful and very clean! You can hear the waves crashing from the master balcony deck. I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I decided to do a last minute rental since we had to go to Kennebunkport for a wedding. We showed up a day late due an extended biz trip. Shortly after arriving I realized that there were NO towels anywhere. I went back online to re-read the house description AND at the VERY bottom it says that there are NO linens with the unit. Luckily, we had beach towels with us. HOWEVER, we soon learned that the owner not only does not provide towels, they do not provide SHEETS for the beds. When it is all said and done you are paying over 700$ a night for a house that is surrounded by multimillion dollar homes, NOT renting a campsite or cabin on a lake. We were so disappointment we left a day early. Basically I paid 2500$ for a one night stay. For the price you can do way better.

Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Very spacious home and well equipped for our needs. Enjoyed the gas grill to cook on for evening meals. Owner easily communicated with us.Loved the outdoor shower to come back to after a day at the beach.Our 4 yr old grandson was pleased to find toys available as well. Enjoyed our long weekend with family.
