We stayed here for my son’s graduation from ASU - it was a great central location to attend the graduation festivities and to do some sightseeing. We loved hanging out at the pool and using the fitness center.

Really enjoyed this place. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. Great place for family or friends. The location was very central to everything in the valley.

A few of us volleyball parents stayed here for a local volleyball tournament. This gated community was immaculate and well stocked. The pool/clubhouse was large and beautiful as well. It was centrally located to plenty of businesses/restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, spacious and made for a wonderful home away from home during our stay. The clubhouse and pools are a very short walk away and very nice. The area is quiet and accessible from main roads. The place was well stocked with all of the things needed to make the stay easy when away from home. The hosts were very responsive to any questions & are so organized with directions for the stay. We hope to be back again!

It's a lovely place. Very clean and nicely kept, as is the entire community. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool. It was a little tricky to find because GPS took us to the opposite entrance. But it wasn't a big deal. We had a great time there.

Property itself was beautiful! Fully stocked house, very clean, however, neighborhood is kinda rundown outside of development which made us concerned due to gates always being left open. Beds were extremely comfortable. Had a great time!!

We enjoyed having grandparents on the main floor, and the 2nd master on the 2nd floor for kids with grandkids. CLEAN! Great amenities, pool was warm enough for grandkids in December. Great hosts!

The pools and hot tubs were not heated. My 4 year old grandson still went in but it was way too cold. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people that hung out at the gas station, near one of the entrances of the gated community, at night. The unit itself was pleasant and suited our needs. It was quiet at night and close to the 60.

The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people that hung out at the gas station, near one of the entrances of the gated community, at night. The unit itself was pleasant and suited our needs. We had a great experience with this property! We had multiple families that stayed here and it worked perfect for us each to have our own space!!! The two pools were an amazing amenity for our children! The owner was exceptional to work with!! He respond quickly to every message we sent to him. He was extremely understanding and easy to work with!!! We were all very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to others!!

We had a great experience with this property! We had multiple families that stayed here and it worked perfect for us each to have our own space!!! ASU Graduation
This is the first time our family stayed in Arizona for a considerable amount of time. The property was perfect. It was well equipped and clean. We were able to cook and feel at home. The townhouse was convenient to the pool area. My husband and I would stay here again.

We were very happy with the property. We had 6 of us staying there and it worked out perfectly. Comfortable and roomy. I'd consider it again.

We loved the house and amenities. Communication with the rental company was poor. We requested early checkin, was told twice, that someone would call us, no one called us. This created some difficulties for us on the first day, however did not ruin our visit. We will be back!

Great property and highly recommended. Close to the main freeways and grocery store. A few things to improve the overall expericince: more sports channels instead of just basic cable, more kitchen utensils for food preparation and serving, and there are 3 full and one half bathrooms.

Little oasis in Mesa
Really beautiful property and great amenities. Three generations (4 adults and 3 kids 6 and under) fit easily and all accommodated easily. Very convenient location to various spots in Mesa, Tempe and Scottsdale. Had a fabulous time and will be back!

Lovely Mesa Townhouse
Lovely townhouse. Very clean and lovely furnishings. Owner Jon was great to work with. We highly recommend this rental, would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic family holiday
This is a perfect home for a family gathering. Spacious rooms with a well designed kitchen. Pool area and clubhouse were a definite hit with our four grandsons. Very large warm pool and cold pool with two hot tubs and a splash park added to the fun. Playground a few minutes walk away was just what energized 8,7,4,and 4 year olds needed. Maintenance issue dealt with in a timely manner. Jon answered questions quickly. Almost everything we wanted to do was under 30 minutes away. Mini golf and water slides almost next door was a plus. Closeness to freeway made daily adventures doable. Thanks for letting us stay in your great home.
